During hot rolling of ferritic stainless steels (FSSs), sticking can cause severe surface defects both on work rolls and strips especially for ultra purified FSSs with the total amount of carbon and nitrogen being less than 150 ppm. In the present paper, high temperature oxidization behavior of the ultra purified FSSs was characterized. A new experimental method was invented to simulate the sticking behavior of ultra purified 21%Cr FSS, by which specially designed specimens were hot compressed with different processing parameters to simulate hot strip rolling process. The specimens were surface conditioned prior to the simulation test, either by mechanically polishing or by pre-oxidization to form oxide scales with certain thickness. Observation on the cross-section of sticky regions indicated that cracks had been formed by cyclic heating and cooling during hot deformation had been acting as nucleation sites for sticking particles. The results indicated that oxide scale could avoid the direct contact between roll surfaces and rolled materials to help reducing the sticking occurrence. The temperature region for easy sticking occurrence in the ultra purified 21%Cr FSS has been measured to be from 900 to 1100 °C, which is enlarged as compared to other plain FSSs. The tendency for sticking occurrence decreased with increasing strain rate and decreasing the hammer or work roll surface roughness.  相似文献

High-quality wurtzite-type ultranarrow single crystal ZnSe nanowires were synthesized via a one-pot, solution-based method for the first time. The as-prepared nanowires have diameters ranging from 1.0 nm to 3.5 nm and lengths up to 300 nm. The optical characterizations indicate that the as-synthesized ZnSe nanowires have a band gap of 3.31 eV, whose absorbance spectra are different from recent literatures. Both the quantum confinement and the vacancies of Zn in ZnSe or impurities were accounted for the phenomenon. The solvent employed in the synthesis is also playing a dominant role in the size and morphology control of the ZnSe nanowires. A reasonable mechanism was proposed to describe the function of solvent. The excellent properties of the ZnSe nanowires would render it a promising alternative functional material which might be widely used in short-wavelength lasers and other photoelectronic devices.  相似文献

在配电网中,配电变压器三相不平衡运行状态普遍存在。三相不平衡会使配电变压器产生附加损耗,导致变压器局部过热,从而对变压器的绝缘寿命、带负荷能力产生很大影响。文章对常用的Dyn11和Yyn0联结方式的配电变压器建立了等效电路模型,研究其在三相不平衡状态下的损耗情况。仿真及试验结果表明,三相不平衡使变压器的损耗大幅增加,且随不平衡度的增加呈二次函数增长,不平衡度为50%时变压器损耗将增加一倍。为了保证变压器的运行安全及运行寿命,在不平衡情况下运行时,需要降低其负载率。  相似文献

利用Gleeble-3500热模拟系统和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术对5083铝合金的超快速退火组织演变规律进行研究,探讨了快速加热速度、退火温度及冷轧变形量对5083铝合金晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明,5083铝合金经80%的冷轧变形后分别以25、250、500℃/s的加热速度升温至450℃保温3s后以40℃/s冷却时,平均晶粒尺寸随加热速度的增加由7.43μm细化至4.98μm。5083铝合金经80%冷轧变形后在不同退火温度(350、400、420、450和500℃)下进行超快速退火(加热速度500℃/s,保温时间3 s,冷却速度40℃/s)后,所得晶粒尺寸先减小再增大,在420℃退火时,晶粒尺寸达到最小,为4.82μm。再结晶晶粒尺寸受晶界迁移速率和形核率的耦合作用,在350~420℃超快速退火时,由于快速加热使形核率急剧增大,而形核温度较低,使晶界迁移速率较小,导致晶界迁移速率小于形核率,因而再结晶晶粒尺寸由5.23μm细化至4.82μm;在420~500℃超快速退火时,形核温度变高,晶界迁移速率快速增大,则晶界迁移速率大于形核率,使合金晶粒由4.82μm粗化至6.20μm,420℃是5083铝合金晶界迁移速率和形核率之间竞争的一个临界点。5083铝合金经50%、60%、71.4%、80%和87.5%的冷轧变形后以500℃/s的超快速加热速度升温至450℃保温3 s后以40℃/s冷却,所得平均晶粒尺寸分别为7.94、6.82、6.03、4.98和4.84μm,随轧制变形量的增大晶粒尺寸减小,但是冷轧制变量达到80%以后再进行超快速退火晶粒尺寸减小不明显。  相似文献

The reactive adsorption of NO2 over activated carbon (AC) was investigated at 50 °C. Both the NO2 adsorption and its reduction to NO were observed during the exposure of AC to NO2. Temperature programmed desorption (TPD) was then performed to evaluate the nature and thermal stability of the adsorbed species. Adsorption and desorption processes have been proposed based on the nitrogen and oxygen balance data. The micropores in AC act as a nano-reactor for the formation of -C(ONO2) complexes, which is composed by NO2 adsorption on existing -C(O) complexes and the disproportionation of adsorbed NO2. The generated -C(ONO2) complexes are decomposed to NO and NO2 in the desorption step. The remaining oxygen complexes can be desorbed as CO and CO2 to recover the adsorptive and reductive capacity of AC.  相似文献

针对采空区频繁的出现大规模失稳问题,提出一种基于AHP-模糊评价的失稳预测模型。综合考虑采空区失稳的诱因,优选区域地质水文因素、岩石强度性能因素、采空区环境因素和采空区结构参数等4个一级指标及相对应的20个二级指标,建立采空区稳定性评价指标体系,运用层次分析法计算相应的权重向量,结合模糊综合评价理论,对采空区稳定性进行综合评价,将该模型运用到云南羊拉铜矿里农矿段采空区稳定性评价中。研究结果表明:该矿山的采空区稳定性评价等级V4,失稳程度高,综合系统得分69.4515,所得结论与矿山实际情况较吻合,尽而验证了该模型的可靠性。为后续采矿方案设计和执行提供理论依据,有效缓解矿山失稳所带来的灾害。  相似文献

地形校正是提高复杂地形区地表参数遥感定量化反演精度的重要手段。当前广泛应用的遥感叶面积指数产品(Leaf Area Index, LAI)多具有一定的地形误差,减少地形影响、提升其产品精度有着非常重要的意义。以我国江西省千烟洲地区为研究区域,利用地面实测LAI数据、LandsatTM数据和高程数据等,基于高程标准差和GLOBMAP LAI产品值的关系,建立面向叶面积指数产品的地形校正模型,利用这一模型对GLOBMAP LAI产品进行地形校正。结果表明:校正后的LAI与地面实测数据更为接近,LAI产品与地面测量值的RMSE由2.11下降到2.04;校正后LAI产品的标准差由2.08下降至1.69,LAI产品的地形误差得到了较好的改正。该方法较好地完成了LAI产品的地形校正,进一步提高了产品精度,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

The traditional network simulator has function and performance limitation when simulating Internet worms,so we designed the grid-based Internet worm behavior simulator (IWBS Grid).IWBS Grid makes use of the real Internet topology,link and routing information,and simulates the worm behavior at the packet event-driven level;and proposes a high-performance Internet worms behavior simulation platform by right of the grid computing capability,resource and task management,and so on.The experimental results show that IWBS grid surpasses the traditional simulator in simulating capability,and the technology to track the worm propagation in packet level can propose the valuable information for the further study on worms.  相似文献
