Geogrids embedded in fill materials are checked against pullout failure through standard pullout testing methodology. The test determines the pullout interaction coefficient which is critical in fixing the embedment length of geogrids in mechanically stabilized earth walls. This paper proposes prediction of pullout interaction coefficient using data driven machine learning regression algorithms. The study primarily focusses on using extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) method for prediction. A data set containing 220 test results from the literature has been used for training and testing. Predicted results of XGBoost have been compared with the results of random forest (RF) ensemble learning based algorithm. The predictions of XGBoost model indicates 85% accuracy and that of RF model shows 77% accuracy, indicating significantly superior and robust prediction through XGBoost above RF model. The importance analysis indicates that normal stress is the most significant factor that influences the pullout interaction coefficients. Subsequently pullout tests have been performed on geogrid embedded in four different fill materials at three normal stresses. The proposed XGBoost model gives 90% accuracy in prediction of pullout interaction coefficient compared to laboratory test results. Finally, an open-source graphical user interface based on the XGBoost model has been created for preliminary estimation of the pullout interaction coefficient of geogrid at different test conditions.  相似文献

Friction is a common clean energy and can be harvested and converted into electricity energy via triboelectricity, which can electrochemically drive dye decomposition in theory. In this work, the tribocatalytic Rhodamine B dye decomposition has been experimentally realized in strontium titanate (SrTiO3) nanofibers, which are synthesized via a hydrothermal method. In the tribocatalytic dye decomposition process, the friction is exerted in the interface between catalyst surface and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Teflon rod setup with the different stirring speed. The RhB dye decomposition ratios of SrTiO3 nanofibers at these stirring speeds of 200 rpm, 400 rpm, 600 rpm, and 800 rpm are respectively 24.2%, 51.8%, 73.9% and 88.6%, yielding to these reaction rate constants of ~0.0112 h?1, ~0.0260 h?1, ~0.0562 h?1 and ~0.0877 h?1. The main active species, which play an important role in tribocatalytic process, are the superoxide radicals and holes on basis of the active species quenching experiment results. The excellent tribocatalysis activity makes SrTiO3 nanofibers potential for application in dye wastewater treatment through utilizing the environmental friction energy.  相似文献

在全国天然气管道“主干互联、区域成网”(以下简称“互联互通”)基础格局逐渐形成的背景下,天然气管网规模日益扩大、管道分支和气源增加,并且分布不集中、输送方向可变,使得输气方案更加灵活,可以更好地解决某些地域的供气紧张问题;但受现有站场和设备的限制,暂不能满足某些多线组合极限工况,使得“互联互通”的初衷难以全部实现。为了使得现有的各输气干线在实现“互联互通”之后可以满足更多的多线组合工况,在分析“互联互通”背景下M管网工况变化的基础上,研发了可以进行水力仿真和压气站方案制订的计算软件,并对3种极限工况下的不同输气量情况进行了可行性试算,进而基于试算结果提出了相应的管网改进建议。研究结果表明:(1)经验证,软件计算误差满足要求;(2)在M管道某处增设压气站或在某些输气站场配置压缩机组;(3) M管网改进调整后,可以完成大部分的多线组合极限工况,真正实现“互联互通”的输气方案。结论认为,该研究成果有助于推进全国天然气管网早日实现“互联互通”。  相似文献

现有文献针对计及转子变流器(RSC)控制的双馈感应风电机组(DFIG)定子短路电流解析表达,将定子磁链当作一阶直流衰减分量或忽略功率外环控制。基于DFIG电压、磁链和RSC控制方程,得到定子电流关于定子电压和定子功率的传递函数,提出定子电流的精确解析表达式。基于RSC内、外环PI参数关系,推导直流分量衰减时间常数和角频率关于PI参数的表达式。分析了RSC内外环PI参数对定子电流直流衰减分量的影响。仿真结果验证了解析表达式的准确性,为PI参数选取和保护装置测量、整定提供依据。  相似文献

建立车辆动力学模型,研究车辆在高速避让工况下的路径跟踪控制策略。基于自抗扰控制设计车辆横摆角速度以及道路曲率2种不同的路径跟踪控制器;设计基于车辆偏航位移和偏航角度加权的线性二次最优控制器;对3种控制器控制效果进行仿真验证,分析路径跟踪侧向位移误差、侧向加速度、前轮转向角以及偏航角度变化。越野车实车测试结果表明,路径跟踪控制策略正确。  相似文献

针对车客渡船动力负荷切换频繁,传统柴油机推进油耗高、排放和噪声大的问题,提出一种基于变速发电机组和超级电容储能装置的直流配网型混合动力系统。目前系统已成功应用于“江苏路渡3011”轮,实船运行数据显示:该混合动力系统不仅能达到较好的节油效果、降低排放,更在操控性、舒适性上优于传统的柴油机推进模式。  相似文献

铜目前,硫酸车间制酸一系列共有三台SO2风机,这三台风机均采用液力耦合器的调速方式,这种方式可以实现无极调速,但是存在着传动效率低,耗能大的缺点,并且这三台风机均已使用20年以上,处于设备的中晚期,工作效率已大大降低。目前行业内,均采用先进的变频调速方式。使用变频器来控制风机的转速,可以极大的节省电能,尤其是在低负荷情况下,可以实现低转速运转,大大提高硫酸系统的综合能耗指标。  相似文献

片对垂直轴风力机气动性能的影响并分析了其流动机理。结果表明:气动弹片在高尖速比下可显著抑制流动分离并改善其动态失速特性,功率系数得到极大提升;切向力和转矩系数在气动弹片作用相位角范围内,均有一定提高,而在其它相位角内,风力机性能不受影响。  相似文献

Leading edge erosion (LEE) affects almost all wind turbines, reducing their annual energy production and lifetime profitability. This study presents results of an investigation into 18 operational wind farms to assess the validity of the current literature consensus surrounding LEE. Much of the historical research focuses on rain erosion, implying that this is the predominant causal factor. However, this study showed that the impact of excessive airborne particles from seawater aerosols or from adverse local environments such as nearby quarries greatly increases the levels of LEE. Current testing of leading edge protection coatings or tapes is based on a rain erosion resistivity test, which does little to prove its ability to withstand solid particle erosion and may drive coating design in the wrong direction. Furthermore, it was shown that there is little correlation between test results and actual field performance. A method of monitoring the expected level of erosion on an operational wind turbine due to rain erosion is also presented. Finally, the energy losses associated with LEE on an operational wind farm are examined, with the average annual energy production dropping by 1.8% due to medium levels of erosion, with the worst affected turbine experiencing losses of 4.9%.  相似文献

Repair and replacement of offshore wind turbine blades are necessary for current and future offshore wind turbines. To date, repair activities are often conducted using huge jack‐up crane vessels and by applying a reverse installation procedure. Because of the high costs associated with installation and removal of offshore wind turbine components and the low profit margin of the offshore wind industry, alternative methods for installation and removal are needed. This paper introduces a novel concept for replacement or installation of offshore wind turbine blades. The concept involves a medium‐sized jack‐up crane vessel and a tower climbing mechanism. This mechanism provides a stable platform for clamping, lowering, and lifting of a blade. A case study of a 5‐MW offshore wind turbine is shown, where common engineering practices were applied and numerical simulations of the marine operations were carried out using finite element and multibody simulation tools. Operational limits for wave and wind actions were established to demonstrate the technical feasibility of the proposed concept.  相似文献
