微纳层叠聚丙烯腈凝胶流动特性的数值模拟研究

建立了层叠流道的三维模型和有限元网格模型，根据流变测试数据，采用Polymat对物料的黏度模型参数进行拟合，并利用Polyflow软件对聚丙烯腈（PAN）凝胶在层叠流道内的三维等温流动过程进行了数值模拟分析。研究发现，当入口流量增大时，层叠流道出口速度的不均匀性增加；沿流动方向流道内压力逐渐降低，并在出口处降低至同一最低值；流道进出口压力差与入口流量大小具有正相关性；在流道的中心截面上剪切速率分布均匀，波动较小。     

基于CFD⁃DEM的水下切粒装置水室内颗粒流动过程数值模拟

基于CFD?DEM耦合方法，研究了颗粒在水室内的流动状态，分析了不同刀盘转速、粒子水通入量和水室出口角度对造粒过程的影响，发现提高刀盘转速、增加粒子水通入量和水室出口倾斜一定的角度都有利于水室内颗粒的排出。进一步研究了颗粒与碎屑在水室内的流动，发现在水室出口处二者的流动基本呈现出一定的分离角度。     

Effects of Eltrombopag on In Vitro Macrophage Polarization in Pediatric Immune Thrombocytopenia

Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an autoimmune disease characterized by autoantibodies-mediated platelet destruction, a prevalence of M1 pro-inflammatory macrophage phenotype and an elevated T helper 1 and T helper 2 lymphocytes (Th1/Th2) ratio, resulting in impairment of inflammatory profile and immune response. Macrophages are immune cells, present as pro-inflammatory classically activated macrophages (M1) or as anti-inflammatory alternatively activated macrophages (M2). They have a key role in ITP, acting both as effector cells, phagocytizing platelets, and, as antigen presenting cells, stimulating auto-antibodies against platelets production. Eltrombopag (ELT) is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist licensed for chronic ITP to stimulate platelet production. Moreover, it improves T and B regulatory cells functions, suppresses T-cells activity, and inhibits monocytes activation. We analyzed the effect of ELT on macrophage phenotype polarization, proposing a new possible mechanism of action. We suggest it as a mediator of macrophage phenotype switch from the M1 pro-inflammatory type to the M2 anti-inflammatory one in paediatric patients with ITP, in order to reduce inflammatory state and restore the immune system function. Our results provide new insights into the therapy and the management of ITP, suggesting ELT also as immune-modulating drug.     

Notwendigkeit und Vermarktung von Flexibilitätsoptionen im Energiesystem der Zukunft

Demands on production, distribution and consumption of electrical energy change fundamentally with the energy revolution. Energy purchasing costs for inflexible consumers are rising and proceeds of inflexible producers are sinking. Companies are able to reduce costs by marketing operational flexibility options. This article sets out the need of flexibility in the energy system and the new marketing options. Flexibility potentials within infrastructure plants of a chemical park are analyzed, evaluated regarding marketing and activated in the presented research project FlexChemistry.     

高熔体流动速率薄壁注塑聚丙烯专用料的结构与性能分析

采用多种分析测试方法，对3类高熔体流动速率薄壁注塑聚丙烯（PP）专用料的熔融结晶性能、光学性能、分子量分布、力学性能、毛细管流变性能、热收缩性能进行了分析研究。结果表明，K1860与2种市售主流PP1、PP2各项性能相当，其中K1860分子量分布相对PP1、PP2较窄，弯曲性能、拉伸性能更优，可满足大型薄壁注塑制品的生产要求。     

AP2M1 Supports TGF-β Signals to Promote Collagen Expression by Inhibiting Caveolin Expression

The extracellular matrix (ECM) is important for normal development and disease states, including inflammation and fibrosis. To understand the complex regulation of ECM, we performed a suppressor screening using Caenorhabditis elegans expressing the mutant ROL-6 collagen protein. One cuticle mutant has a mutation in dpy-23 that encodes the μ2 adaptin (AP2M1) of clathrin-associated protein complex II (AP-2). The subsequent suppressor screening for dpy-23 revealed the lon-2 mutation. LON-2 functions to regulate body size through negative regulation of the tumor growth factor-beta (TGF-β) signaling pathway responsible for ECM production. RNA-seq analysis showed a dominant change in the expression of collagen genes and cuticle components. We noted an increase in the cav-1 gene encoding caveolin-1, which functions in clathrin-independent endocytosis. By knockdown of cav-1, the reduced TGF-β signal was significantly restored in the dpy-23 mutant. In conclusion, the dpy-23 mutation upregulated cav-1 expression in the hypodermis, and increased CAV-1 resulted in a decrease of TβRI. Finally, the reduction of collagen expression including rol-6 by the reduced TGF-β signal influenced the cuticle formation of the dpy-23 mutant. These findings could help us to understand the complex process of ECM regulation in organism development and disease conditions.     

我国中空吹塑行业发展现状及“十四五”期间重点产品、工艺和设备发展方向

从原料、中空成型机和吹塑工艺等方面介绍了我国中空吹塑行业发展现状，并对电子化学品专用超洁净桶、高压储氢四型瓶、全电动中空成型机、微发泡中空成型技术和挤吹聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）容器等在“十四五”期间的重点产品、工艺和设备发展方向进行了展望。     

线性富磷化阻燃剂在聚氨酯泡沫中的应用研究

通过界面聚合法合成了一种线性富磷化阻燃剂（LPRFR），将LPRFR与可膨胀石墨（EG）复配制备了阻燃聚氨酯泡沫（RPUF），使用红外光谱分析仪、核磁共振分析仪对阻燃剂LPRFR的化学结构进行了表征，并通过极限氧指数仪、锥形量热仪、扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱分析仪对RPUF的燃烧性能、微观形貌和化学结构进行了分析。结果表明，仅10 %（质量分数，下同）的LPRFR 与8 %EG复配后，RPUF的极限氧指数（LOI）便达到26.1 %；LPRFR和EG能大幅降低RPUF的热释放速率，并提高基体的成炭能力； LPRFR参与了燃烧过程中的成炭反应，形成了含P—O—C及P=O结构的高质量炭层，有效隔绝了氧气和热量；LPRFR是一种对于聚氨酯泡沫阻燃性能优异的新型阻燃剂。     

基于粒子群优化算法的五自由度机械臂轨迹规划

为了让机械臂的工作时间达到最优,以自主研发的抛光机器人样机为研究对象,针对手表表壳表耳部分的抛光过程,提出PSO算法对五自由度机械臂轨迹规划进行优化,并通过MATLAB软件进行机械臂的仿真与分析。仿真结果表明,基于PSO算法的轨迹规划使机械臂在工作过程中加加速度不会产生突变,运动轨迹精度高,机械臂工作时间达到最优。
