依托对氨基二苯胺和甲基异丁基甲酮一步法合成6PPD的合成工艺,研制出F04型缩合烷基化催化剂。强度试验表明,制备的催化剂使用后强度下降率低、无粉化和使用寿命长。在催化剂作用下,6PPD收率较高,产品合格0过渡期,甲基异丁基甲酮回收率大幅提高。  相似文献

以某SUV 6座纯电动汽车为研究对象,采用试验和仿真方法对乘客舱热舒适性进行研究。以某地夏季高温环境为研究背景,考虑了太阳辐射和人体生理热,采用PMV-PPD和相对湿度指标对乘客舱内的热环境进行分析和评价。结果表明,车舱内冷空气流速、乘客体表温度分布在舒适的范围内。通过分析评价指标的分布状态,可以清晰地了解乘客舱热舒适性情况,相较于实验更节约成本,缩短时间。  相似文献

P型掺杂区工艺对Si基Pinned型光电二极管量子效率的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了更全面、系统地分析Si基Pinned型光电二极管(PPD,pinned photodiode)量子效率的工艺敏感特性,基于考虑表面(SRH,shockley-read -hall)复合率模型的时域有限差分数值模拟方法,对不同P+型表面层和P型外延(EPI,e pi taxial)层工艺条件下PPD可见光谱量子效率的变化特征及物理机制进行了研究。结果表明 ,P+型表面层离子束注入剂量和注入能量的增加分别引起非平衡载流子SRH复合率升高和 PPD势垒区顶部下移,均可导致低于500nm波段量子效率的衰减,而 后者进一步引起的势垒区纵向宽度缩 减使该影响可持续至650nm波段;P型EPI掺杂浓度增加引起PPD势垒 区底部上移,导致500~750nm 波段量子效率的衰减;P型EPI厚度增加引起衬底强SRH复合区光电荷比重降低,导致高于700 nm波段量 子效率得到提升并趋向饱和。通过分析发现,Si基材料中光子吸收深度对波长的强依赖关系 是导致两种P型 掺杂区工艺条件对量子效率存在波段差异性影响的根本原因。  相似文献

The objective of this paper was to perform an analysis on thermal acceptability in naturally ventilated (NVB) and air-conditioned buildings (ACB) located in hot and humid climates in Brazil. Experiments were carried out in April and November 2005 with 1.301 questionnaires based on ISO 10551:1995(E). Indoor and outdoor climatic variables were monitored simultaneously. The results revealed that 53% of the occupants of NVB and 78% of ACB were thermally satisfied. However, some restrictions were observed with the applications of the following methodologies: ISO/FDIS 7730:2005(E); ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 55:2004; Adaptive Temperature Limits (ATG) and prEN15251: 2005(E). Differences were observed between thermal sensation (TSV) and predicted mean vote (PMV) and between the subject's percentages expressing thermal unacceptability of the environment and the PPD calculated according to ISO/FDIS 7730:2005(E).  相似文献

In the present communication, fifteen different glazing systems ranging from 3 mm single glazed clear glass to double glazed with low-e and solar control coating, have been analysed in terms of their human thermal comfort impact. Thermal comfort is measured in term of PMV (predicted mean vote) and PPD (predicted percentage of dissatisfied). Study encompasses all the six climatic zones of India. By using OPTICS 5.0 and WINDOW 5.0, U-values, solar heat gain coefficient, inside glazing surface temperatures and inside solar radiation have been computed. Depending upon different climatic zones, six sets of different design conditions, in terms of ambient temperatures, solar radiation and wind velocity, have been chosen. Typical values of metabolic rate and clothing insulation taken are 1.2 met and 0.5 clo for summer and 1.0 met and 1.0 clo for winter, respectively. Inside room air velocity is taken as 0.15 m s−1 round the year. Room temperature is taken as 20 °C in winter and 25 °C in summer. It is found that for cold station (e.g. Leh) all glazings except solar control glazings, ensure thermal comfort and total PPD is less than 10% (|PMV|?0.5). For warm and hot climates, solar control glazings are thermally suitable. Results for winter night of Delhi shows that all the 15 glazings are inadequate for thermal comfort and PPD, due to cold feeling, varies between 27% and 33% approximately.  相似文献

近年来随着人们对居住环境热舒适度的重视,利用ISO7730标准中PMV-PPD指标来进行室内热环境舒适度评价的现象越来越普遍,目前许多研究室内热环境的文章也是把PMV-PPD指标作为参考和依据,来进行研究与分析。但是对于PMV-PPD指标的适用范围却很少有人关注和了解,从而出现了对PMV指标的误用和滥用,并推导出某些不准确的结论。通过对PMV方程推导过程的分析,解释了在高温条件下PMV指标与实际情况不符的现象,进一步说明PMV方程的适用范围,从而保证在进行热舒适度研究过程中可以作出科学合理的评价与结论。  相似文献

以马来酸酐、苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、十八醇为原料,采用三元共聚,通过醇解,制备了马来酸酐/苯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯三元共聚十八酯(OMSV)。将其作为柴油降凝剂,用于改善柴油低温流动性。通过对加入OMSV的燕山石化催化加氢0#柴油的凝点和冷滤点的实验室评价,考察了OMSV的降凝效果。结果表明,当OMSV在柴油中的质量分数为0.15%时,燕山石化催化加氢0#柴油的凝点降低31℃,冷滤点降低11℃。  相似文献

The stripping and regeneration of the loaded organic phase of phosphorous mixer extractant (PPD) were studied. The mixed solutions (3 niol/L HC1 +2 mol/L ZnCl2) were used as the stripping agent and more than 99% of indium can be stripped after three-stage stripping when the volume ratio of organic phase to stripping agent is 1:1. The organic phase can be recycled to use after regeneration with HC1. The parallel contrast experiments with D2EHPA (di-2-ethyl hexyl phosphoric acid) were carried out under the same conditions. The results show that the mixer extractant has good reusability and the stripping and regeneration of PPD are superior to those of DJ3HPA.  相似文献

In this study, the performance of air conditioning system and the level of thermal comfort are determined in a state hospital located in Kermanshah city in the west of Iran in winter and summer using the Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) model which has been presented by ISO-7730 (2005). The Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) and the Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied (PPD) indices were computed using the data acquired from the experimental measurements performed in the building. The results showed that the values of PMV in some parts of the building, both for men and women, are not within the standard acceptable range defined by ISO. It was found that the most thermal problems in winter occur in morning work shift, and the worst thermal conditions in summer occur in noon work shift. The t-test results revealed that there is no noticeable difference between the thermal conditions of some rooms and those of the surroundings.  相似文献
