This paper analyzes the model of the recycled products which are considered with the minimum quality level in manufacturing/remanufacturing system. In this model, a constant demand is satisfied by manufacturing raw materials and remanufacturing recycled products which are up to the quality level. It is assumed that functions of recycling rate, buyback cost and remanufacturing cost are depend on the minimum quality level. The quality level of recycled products is set to be exponential distribution and then the model is established. The results show that when the buyback cost is low (the quality of the recycled products is low), the average total cost is low, though the remanufacturing cost is high. Namely, the companies are willing to recycle the used products with low quality level. Meanwhile, the optimal strategy of recycling, manufacturing and remanufacturing is investigated here. Through construction of a solution process on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithm (GA) and numerical examples with sensitive analysis, the validity of the model has been proved.  相似文献

Uncertainties in the quality, quantity, and operational time of used products pose a challenge to the management of remanufacturing systems. In addition, it becomes a necessity to optimize the operation of the remanufacturing system to balance the quality of products, remanufacturing efficiency, and service level. In this study, a stochastic discrete-time dynamical model is proposed to represent a remanufacturing system, where the relationship between the market satisfaction, inventory status, and operational actions is explicitly modeled. This includes production and inventory planning, resource allocation and acquisition. To handle uncertainties, a stochastic model predictive control approach is proposed to plan the actions that optimize the remanufacturing efficiency. Our results in the simulation examples show that: (a) without supplies, the remanufacturing system has better stability and robustness than a conventional manufacturing system with the same initial stocks; and (b) with insufficient initial stocks, the remanufacturing system demands fewer and more gradual supplies, thereby keeping the system stable. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is conducted for testing the performance of the remanufacturing system. By changing the operational action capacity, different state equilibria are discovered, which correspond to distinct system response characteristics. The study reveals notable managerial insights and effects of product commonality, demand patterns, and operational actions scheduling on the efficiency of the remanufacturing system.  相似文献

This paper studies a remanufacturing facility with several types of incoming nonconforming products and different independent remanufacturing workstations. The workstations have limited capacities so that an outsourcing strategy can be practiced. Each workstation is modeled with an M/M/1/k queuing system considering k as a decision variable. Additionally, a binary decision variable is taken into account to determine the contracting strategy along with some decision variables for the prices of remanufactured products. Thus, a bi-objective mixed-integer nonlinear programming is built to obtain optimal values of the decision variables. The first objective attempts to maximize the total profit and the second minimizes the average length of queuing at workstations. To solve the complex bi-objective mixed-integer nonlinear programming problem, the best out of six multi-objective decision-making (MODM) methods is selected in order to make the bi-objective optimization problem a single-objective one. Afterward, a genetic algorithm (GA) is developed to find a near-optimum solution of the single-objective problem. Besides, all of the important parameters of the algorithm are calibrated using regression analysis. To validate the results obtained, the solutions of some test problems are compared to the ones obtained by the GAMS software. The applicability of the proposed model and the solution procedure are shown with an illustrative example.  相似文献

Reverse logistics (RL) is a systematic process that manages the flow of products/parts from the point of consumption back to the point of manufacturing for possible recycling, remanufacturing, or disposal. Although the concept of RL is well-known in logistics and supply chain management, the available holistic literature and theory of RL are scarce. This paper surveys current RL literature and identifies the present state of theory in RL by formulating the propositions for strategic factors. The approach used is grounded theory development. The strategic factors are in turn delineated and evaluated in terms of specific sub-factors associated with each factor by the use of interview protocol and within the context of an in-depth analysis of two companies in different industries that are engaged in remanufacturing/recycling operations within RL systems. The analysis of these case studies, using the grounded theory approach, resulted in insights regarding their RL practices. Based on these insights and strategic factors and sub-factors, a framework for effective design and implementation of remanufacturing/recycling operations in RL is provided. This framework allows for the determination of the viability of returned products/parts in the RL system. The findings outline how our RL theory is enhanced and how our understanding of RL practices with respect to remanufacturing/recycling operations is improved. In conclusion, managerial implications and future research directions are presented.  相似文献

It has been noted in the past that economically sound, environmentally preferable life extension modes such as remanufacturing and recycling have special characteristics that complicate the management of their production, logistics and associated operations. This paper considers these complicating characteristics from the perspective of the nine different modes of product life extension. In doing so, a framework and guide is provided to what issues, resource requirements and management capabilities are required for specific life extension modes. This framework provides guidance to practitioners and academics on commonalities between different product life extension modes, thereby assisting practitioners in leveraging current internal skills and capabilities and researchers in determining the generalizability of research.  相似文献

In this research we study the multi-product Economic Lot Scheduling Problem (ELSP) with manufacturing and remanufacturing opportunities. Manufacturing and remanufacturing operations are performed on the same production line. Both manufactured and remanufactured products have the same quality thus they fulfil the same demand stream. Tang and Teunter (2006) firstly studied this type of Economic Lot Scheduling Problem with Returns (ELSPR) and presented a complex algorithm for the optimal solution. More recently Teunter, Tang, and Kaparis (2009) proposed several heuristics to deal with the same problem using more computational efficient approaches. However, both studies have limited the attention to the common cycle policy with the assumption that a single (re)manufacturing lot is used for each item in each cycle. Relaxing the constraint of common cycle time and a single (re)manufacturing lot for each item in each cycle, we propose a simple, easy to implement algorithm, based on Segerstedt (1999), to solve the model using a basic period policy. Several numerical examples show the applicability of the algorithm and the cost savings.  相似文献

Implementing comprehensive service contracts and sustainable supply chains are two recent trends that create the opportunity to develop maintenance contracts with an uptime guarantee for the customer and a remanufacturing process for removed parts. This involves management decisions on the design of the contract (price, uptime guarantee and overhaul interval) and the logistics network (facility locations, capacities and inventories with given service level). These two decision levels are interrelated: the number of contracts is a function of price and machine uptime, while this uptime is affected by the overhaul interval and network responsiveness. Steady-state queueing equations explicitly model the stochastic nature of the problem, e.g. the impact of resource utilization levels on lead time of the remanufacturing process. This approach results in a non-linear mixed integer model, which is solved by a differential evolution algorithm to find the maximum profit that simultaneously optimizes both problems. A real-life application reveals that price sensitivity is a critical determinant and that measures must be taken to tackle the problem of moral hazard.  相似文献

表面工程是机械制造中赋予零件表面耐磨损、耐腐蚀和耐疲劳等特殊性能的重要技术途径。近零排放的表面工程新技术替代传统表面工程技术,可满足绿色制造要求,减小对环境的负面效应;以较少能源和材料获得比基体更高性能的表面工程技术,可在恢复零件尺寸的同时提升其性能,并广泛应用于装备的再制造。近年来,面向绿色制造与再制造的表面工程技术得到较快的发展,如替代传统电镀铬的绿色镀膜技术、工程化超润滑复合碳膜技术、纳米减摩自修复添加剂技术、纳米电刷镀技术、热喷涂新技术和激光表面强化技术等。从以上技术的基础研究及应用背景等方面,介绍我国表面工程研究的新进展、新成果、新观点、新方法和新技术,并对其未来发展做出思考。  相似文献

战场条件下装备战损零部件表面清洗与预处理是装备战场应急维修或再制造过程中的重要工序,本文通过喷砂实验,采用单纯CaCO2、棕刚玉及石英砂磨料,对45钢及7A52型装甲铝合金进行喷砂处理,借助X射线应力测定仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、划痕测试仪等检测设备对一定喷砂条件下喷砂后试件表面形貌、粗糙度变化及应力状态等进行测试分析。研究结果表明采用纯CaCO2磨料在试样表面喷砂后的粗糙度值较低,纯棕刚玉磨料的粗糙度值较高,采用经过混合后的磨料喷射后的表面粗糙度介于两者之间,并且经过喷砂后被喷射表面应力为压应力,对喷砂后应力状态影响的重要性次序依次是:粒径、流量、压强和距离。  相似文献
