以锡盟地区小尾寒羊的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、大肠、小肠、胃(瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃、皱胃)及血液等副产物为研究对象,对其常规营养成分、氨基酸、脂肪酸以及矿物质含量进行分析与评价。结果表明:锡盟地区小尾寒羊各副产物营养成分含量(鲜质量分数)为水分含量68.86%~83.62%、蛋白质含量11.10%~19.92%、脂肪含量0.19%~16.93%、灰分含量0.45%~3.82%;各副产物经酸水解处理后测定,含天冬氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸等17 种氨基酸,其中包含人体必需的7 种氨基酸,必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的34.44%~44.35%,且谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、亮氨酸等含量丰富;各副产物中不饱和脂肪酸含量(除羊血8.26%外)为35.56%~56.09%,其中以单不饱和脂肪酸为主,网胃、瓣胃、皱胃、大肠、小肠中油酸含量均在30%以上,且网胃、肝脏、肺脏中亚油酸含量较高;各副产物中含有多种微量元素,其中脾脏中K和Fe含量最高,4 个胃中Ca含量均较高。  相似文献

This research aims to address scheduling of a single batch processing machine, where jobs are in different sizes and have a conflicting nature with each other, in the sense that two conflicting jobs cannot share the same batch and hence, cannot be processed simultaneously by the machine. The problem is referred to as SBMC. After formulating the problem, a strong lower bound procedure is developed by transforming a relaxed version of the scheduling problem to the multiple bottleneck transportation problem (MTP) with conflicts. An efficient Lagrangian relaxation procedure is proposed, which takes advantage of decomposable nature of the relaxed problem, to attain a lower bound for MTP which in essence is a lower bound for SBMC. To solve the problem, two metaheuristic algorithms, namely the League Championship Algorithm (LCA) and Optic Inspired Optimization (OIO), are adapted and fundamentally modified to match the problem unique structure (i.e., the grouping structure) and accordingly the grouping version of these algorithms is developed. The effectiveness of the lower bound procedure, as well as algorithms, are evaluated through extensive computational experiments. To show they perform efficiently in running times and effective in finding near-optimal bounds for most of the problem instances, we generate 20 different classes of problems according to variability in job sizes, number of jobs and density of incompatibility matrix. Then, we make comparison with two of extensively used algorithms from literature, SA and GA. Our proposed algorithms obtain solutions with objective values less than 6% gap from the lower bound and outperform SA and GA algorithms, especially for large instances. Moreover, values of the lower bound procedure lie within less than 4% of objective values provided by CPLEX.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

While video games provide different Player Experiences (PE), some genres can provide particularly unique PEs driven by their particular features. Such is the case of MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) games, currently led in number of players and popularity by League of Legends. In spite of this popularity, PE in MOBA games remains largely unexplored. We aim to explore this gap by presenting a PE study that focuses in League of Legends and its player base. After surveying more than 400 players in the database of the largest eSports organisation in Spain, a series of tests were run from multiple perspectives using the PENS (Player Experience of Need Satisfaction) model and the SPGQ (Social Presence in Gaming Questionnaire) as response variables. Among our findings, we show how PE differs across different levels of competence (or rank) inside the game. When looking at how team play impact PE, results show how PENS dimensions remain unaffected while empathy is driven by playing with known teammates. Role selection, on the other hand, has an arguably insignificant impact in PE. Last but not least, an invariant behavioural engagement across all dimensions shows how players perceive team collaboration as an essential factor for success.  相似文献

The selection of cricket players by team selectors and sponsors for endorsement of products is primarily dependent on the performance of players in terms of various parameters in their areas of expertise such as batting or bowling. This paper proposes a two-stage method for measuring and ranking batting parameters in cricket using ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator and regression. The first stage measures the performance of batsmen using OWA operator followed by ranking of batting parameters using regression. The study reveals that the ranking obtained for batting parameters is not sensitive to changes in the OWA weights. A real dataset of 40 batsmen from Indian Premier League 2011 is considered for analysis purpose. Although this paper focuses only on the batting discipline the results from this paper can be extended to investigate bowling discipline using multiple parameters. These results can be implemented to enhance the quality of decision making.  相似文献
