国外城市社会空间演变的动力机制研究综述及政策启示

城市社会空间演变的动力机制问题一直是国外城市社会学、地理学、人口学、规划学等学科研究的热点，形成了各种理论流派。当前，在经济全球化和市场化改革不断深入的背景下，中国城市社会空间正发生类似于西方城市社会空间的演变趋势。因此，对国外城市社会空间演变的动力机制理论进行研究，可以为正在发生的中国城市社会空间问题提供可供借鉴的理论解释，并且也为合理的城市治理公共政策提供理论依据。     

“制造强国的主要指标研究”课题摘要

“制造强国的主要指标研究”是中国工程院“制造强国战略研究”重大咨询项目中的一个课题,于2013年1月启动, 一年多来,课题组围绕指标体系构建、制造强国指数评价、战略路径等方面多次召开课题组会和专家研讨会。课题组在充分研究国内外指标体系、工业发达国家强国之路的基础上,详细分析了我国制造业现状,提出了制造强国的内涵和特征,构建了制造强国评价指标体系,并对国际上公认已是制造强国的典型国家进行了评价、也对我国制造强国的进程进行了预测。同时结合指标体系的构建和评价结果,提出推进制造强国的战略路径。     

Exploring climate change criteria for strategic environmental assessments

Climate change has become a high priority worldwide at the level of governments, business, and community due to growing understanding of climate change's implications for trade, security, the economy, ecosystems, and the well-being of humans and other species. The strategic environmental assessment (SEA) process is well-positioned to systematically help strengthen treatment of climate change adaptation and mitigation in planning and development. This is due to its practical, analytical component, its participation component, and its ability to engage with ethical issues and reconcile competing agendas. This monograph explores criteria and good practices in addressing various climate change aspects in SEA and country environmental analysis (CEA). Climate change criteria are developed and applied to two datasets to provide an initial information baseline on climate change treatment in SEA and CEA, amended sets of climate change criteria for each, and an evidence-based resource for improving SEA and CEA guidance and practice amongst interested academics, professionals, and practitioners in the UK, EU, development banks, and developing countries. Overall findings are relevant to any individual, institution, or country interested in addressing climate change and climate-related natural hazards within an SEA or planning framework.     

农村零星历史建筑再生式保护研究——以武汉市黄陂区黄花涝村为例

该文在分析我国农村零星历史建筑存在的现实困境的基础上，提出了再生式保护的方法，并结合我国农村的具体情况从建筑文化、建筑功能以及建筑技术等方面进行了阐述。     

大都市郊野地区村庄整治模式研究--以青西郊野单元为例

大都市地区现阶段面临着土地资源紧约束、城市建设用地不足、生态环境恶化等问题,影响着大都市地区的转型发展。而大都市郊野地区农村建设用地则存在闲置、荒废、布局零散等低效利用现象,这些问题不仅造成土地资源的严重浪费,同时影响农村经济社会发展,制约着大都市地区城乡一体化进程。以上海市青浦区青西郊野单元为例,探究如何通过村庄整治对存量农村建设用地挖潜,减少对农村土地资源的浪费,并总结村庄整治的3种模式,以期为大都市郊野地区村庄整治提供参考。     

践行工匠精神推动创新型国家建设——工匠精神融入职业教育的思考

工匠精神是中华民族优秀传统文化的重要精神内容,作为培养工匠的主力军,职业教育积极响应国家发展战略的要求,把工匠精神融入职业教育,推动创新型国家建设,具有非常重要的现实意义。     

关于现当代建筑的理论与思考 —— 从《建筑学的属性》到《中外近现代建筑引论》

本文从吴焕加教授先后出版的两部理论专著《建筑学的属性》《中外近现代建筑引论》出发,对这两部建筑理论专著,特别是后者作简要概述,并从这部新著中提出的有关建筑学的本质、建筑艺术、建筑审美、中外近现代建筑几个方面,呈现笔者对这部书中所阐释观点的认知与理解。     

The Australian Manufacturing Shift: The Experience of Country Localities

In Western Europe and the US the experience of nonmetropolitan growth in manufacturing employment plays a vital role in accounting for industrial change, metropolitan declines and regional development. In Australia, the experience of country localities has made minimal or insignificant contributions to these debates. This paper points out that there has, however, been significant widespread growth in manufacturing employment in country localities and that this growth has been characterised by a dynamism in industry sectors and capital restructuring that is closely tied yet contrasting to the traditional industrial areas. The experiences of NSW is examined as a case study. The implications of these findings are to question the appropriateness of US and European models (and Australian conceptions) of regional change.     

从乡村原生态厨房看中式整体橱柜设计

本文通过对40于个乡村厨房和城市厨房的实际调研,对乡村原生态厨房中包含的厨房文化进行了分析,论述了如何在中式现代整体橱柜设计中延续和传承中国厨房文化和饮食文化,并对中式现代整体橱柜提出了4点设计建议：灶台的参与性设计、不同形式的操作台面设计、食品储存的可视化设计以及地域文化在整体橱柜设计中的体现,希望对未来中国整体橱柜设计的研究与开发提供一些更符合国情的设计参考。
