高校网络安全建设的探索与思考

The construction of cybersecurity is an important part of the information construction in university. It is an indispensable condition to help the information construction and a strong guarantee to serve the information support of teachers and students in uni- versity. The cybersecurity environment, atmosphere and guarantee ability of university need to be improved. Based on the related work and achievements of cybersecurity construction, some general schemes are put forward to provide reference for cybersecurity construction in university.     

Computer Network Assisted Test of Spoken English

With the development of computer network technology, the means of foreign language teaching have changed. Computer aided spoken English test is a new test method, and there is a great advantage compared with the traditional oral test. In order to further understand the superiority of the computer aided spoken English test, this study took the sophomores of Foreign Language Department in Henan University of Chinese Medicine, China, as the subjects and carried out the traditional interview-type spoken English test and computer-assisted spoken English test. The score system based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM) was used, and then the two tests were carried out. The performance in the two tests was compared, and the attitudes of the participants to the computer assisted Spoken English test were analyzed in the form of questionnaires. The results showed that the computer aided spoken English test could better reflect the true level of the students, and the teachers and students clearly stated that the computer aided spoken English test could relieve tension and reduce the burden of teachers. The research verified the feasibility of the computer-assisted spoken English test, which provides a reference for the promotion of the computer-assisted spoken English test.

文章主要依据我国高校图书馆服务的发展情况,分析了"互联网+"环境下,高校图书馆服务创新与转型的重要意义,提出了目前高校图书馆服务中所存在的问题,并针对这些问题给出了一系列有针对性的方案。     

What do stakeholders think about knowledge transfer offices? The perspective of firms and research groups in a regional innovation system

Knowledge transfer offices (KTOs) are required to adopt a comprehensive approach to managing a broad set of channels of university–industry collaboration, including collaborative research, business services, exchange of human resources and informal relations within a regional innovation system. The perspectives of firms and academic researchers, the main stakeholders of KTOs, are useful complements to assess KTO activity. The goal of this article is to study the effectiveness that these stakeholders attribute to KTOs. Based on survey data collected in the Spanish region of Andalusia, the article explores stakeholders’ perceptions and determinants. The results show that the level of engagement in a diversified range of activities and the importance attributed to knowledge transfer in the strategy of both research groups and firms are the best predictors of the perceived effectiveness of KTOs. The article also underlines specific differences between the two types of stakeholders.     

高校实验室计算机网络故障诊断技术研究

为了提升高校实验数据处理水平,高校实验室的相关建设工作已经步入正轨,但层出不穷的信息安全问题也向高校实验室计算机网络维护工作提出了新的挑战。文章从现阶段高校实验室计算机网络的相关建设工作出发,简要论述引发网络故障的具体原因,并对其诊断技术进行探讨。     

某高校既有建筑室内人员相关VOCs目标污染物的实测分析

为研究高校既有建筑室内人群散发对室内VOCs的影响，对高校不同人群样本的教室及会议室两类典型人群密集房间，共82个人群样本对象进行了VOCs采样分析，得到不同实际场景下的人员相关的VOCs浓度水平，并对其潜在的影响因素进行分析。结果表明，共确认了29种与室内人员相关的高检出率且较高浓度值的物质，包括芳香族化合物9种，烷烯烃类9种，酮类和醛类8种，醇酯类以及卤化物3种，并得到主要VOCs物质的浓度水平和I/O比。对影响因素的统计分析表明，室内人员密度、季节和房间类型对不同VOCs物质存在显著性影响，其中季节性因素对目标VOCs污染物影响最为广泛，其次是房间类型与室内人员密度。该研究可为进一步了解人员密集室内VOCs污染现状及控制策略提供一定的科学参考。     

新形势下普通高校大学生行为管理模式研究

高校是培养人才的摇篮,肩负着科教兴国、人才强国两大历史性战略任务。由于社会环境的复杂化,人际关系的交错性,新时代的大学生行为状况给高校学生管理工作带来了新的挑战。针对新时期大学生行为特点,我们通过加强党建工作、强化学风建设、做好班级自主管理和深化社会服务四个方面工作进行分析,提出了全面引导、约束、规范和优化大学生的行为的建议和对策,从而有效解决新形势下普通高校学生管理工作的实际困难。     

Harnessing adaptive capacity to close the pandora’s box of open innovation

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on how companies deploy structural properties of adaptive capacity (multiplexity, redundancy and loose coupling) to cope with the phenomenon of internal challenges of Open Innovation (OI) implementation, i.e. organisational and cultural changes. We developed a single case study, which offered significant findings. First, the multiplexity of relationships in OI settings helps to face the challenges of organisational and cultural changes by triggering trust formation and interaction. Second, redundancy has twofold elements: institutional logics redundancy triggers cultural change challenges which can be overcome through management practices and communications; task redundancy facilitates knowledge sharing and collaboration, thus helping to deal with organisational change challenges. Finally, loose coupling in OI settings facilitates social interconnectedness among members through management practices, helping to face organisational and cultural change challenges. We provide managerial and theoretical implication to deal with the challenges of OI in relation to both organisational and cultural changes.     

关于大学生就业文化的再认识

大学生就业文化,作为文化的重要组成部分,由于涉及大学生、就业和文化三要素,且与时代紧密相关,显现出“新”、“繁”、“急”、“特”四大特征;在经济全球化和科技迅猛发展的推动下,其建设应突出网络化、复合化、人性化、学习化,并按照和谐、匹配、发展的要求进行培育。
