Although previous research has investigated widespread use of social media, especially Facebook, by youth attending college, the conditions under which these media foster adjustment to college remain unclear. This study tested a model illuminating pathways linking social competence to college adjustment via students’ perceptions about the usefulness of Facebook and ways in which they used the medium. Self-report survey data from 321 college students (M age = 20.09; 58% female; 84% Caucasian) attending a major Midwestern university supported the proposed model, indicating that higher social competence could foster or impede college adjustment, depending upon how it was related to beliefs about the usefulness of different Facebook functions and how these perceptions, in turn, were associated with patterns of Facebook use. Findings underscore the importance of considering connections among personal attributes, perception of media effectiveness, and media behaviors in assessing the implications of social media for users’ psychosocial well-being. 相似文献

为增强施工安全管理人员的岗位胜任力,提升管理绩效,基于领导理论、胜任力理论、管理者胜任力理论,结合施工安全管理岗位的特殊性,提出包含专业技术能力、安全态度、领导能力、心理素质等要素的岗位胜任力的概念体系。并对施工安全管理人员、建筑工人等展开问卷调查,进行数据检验和模型验证。结果表明:施工安全管理人员岗位胜任力的 4个构成要素都对安全氛围具有显著的正向影响,其中,领导能力对安全氛围的影响最为显著。针对安全氛围的改善依次提出施工安全管理人员岗位胜任力 4 个构成要素的提升策略。 相似文献

ComX can improve bacterial competence by modulating global gene expression. Although competence induction may also be a protective mechanism under stress, this has not been investigated in detail. Here, we demonstrated that ComX improved the acid tolerance and nisin yield of Lactococcus lactis, which is an important gram-positive bacterium increasingly used in modern biotechnological applications. We found that overexpression of comX could improve the survival rate up to 36.5% at pH 4.0, compared with only 5.4% and 1.1% with the wild-type and comX knockout strains, respectively. Moreover, quantitative real-time PCR results indicated that comX overexpression stimulated the expression of late competence genes synergistically with exposure to acid stress. Finally, electrophoretic mobility shift assay demonstrated the binding of purified ComX to the cin-box in the promoters of these genes. Taken together, our results reveal a regulation mechanism by which ComX and acid stress can synergistically modulate the expression of late competence genes to enhance cells' acid tolerance and nisin yield. 相似文献

Recent technological advances in the development of alternative energy sources, including biofuels, for transportation and energy requirements have demonstrated the need for highly skilled engineers and operators in the biotechnological industries. Although operator training simulators (OTS) used in the traditional chemical process industries may be used to train biorefinery operators and engineers, several distinct aspects of bioprocess operations make their direct application limited. The development and deployment of OTSs for use in biotechnological processes is therefore beginning to gain increasing attention. This review paper examines the present status of OTS development and use in biorefineries, including future considerations on how an OTS may be used to improve operator competence, maximise biorefinery operational efficiencies and protect people and the environment. The general premise of an OTS is that model‐based operator training simulators can be used to verifiably enhance the training of industrial operators to run complex biorefineries. Only a few examples of the design and application of OTSs in large‐scale biorefineries have so far been reported. A discussion of the mathematical models used for OTS development is briefly presented, as well as available OTS design frameworks and vendors, including their benefits and drawbacks. The review concludes by looking at possible future directions of OTS development and use in biorefineries and their contribution in facilitating the transition to a bio‐based economy. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

以制造业服务化转型背景下的营销人员为研究对象,探讨营销人员胜任力及其与组织支持和工作幸福感之间的关系.运用SPSS和LISREL软件对数据进行因子分析、相关性分析和回归分析,结果显示:首先,营销人员胜任力模型包含客户洞察力、客户沟通力和客户服务力3个维度;其次,营销人员胜任力的3个维度对工作幸福感中的工作价值、福利待遇、发展前景、自我接受、人际关系以及自主性均有正向的促进作用,同时客户洞察力对环境驾驭也有正向的促进作用;再次,组织支持在营销人员胜任力各维度与工作幸福感各维度之间起着部分或全部调节作用. 相似文献

This paper focuses on the implementation of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods to evaluate the workforce competence in apparel industry. In this study, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and the Weighted Product Model (WPM) are suggested to solve workforce selection problem. The use of these methods is expected to help choose the best operator among several alternatives. Based on three criteria, each worker is evaluated in each executed operation. The criteria are a Quality Index ‘QI’, an Activity ‘A’ and an Attendance Rate ‘AR’. Thanks to the MCDM methods, scores allowing an objective classification of operators are obtained. Experimental results on AHP, WSM and WPM methods show the same decisions with the same workers’ classification from the best to the worst alternative. The resulting database contributes to the line balancing optimization by choosing for each operation, and as far as possible, the most competent operator. 相似文献

为解释以往关于信任对项目绩效正向或负向影响的研究分歧,以 PPP 项目为背景,构建以信任(能力信任和善意信任)为自变量、项目绩效为因变量、合作行为(角色内行为和角色外行为)作为中介变量的理论模型。通过结构方程模型分析 286 份有效问卷,结果表明:能力信任和善意信任对 PPP 项目绩效起正向促进作用,角色内行为和角色外行为对 PPP项目绩效起正向促进作用。同时,角色内行为和角色外行为在能力信任、善意信任与 PPP 项目绩效间均发挥部分中介作用。研究结果有助于深入理解中国 PPP 情境下不同维度信任对项目绩效的影响,也为 PPP 项目实践中面临的绩效低下问题提供了管理建议。 相似文献
