Mullite-Al2O3-SiC composites were in-situ synthesized through carbothermal reduction reaction of fly ash (FA) with a high alumina content and activated carbon (AC). The effects of sintering temperature, holding time, and amount of AC on the β-SiC yield, microstructure, dielectric properties, and electromagnetic (EM) absorption performance of the composites in the 2–18 GHz frequency range were studied. The results show that increasing the AC improves the porosities of the composites, with the highest porosity of 56.17% observed. The β-SiC yield varies considerably as the sintering parameters were altered, with a maximum yield of 23% achieved under conditions of 12 wt% AC, 1400 °C sintering temperature, and 3 h holding time. With a thickness of 3.5 mm, this composite has excellent EM absorption performance, exhibiting a minimum reflection loss (RLmin) of -51.55 dB at 7.60 GHz. Significantly, the maximum effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) reaches 3.39 GHz when the thickness is 3.0 mm. These results demonstrate that the composite prepared under ideal conditions can absorb 99.99% of the waves passing through it. Because of the interfacial polarization, conductive loss, and impedance matching of the heterostructure, the synthesized mullite-Al2O3-SiC composites with densities ranging from 1.43 g/cm3 to 1.62 g/cm3 demonstrate outstanding EM attenuation capabilities. Municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash (FA) is a typical hazardous waste due to its high contents of toxic heavy metals, and hence its disposal has attracted global concern. In this work, it was recycled into environmental-friendly CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 system glass-ceramics via adding coal fly ash (CFA) and waste glass (WG). The effects of CaO/SiO2 ratios and sintering temperatures on the crystalline phases, morphologies, mechanical and chemical properties, heavy metals leaching and potential ecological risks of glass-ceramics were investigated. The results showed that wollastonite (CaSiO3), anorthite (CaAl2Si2O8) and gehlenite (Ca2Al2SiO7) were the dominant crystals in the glass-ceramics, which were not affected by CaO/SiO2 ratio and sintering temperature. The compressive strength increased, while the Vickers hardness and microhardness decreased as increasing the sintering temperatures from 850 to 1050 °C, which reached their maximum values of 660.69 MPa, 6.14 GPa, and 7.43 GPa, respectively. However, the increase of CaO/SiO2 ratio resulted into the reduction of the three mechanical parameters. As varying CaO/SiO2 ratio from 0.48 to 0.86, the maximum compressive strength, Vickers hardness and microhardness were 611.80 MPa, 5.43 GPa, and 6.56 GPa, respectively. Besides, all the glass-ceramics exhibited high alkali resistance of >97%. The extremely low heavy metals leaching concentrations and low potential ecological risk of glass-ceramics further revealed its environmentally friendly property and potential application feasibility. 相似文献

Ash deposition always brings boilers some trouble due to fouling or slagging. In this paper, a completely controlled system was developed to study the growth of ash deposit. A novel sampling probe was designed to online measure the heat flux through ash deposit. Additionally, the thickness of ash deposit can be obtained by an online figure collecting system. The results of this research showed that as the thickness of ash deposit increased, the heat flux decreased. It was also found that at the initial stage of ash deposition when the thickness of ash deposit is approximately 1 mm, the heat flux through ash deposit had a sharp reduction. An effective method was attempted to situ measure the effective thermal conductivity of the ash deposit in the simulated combustion flue gas. It was found that temperature of the ash deposit layer had no obvious effect on its value. It was concluded that the structure of ash deposit had no obvious change in a short deposition time of 30 min with varied surface temperatures of the probe head between 400 °C and 600 °C. 相似文献

生物质热电厂焚烧废弃物的主要成分是草木灰,其产生量大、密度小。大量草木灰不经处理会造成环境污染问题。本文首先分析草木灰的化学成分,确定草木灰的肥料特征,通过添加NH4H2PO4使草木灰的pH达到国家复合肥的相关标准。选用聚天冬氨酸(30%水溶液)作为复合肥的黏结剂,应用于草木灰复合肥的成形造粒,以增加其抗压强度和肥效。研究不同烘干时间、烘干温度、聚天冬氨酸添加量对草木灰复合肥抗压强度的影响规律,通过分析植物的形态及生理指标,进而研究草木灰复合肥的肥效。结果表明:最佳烘干条件为10h、140℃,聚天冬氨酸对草木灰的抗压强度有明显的增强作用,并且草木灰与聚天冬氨酸的复配比为6g∶1mL时肥效最好。此方法解决了元素循环中断、草木灰环境污染,在运输过程中草木灰复合肥易碎,纯草木灰肥效低等问题。 相似文献

分别从柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)灰分的成分、来源及性质,灰分对DPF压降、过滤效率和再生过程的影响,及DPF清灰方法等方面进行了综述。已有研究结果表明:润滑油添加剂是DPF灰分的主要来源;润滑油配方、灰分沉积形态及DPF载体结构不同时,灰分对DPF压降的影响效果会有所不同;灰分在DPF中的沉积一般会提高DPF的过滤效率,但会恶化催化型DPF(CDPF)的被动再生效果,影响DPF主动再生频率和DPF主动再生时的温度;重型柴油车DPF需要定期清灰,压缩空气反吹法是目前使用最广泛的DPF清灰方法。 相似文献

As indispensable strategic materials for high-tech industries, rare earth elements and yttrium (REY) have become particularly important in recent years, raising the demand of developing new approaches for reclamation of REY from REY-rich materials such as coal combustion products (CCPs). In this study, five coal-fired power plants (CFPPs) in Guizhou of southwest China were selected for investigating REY concentrations of solid samples, atmospheric emissions, and recovery potentials. REY concentrations of feed fuels are higher in this study (147.2–468.6 mg/kg) than what have been reported previously for coals in China and the world. REY atmospheric emissions are extremely low (38.70–180.11 mg REY/t coal). REY are enriched in bottom ash and fly ash, with average of 658 ± 296 mg/kg and maximum of 1257 mg/kg from the five CFPPs. Relative enrichment factors (REF) of REY in bottom ash and fly ash compared with the feed fuel are 0.86–1.02 and 0.91–1.04, respectively. REY concentrations in desulfurized gypsum are very low (6–17 mg/kg), and that is mostly inherited from limestone. Critical REY (Nd, Eu, Tb, Dy, Y, and Er) in bottom/fly ash account for 34%–39% of the total REY and the outlook coefficients (Coutl) are in the range of 0.89–1.11. This study indicates a promising prospect to reclaim REY from REY-rich CCPs (bottom and fly ash) in CFPPs in Guizhou, especially in the central-north Guizhou, although such practices require further technology advancement. 相似文献

半干法脱硫灰堆弃处理占用土地且容易造成二次污染,将脱硫灰预处理后替代CaO熔剂配入烧结有望充分利用其中的熔剂组分,实现脱硫灰在钢铁企业的闭路资源化利用。研究了脱硫灰配加焦粉加热分解特性及替代CaO熔剂配加对铁矿粉烧结基础特性的影响。结果表明,配加1%焦粉可以有效提高脱硫灰分解率,减少CaSO4的生成。随着预处理脱硫灰替代CaO比例的增加,铁矿粉同化温度和黏结相强度呈现先增加后减小的趋势;液相流动性呈现单调增加趋势,当替代比超过40%时,液相流动性形成了流动性很大的“假象”;黏结相微观结构表明,替代比例小于40%时,有利于烧结试样中铁酸钙的生成;综合考虑,最佳的替代比例应小于40%。 相似文献
