化工过程通常具有非线性、时变以及多产品等特性。针对上述特点,在集成学习框架下建立自适应软测量模型。首先,面向具有多个产品的化工对象,借助k近邻法,以统计假设检验理论为依据,提出一种自适应局部化方法,获得多样性程度高的局部模型集合。然后,根据未知样本量化局部模型的泛化能力,通过选择性集成方法获得主导变量的估计值。此外,为了对主导变量估计值的精度进行评估,基于局部模型泛化误差,给出一种通用性高的模型性能评价方法。在仿真的盘尼西林生产过程上的运行结果验证了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a hybrid ‘Make-to-Stock–Make-to-Order’ environment to develop a novel optimisation model for medium-term production planning of a typical multi-product firm based on the competencies of the robust optimisation methodology. Three types of uncertainties: suppliers, processes and customers, are incorporated into the model to construct a robust practical model in an uncertain business environment. The modelling procedure is started with applying deterministic linear programming to develop a new multi-objective approach for the combination of multi-product multi-period production planning and aggregate production planning problems. Then, the proposed deterministic model is transformed into a robust optimisation framework and the solution procedure is designed according to the Lp-Metric methodology. Next, using the IBM ILOG CPLEX optimisation software, the proposed model is evaluated by applying the data collected from an industrial case study. Final results illustrate the applicability of the proposed model.  相似文献

The multi-period multi-product (MPMP) production planning problems, generally, deal with matching production levels of individual products with fluctuated demands over planning horizon. The conventional MPMP optimisation models suffer from insufficient utilisation of available capacity of machines. This fallacy is due to inappropriate formulation of machine capacity and material handling constraints. In this study, a novel mathematical model is proposed to simultaneously optimise production quantities and provide information about managerial decisions such as subcontracting, carrying inventory/backordering, and also hiring/layoff personnel. The problem is then formulated as a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model by applying appropriate linearisation of non-linear components. The objective is to minimise production costs comprising of production, storage, shortage, subcontracting costs and costs associated with hiring/dismissing labourers. Superiority of the proposed model over existing ones, has been initially evaluated by solving the case presented by Byrne and Bakir [Byrne, M.D. and Bakir, M.A., 1999. Production planning using a hybrid simulation-analytical approach. International Journal of Production Economics, 59 (1), 305–311], and then evaluated by comparing the results obtained from solving both the proposed and the conventional MPMP production planning models using a 100-randomly-generated-test-problem.  相似文献

This paper investigates a multi-module reconfigurable manufacturing system for multi-product manufacturing. The system consists of a rotary table and multiple machining modules (turrets and spindles). The production plan of the system is divided into the system design phase and the manufacturing phase, where the installation cost and the energy consumption cost correspond to the two phases, respectively. A mixed-integer programming model for a more general problem is presented. The objectives are to minimise the total cost and minimise the cycle time simultaneously. To solve the optimisation problem, the ε-constraint method is adopted to obtain the Pareto front for small size problems. Since the ε-constraint method is time consuming when problem size increases, we develop a multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm for practical size problems. To demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm, we compare it with a classic non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm in terms of solution quality and computation time.  相似文献

针对我国现阶段基于多品种生产的预制梁厂设计和排产传统方法的缺陷,通过对预制梁厂设计和生产影响因素的调查与分析,结合优化理论与方法,建立了基于多品种生产的预制梁台设计和预制梁厂排产优化模型,并进行了实例验证,将优化方法同传统算法相比较,证明优化模型具有明显的优势,能够较好地辅助施工单位进行预制梁厂设计和生产决策。  相似文献

运用系统论的思想,探讨了多产品协同开发项目管理中的一些关键问题,特别侧重于信息之间的联系.首先建立了以工作控制点为核心的项目信息空问模型,并结合产品信息和资源依赖,提出了目标导向型多项目协同计划方法.从执行人员的角度提出了基于进度压力的任务排序机制,构建了面向多产品协同开发的项目执行环境.整套管理方法的优点在于能够灵活处理项目中、项目间的各种依赖关系,并实现了项目计划与项目执行的有机统一.  相似文献

介绍了起源于生态领域的能值分析方法. 为了扩展能值分析方法的应用范围,根据能值分析的基本思想,并以能量守恒和能值守恒为依据,建立了多产品工业系统能值分析模型. 将能量分率作为分配系数,提出了评价多产品工业系统的评价指标:共生指数. 为了获得对比结果,还对相应的单产物系统提出了数均指数. 若共生指数优于数均指数,则多产品联产系统优于单产系统. 通过垃圾焚烧热电联产方案的能值分析,验证了多产品的能值分析模型. 并与常规燃煤热电联产系统进行了比较,以说明能值分析方法的优势.  相似文献

A model of grade transition is presented for a commercialized fluidized bed gas-phase polyethylene production process. The quantity of off-specification product and the time of grade transition can be minimized by the optimization of operating variables, such as polymerization temperature, the ratio of hydrogen to ethylene, the ratio of co-monomer to ethylene, feed rate of catalyst, and bed level. A new performance index, the ratio of melt flow (MFR), is included in the objective function, for restraining the sharp adjustment of operation variables and narrowing the distribution of molecular weight of the resin. It is recommended that catalyst feed rate and bed level are decreased in order to reduce the grade transition time and the quantity of off-specification product. This optimization problem is solved by an algorithm of sequential quadratic programming (SQP) in MATLAB. Rapid growth in world population and recourse limitations necessitate remanufacturing of products and their parts/modules. Managing these processes requires special activities such as inspection, disassembly, and sorting activities known as treatment activities. This paper proposes a capacitated multi-echelon, multi-product reverse logistic network design with fuzzy returned products in which both locations of the treatment activities and facilities are decision variables. As the obtained nonlinear mixed integer programming model is a combinatorial problem, a memetic-based heuristic approach is presented to solve the resulted model. To validate the proposed memetic-based heuristic method, the obtained results are compared with the results of the linear approximation of the model, which is obtained by a commercial optimization package. Moreover, due to inherent uncertainty in return products, demands of these products are considered as uncertain parameters and therefore a fuzzy approach is employed to tackle this matter. In order to deal with the uncertainty, a stochastic simulation approach is employed to defuzzify the demands, where extra costs due to opening new centers or extra transportation costs may be imposed to the system. These costs are considered as penalty in the objective function. To minimize the resulting penalties during simulation's iterations, the average of penalties is added to the objective function of the deterministic model considered as the primary objective function and variance of penalties are considered as the secondary objective function to make a robust solution. The resulted bi-objective model is solved through goal programming method to minimizing the objectives, simultaneously.  相似文献
