Though subjective feelings affected by lighting have been studied a lot, multivariate experimental studies are lacking in this research field. Central composite rotatable design (CCRD) was applied to investigate the influence of illuminance, correlated color temperature (CCT) and illuminance uniformity on satisfaction in this study. A series of subject experiments were carried out and polynomial regression models of luminous satisfaction for different activity scenarios were generated. Illuminance and CCT affected the satisfaction significantly in visual task scenarios, and the effect of them was independent with each other, which was demonstrated by the regression model (R2 = 0.89). The variation of luminous satisfaction in general activity scenarios cannot be fully explained by the three investigated factors. The results contributed to the knowledge of multivariate analysis of luminous environment and indicated that much could be expected referring to the application of CCRD in this field.  相似文献

A novel differential interference contrast microscope (DICM) is proposed in this research. It is constituted by inserting a Savart shear prism between the objective and sample of a polarising microscope having a rotatable analyser as the phase‐shifter, and it is with the ability to enhance image contrast using the principle of shearing interferometry. This letter is to introduce the configuration, interpret the interference patterns and present the experimental setup of the DICM. In addition, this letter is to display the experimental results from the uses of the setup; the results demonstrate the validity and ability of the DICM.  相似文献

Air rate and froth depth are the most commonly adjusted levers in PGM flotation plants. The optimisation of these levers on each flotation cell has traditionally been done by varying either air rate at a fixed froth depth or vice versa. This approach does not consider the interaction relationship between air rate and froth depth and this effect on flotation performance.Factorial type experimental designs are best suited for investigating interaction effects between variables. This paper presents the use of a factorial type of experimental design being the (CCRD) Central Composite Rotatable Design for plant scale flotation optimisation of air and froth depth. The results obtained include three dimensional response surfaces and models of flotation response variables such as 4E PGM recovery and grade as a function of air rate and cell level. This paper illustrates the experimental methodology and discusses the results for normalised 4E PGM grade and recovery for a rougher cell treating a Platreef ore.These results indicate that interaction effects of air and froth depth are significant and are more pronounced at conditions of higher air and shallower froth depth. In addition, indices which are based on an optimisation objective such as grade multiplied by recovery and/or grade multiplied by recovery squared allows application of this technique as an optimisation tool. These indices can be used to determine an optimum operating range for air and level with the consideration of interaction effects.  相似文献

In the present study, the synthesis of fatty acid esters from castor oil using an alkaline catalyst was optimized. The variables reaction time, catalyst amount and oil:ethanol molar ratio were studied using a central composite rotatable design. The effects and significance of the models on the response variable and on ethyl biodiesel yield derived from pure castor oil were evaluated using a response surface curve and analysis of variance. All the variables significantly affected the reaction yield, the amount of catalyst being the most effective. The highest yield was obtained using an oil:ethanol molar ratio of 1:11, 1.75% KOH and a reaction time of 90 min.  相似文献

The optimum conditions for the preparation of protein concentrate from cowpea were determined using response surface methodology. A central composite rotatable design, consisting of eight experimental points and five replications at the centre point, was used to investigate the effects of two independent variables, namely pH and NaCl concentration on four responses: protein content (%,), protein yield (%), reactive lysine (g/16 g N) and zinc content (mg/100 g). A second-order polynomial model was used for predicting the responses. Regression analysis indicated that more than 80% of the variation was explained by the fitted models. Experimental results showed that under optimum conditions (pH and NaCl concentration of 9.91 and 0.15 M, respectively) the protein content was 84%, protein yield 87%, reactive lysine 1.175 g/16 g N and zinc content 7.75 mg/100 g. These results were in agreement with those predicted, hence indicating the suitability of the model used.  相似文献

Optimization of lipase‐catalyzed esterification for the production of medium‐chain triacylglycerols (MCT) from palm kernel oil distillate and glycerol was carried out in order to determine the factors that have significant effects on the reaction system and MCT yield. Novozyme 435 from Candida antarctica lipase was found to have the highest activity at 52.87 ± 0.03 U/g. This lipase also produced the highest MCT yield, which is 56.67%. The effect of different variables on MCT synthesis was studied with a two‐level five‐factor fractional factorial design. The various variables include (1) reaction temperature, (2) enzyme load, (3) molecular sieves concentration, (4) reaction time and (5) molar substrate ratio. Reaction temperature, reaction time and molar substrate ratio strongly affect MCT synthesis (p <0.05). However, enzyme load and molecular sieve concentration did not have a significant (p >0.05) influence on MCT yield. Therefore, the significant variables such as reaction temperature, reaction time and molar substrate ratio were further optimized through central composite rotatable design (CCRD). Comparisons between predicted and experimental values from the CCRD optimization procedures revealed good correlation, implying that the quadric response model satisfactorily expressed the percentage yield of MCT in the lipase‐catalyzed esterification. The optimum MCT yield is 73.3% by using 2 wt‐% enzyme dosage, a molecular sieves concentration of 1 wt‐%, a reaction temperature of 90 °C, a reaction time of 10 h and a molar substrate ratio of 4 : 1 (medium‐chain fatty acid/glycerol). Experiments to confirm the predicted results using the optimal parameters were conducted and an MCT yield of 70.21 ± 0.18% (n = 3) was obtained.  相似文献

针对混合制冷剂等挥发性混合物粘度测量的需要,研制了一种新的适用于测量低沸点混合物粘度的旋转式毛细管粘度计。该新型粘度测量装置在压力容器内嵌入旋转式毛细管粘度计,将旋转法升液和压力容器承压结合起来,避免了传统密封型毛细管粘度计由于抽放气的升液方式而导致混合物成分的变化,可以实现在较高压力下循环测量挥发性混合物溶液的粘度。采用R22和R290对旋转式毛细管粘度计进行了标定,并用R410A对粘度计的测量精度和性能进行了评价,粘度测量值与文献值最大相对偏差为0.81%。  相似文献

An optimisation study of the large‐scale enzymatic synthesis of a liquid wax ester from oleic acid and oleyl alcohol using Novozym 435 was carried out. Investigations were performed in batch mode with a stirred tank reactor (STR) with one multi‐bladed impeller. Response surface methodology (RSM) based on a five‐level, three‐variable central composite rotatable design (CCRD) was used to evaluate the interactive effects of various parameters. The parameters are amount of enzyme (A) (90–120 g), impeller speed (B) (100–400 rpm) and temperature (C) (40–60 °C). The optimum conditions derived via RSM at a fixed reaction time of 1 h were successfully optimised as A = 104 g, B = 388.0 rpm and C = 49.7 °C. The actual experimental yield was 96.7% under the optimum conditions, which compared well with the maximum predicted value of 97.6%. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

以鲜鸡肉和淀粉为原料开发新型挤压膨化休闲食品的进料参数进行了详细的考察。试验采用可旋转中心组合设计进行实验设计,依据所得的实验数据建立了糊化率Y1及膨化度Y2与物料湿度(X1)、粒度(X2)和组成(X3)的相关数学统计模型。同时对试验数据采用响应面分析,确定了挤压膨化的最优进料参数,即进料物料湿度18%~22%、物料粒度12~16目、进料中鸡肉所占比例最高可达50%。  相似文献
