针对风机数据集的不平衡问题,提出了一种BSMOTE-Sequence采样算法,在合成新样本时综合考虑空间和时间特征,并对新样本进行清洗,从而有效减少噪声点的生成。首先,根据每个少数类样本的近邻样本的类别比例,将少数类样本划分为安全类样本、边界类样本和噪声类样本。然后,对每个边界类样本都遴选出空间距离、时间跨度最接近的少数类样本集,利用线性插值法合成新样本,并过滤掉噪声类样本以及类间重叠样本。最后,以支持向量机(SVM)、卷积神经网络(CNN)、长短期记忆(LSTM)人工神经网络作为风机齿轮箱故障检测模型,F1-Score、曲线下面积(AUC)和G-mean作为模型性能评价指标,在真实风机数据集上把所提算法与常用的多种采样算法进行对比,实验结果表明:相比已有算法,BSMOTE-Sequence算法所生成样本的分类效果更好,使得检测模型的F1-Score、AUC和G-mean平均提高了3%,该算法能有效地适用于数据具有时序规律且不平衡的风机故障检测领域。  相似文献

针对神经网络模型可以基于现有数据快速准确地预测风力机翼型的气动性能,但大量学习样本的构建需要较高的时间成本的问题,建立基于小样本集的风力机翼型神经网络模型,提出了多约束条件下的翼型气动性能优化设计方法,解决了训练数据过少所造成的学习不充分问题。基于建立的优化设计模型,应用粒子群算法完成了NACA4415翼型的优化设计,将新翼型与原始翼型进行气动特性对比分析。结果表明:新翼型在主要工作攻角范围内最大升力系数提高了6.96%,最大升阻比提高了7.37%,气动性能明显改善;该方法的优化效率远远高于传统方法,从而验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

Herd-level diagnosis of paratuberculosis using a pool-milk ELISA (pool size: n ≤ 50) is a novel, economical, and convenient method to identify blood serological Mycobacterium avium ssp. paratuberculosis (MAP) antibody–positive herds. To date, the diagnostic performance of the pool-milk ELISA has been described only under laboratory conditions where herd prevalence was simulated by the preparation of milk pools consisting of milk samples of cows with a known MAP status determined by fecal culture. In our observational study, test performance under field conditions was studied using pooled milk and individual blood samples. A total of 486 herds within the MAP prevalence reduction program of Lower Saxony, from which pooled milk and individual blood ELISA results were available, were assigned to this study. Data were analyzed for the period between January 1 and December 31, 2018, the first year after herd testing became obligatory in this federal state of Germany. To evaluate whether pooled milk samples reliably distinguish between herds with a MAP-apparent blood serological within-herd prevalence (MAP-Ab-WHPapp) ≥5% and herds with a MAP-Ab-WHPapp <5%, the distribution of the MAP-Ab-WHPapp was compared between pool-positive and pool-negative herds. The MAP-Ab-WHPapp was 3.4% (median; 95% confidence interval = 0–11.4%) in pool-positive herds and 1.2% (median; 95% confidence interval = 0–6.4%) in pool-negative herds. Only 10.8% (n = 12) of the pool sample–negative herds had a MAP-Ab-WHPapp ≥5% and were therefore false negatives, given the aims of the MAP prevalence reduction program. Hence, the pool-milk sampling strategy seems well suited to distinguish between herds with a MAP-Ab-WHPapp ≥ 5% and herds with a MAP-Ab-WHPapp <5% since only 10% of serum MAP-ELISA positive herds were missed. Employing a logistic regression model, we estimated that the minimum blood serological MAP-Ab-WHPapp to detect a pool-positive herd with a probability of 95% was 8%, which fits well with the aim of the MAP prevalence reduction program to focus on herds with a MAP-Ab-WHPapp of ≥5%. Despite the limitations of the control approach, which include milk pool sample collection and a low sensitivity of the ELISA used in milk pools and serum samples, the aims of the MAP prevalence reduction program can be achieved. The results of these field data support that pool-milk sample ELISA is a useful, economical, and low labor–intensive tool to identify herds seropositive for MAP in a MAP prevalence reduction program.  相似文献

瓦斯含量测值的准确度是影响矿井瓦斯防治措施制定与实施的关键因素,而实现原位快速取样则是准确测定瓦斯含量的前提条件,为研究不同取样方式对瓦斯含量测值的影响,以仲恒煤矿1320-11工作面的20-1#煤层为例,利用基于反循环钻进原理研发的原位快速取样技术及装置,对相同深度下反循环原位快速取样与孔口接粉取样方式所采取煤样粒度分布情况进行对比分析,对不同取样方式所采取的煤样利用直接法进行可解吸瓦斯含量测定对比分析,并对不同暴露时间、不同煤样粒度对瓦斯损失量的影响进行了实验室分析。结果表明:原位快速取样技术所取样品不受孔壁残粉影响,取样时间短、暴露时间少,煤样粒度大、瓦斯含量测定结果准确性更高。  相似文献

The deterministic and probabilistic prediction of ship motion is important for safe navigation and stable real-time operational control of ships at sea. However, the volatility and randomness of ship motion, the non-adaptive nature of single predictors and the poor coverage of quantile regression pose serious challenges to uncertainty prediction, making research in this field limited. In this paper, a multi-predictor integration model based on hybrid data preprocessing, reinforcement learning and improved quantile regression neural network (QRNN) is proposed to explore the deterministic and probabilistic prediction of ship pitch motion. To validate the performance of the proposed multi-predictor integrated prediction model, an experimental study is conducted with three sets of actual ship longitudinal motions during sea trials in the South China Sea. The experimental results indicate that the root mean square errors (RMSEs) of the proposed model of deterministic prediction are 0.0254°, 0.0359°, and 0.0188°, respectively. Taking series #2 as an example, the prediction interval coverage probabilities (PICPs) of the proposed model of probability predictions at 90%, 95%, and 99% confidence levels (CLs) are 0.9400, 0.9800, and 1.0000, respectively. This study signifies that the proposed model can provide trusted deterministic predictions and can effectively quantify the uncertainty of ship pitch motion, which has the potential to provide practical support for ship early warning systems.  相似文献

重金属在水产品中浓集能力强,可多种途径进入体内,当人体摄入的重金属超过一定量时,将会对机体产生各种危害,因此受到越来越多的国内外学者的关注,水产品中重金属的含量逐渐成为限制水产品食用安全的重要因素之一,但水产品中富集的重金属含量比较低,对其快速准确地测定有一定的难度。该文主要综述了水产品中重金属检测技术及样品前处理方法,介绍了世界各国和组织对水产品重金属限量的规定,重点介绍了样品前处理方法中常用的干灰化法、湿法消解、微波辅助提取、超声辅助提取法、离子交换预富集,及检测技术中电感耦合等离子体质谱法、原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法、液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法的原理、优缺点及应用现状,并对重金属的检测及其发展进行了总结与展望。  相似文献

In actual engineering scenarios, limited fault data leads to insufficient model training and over-fitting, which negatively affects the diagnostic performance of intelligent diagnostic models. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a variational information constrained generative adversarial network (VICGAN) for effective machine fault diagnosis. Firstly, by incorporating the encoder into the discriminator to map the deep features, an improved generative adversarial network with stronger data synthesis capability is established. Secondly, to promote the stable training of the model and guarantee better convergence, a variational information constraint technique is utilized, which constrains the input signals and deep features of the discriminator using the information bottleneck method. In addition, a representation matching module is added to impose restrictions on the generator, avoiding the mode collapse problem and boosting the sample diversity. Two rolling bearing datasets are utilized to verify the effectiveness and stability of the presented network, which demonstrates that the presented network has an admirable ability in processing fault diagnosis with few samples, and performs better than state-of-the-art approaches.  相似文献

根据渗透性、释气性、密封性特征,不锈钢、紫铜适合作为气体、水稀有气体同位素样品取样容器材料,尽量避免使用工艺玻璃容器,特别是不能使用石英玻璃容器。重晶石、黄铜矿、黄铁矿等硫酸盐和硫化物是良好的研究单矿物包裹体稀有气体同位素组成特征的实验对象,也可以根据矿床类型选择适当的单矿物,粒度一般为20~40目,质量2 g左右。铜管冷焊法是水样品取样一种比较可靠的新方法,其特点是具有极低的漏率。取样体积一般为50 mL,可以实现稀有气体同位素组成与含量的测定,为水中溶解性稀有气体同位素示踪提供了有力支撑。水中气泡气体取样采用正压吹扫法收集气体,该方法操作方便,易收集气体,一个大气压条件下,取样体积为50 mL。不锈钢管、紫铜管等金属材料的使用,可保证样品在相对较长时间保存过程中避免大气的污染。简述了包裹体、水、气体三类样品稀有气体同位素组成分析主要原理和流程。  相似文献

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) is an important analysis technique to visualize (bio)macromolecules and their assemblies, including collagen fibers. Many protocols for TEM sample preparation of collagen involve one or more washing steps to remove excess salts from the dispersion that could hamper analysis when dried on a TEM grid. Such protocols are not standardized and washing times as well as washing solvents vary from procedure to procedure, with each research group typically having their own protocol. Here, we investigate the influence of washing with water, ethanol, but also methanol and 2-propanol, for both mineralized and unmineralized collagen samples via a protocol based on centrifugation. Washing with water maintains the hydrated collagen structure and the characteristic banding pattern can be clearly observed. Conversely, washing with ethanol results in dehydration of the fibrils, often leading to aggregation of the fibers and a less obvious banding pattern, already within 1 min of ethanol exposure. As we show, this process is fully reversible. Similar observations were made for methanol and propanol. Based on these results, a standardized washing protocol for collagenous samples is proposed.  相似文献

基于数据驱动的电网异常数据辨识方法已成为电网安全领域研究的重点,由于实际电力发电统计数据中异常数据样本数极少,给通过数据挖掘方法辨识异常数据情况带来了极大困难。文章提出了一种基于Wasserstein生成式对抗网络(Wasserstein generative adversarial networks, WGAN)和孤立森林算法(isolation forest,iForest)的发电统计异常数据辨识方法。首先,利用WGAN交替训练生成器和判别器学习发电统计数据的分布特性并生成样本,用生成异常样本对原始异常样本进行增强,根据异常数据辨识精度确定异常样本的扩充比例;然后,在扩充后得到的平衡数据集上利用孤立森林算法实现异常数据辨识;最后,通过扩充样本前后模型的准确率、查全率以及查准率来比较模型异常数据的辨识效果。算例结果表明,文章提出的异常样本增强方法能够有效地改善辨识模型对于多数类的分类偏好问题,提升整体辨识精度。  相似文献
