研究烷基二硫代磷酸锌TPZ在丁苯橡胶(SBR)/白炭黑体系中的应用。结果表明:在SBR/白炭黑体系中以TPZ等量替代促进剂DPG,TPZ具有类似促进剂DPG的活化作用,可降低胶料的滚动阻力,且更加环保;少量TPZ作为偶联活化剂用于SBR/白炭黑体系的母炼中,可以减小硅烷偶联剂用量,降低成本,提高填料分散性和偶联效率,从而使胶料获得更佳的物理性能和动态力学性能。 相似文献

This article presents a new approach to investigate the kinetics of sunflower and rapeseed oils methanolysis. Due to its heterogeneous nature, the methanolysis reaction is affected by different physical properties such as mass transfer coefficients and specific surface area of the dispersed phase. Considering these parameters, a model was developed, and was evaluated by comparing the results of the model with the experimental data found in the literature. The mean absolute deviation obtained for sunflower and rapeseed oils is 0.039 mol L?1, which demonstrates the accuracy of the model. The results show that the mixing speed is more effective in the first few minutes of the process. Furthermore, at mixing speed above 700 rpm, the process is controlled only by the reactions. The rate of biodiesel production increases with increasing catalyst concentration; however, catalyst concentration above 1.5 wt% has little or no significant effect on the rate of biodiesel production. In addition, because of its higher activation energy the rapeseed oil transesterification is more temperature dependent than the sunflower transesterification. 相似文献

The crystal structure of a calcium-bound form of bovine annexin VI has been determined with X-ray diffraction data to 2.9 A by molecular replacement. Six Ca2+ ions were found, five in AB loops, one in a DE loop. Two loops (II-AB, which binds calcium, and V-AB, which does not) have conformations that differ significantly from those in calcium-free, human recombinant annexin VI. There are only small differences between the calci- and the apo-annexin VI in the rest of the molecule. Calcium by itself does not promote a major conformational change. 相似文献

We investigated the antifungal activities of itraconazole and voriconazole on Aspergillus species by time kill studies, and the results were compared with those obtained for Candida species. Exposure of Aspergillus fumigatus conidia to varying concentrations (1.25 to 10 microg/ml) of itraconazole and voriconazole resulted in cellular death; the cytocidal effect was time and concentration dependent. In contrast, no killing of Candida albicans occurred in the presence of itraconazole and voriconazole at concentrations as high as 10 microg/ml, although candidal growth was inhibited compared to the drug-free control. Amphotericin B (1.25 to 10 microg/ml), on the other hand, killed both A. fumigatus and C. albicans. Similar results were obtained for non-A. fumigatus aspergilli and non-C. albicans Candida species. These observations indicate that both itraconazole and voriconazole are cytocidal agents for Aspergillus species but not for Candida species, suggesting that azoles possess organism-dependent fungicidal activities. 相似文献

The present study is concerned with cloning and characterizing Has-PBAN cDNA which is 756 nucleotides long, isolated from the brain and suboesophageal ganglion complex (Br-Sg) of Helicoverpa assulta adults. The 194-amino acid sequence deduced from this cDNA possessed the proteolytic endocleavage sites to generate multiple peptides. From the processing of the prepro-hormone, it can be predicted that the cDNA has a PBAN domain with 33 amino acids and four additional peptide domains: 24 amino acid-, 7 amino acid-, 18 amino acid- and 8 amino acid-long sequences, with FXPR (or K) L (X = G, T or S) amidated at their C-termini. The amino acid sequence of all five predicted peptides, including the PBAN, are identical to that of Helicoverpa zea (Raina, A.K., Jaffe, H., Kempe, T.G., Keim, P., Blacher, R.W., Fales, H.M., Riley, C.T., Klun, J.A., Ridgway, R.L., Hayes, D.K., 1989. Identification of a neuropeptide hormone that regulates sex pheromone production in female moths. Science 244, 796-798 and Ma, P.W.K., Knipple, D.C., Roelofs, W.L., 1994. Structural organization of the Helicoverpa zea gene encoding the precursor protein for pheromone biosynthesis-activating neuropeptide and other neuropeptides. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci., U.S.A. 91, 506-510). A single mRNA species corresponding to the size of Has-PBAN cDNA was detected from the Br-Sg of 1-3-day old female and male adults, and their expression was also at a similar level. Pheromone production was induced upon injection of female or male Br-Sg extracts or synthetic PBAN into the haemocoel of decapitated 1-3-day old female adults during the photophase when they are not supposed to produce pheromone. From these results, H. assulta adult females seem to use their own PBAN for regulating sex pheromone biosynthesis. Functions of the four other peptides ending with FXPR (or K) L in the Has-PBAN cDNA and of the male PBAN remain to be elucidated. 相似文献

Conidia are used as inocula for the in vitro susceptibility testing of Aspergillus fumigatus. Since the MIC is defined on the basis of visible mycelial growth, conidia should germinate and produce sporelings (germinated conidia) for monitoring of the growth inhibition and fungicidal activity of a drug. If a compound is capable of inhibiting germination of conidia while affecting or not affecting the growth of the organism, the MIC obtained will be the concentration of the drug required for the inhibition of conidial germination but not necessarily that required for inhibition of the growth of the organism. We investigated the susceptibility of germinated and ungerminated conidia to amphotericin B, itraconazole, voriconazole, and SCH56592. The MICs of various antifungal agents for germinated conidia were almost identical to those obtained for ungerminated conidia. In addition, both the germinated and ungerminated conidia were killed with almost equal efficiency by all of the compounds tested when exposed to the drugs for 24 h. These results suggest that either germinated or ungerminated conidia could be used as inocula for in vitro susceptibility studies of A. fumigatus with identical results. 相似文献
