对新型细旦浸胶帘子布进行试生产。在试生产过程中,针对其高经密、高总经根数的特点,增加了整经工序,并在此基础上,对整经工艺、织造工艺及浸胶工艺进行探索,确定了该新型细旦浸胶帘子布的工艺参数。从试验结果来看,此次试生产达到了预期目标,并初步验证了在帘子布织造行业使用整经工序来开发生产高端细旦产品的优势,为开发高经密、高总经根数产品积累了初步经验。  相似文献

In this study, the effect of different levels and loadings of modified nanoclay (NC), nanoclay 1 CEC, 2 CEC and 4 CEC, cation exchange capacity on mechanical properties and adhesion strength of maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM-g-MAH)/nylon 66 systems were investigated. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) data confirmed the reaction mechanism between maleic anhydride in the polymer backbone and the organomodifier of the nanoclay. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) results showed that on increasing the levels of nanoclay modification, the storage modulus (Eʹ) increased as well as the glass transition temperature (Tg) was slightly shifted to lower temperature and the height of the damping property (tan δ) peaks decreased. The results revealed that the use of the three levels of modified clay with EPDM-g-MAH had significant effects on the tensile strength and elongation at break, especially at 5 parts per hundred rubber by weight (phr) filler content. Whereas in the case of lower nanoclay filler contents (i.e. 1 and 3 phr) the results clarified that they had little effect on tensile and elongation at break values. Pull-out adhesion tests showed that the adhesion force of NC 2 CEC nanocomposite was approximately twice that of the virgin polymer while the nanocomposite NC 4 CEC showed inferior adhesion values, especially at 5 phr filler content. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) clarified that good wettability of elastomer took place, especially in case of NC 2 CEC which in turn led to an enhancement of the adhesion force between the elastomer and the nylon 66 cord.  相似文献

Ce-based organic framework materials [UIO-66(Ce)] were prepared, and the UIO-66(Ce)/ZnCdS composite was attained by microwave irradiation. Moreover, the photocatalytic hydrogen production activity was evaluated. The experimental results revealed that the ZnCdS nanoparticle was decorated on the surface of UIO-66(Ce), and the hydrogen production ability of ZnCdS nanoparticle was improved by UIO-66(Ce) significantly. The hydrogen production yield of UIO-66(Ce)/ZnCdS reaches 3.958 mmol/g·h, in which is as about 1.95 times as that of ZnCdS (2.031 mmol/g·h). The improvement for photocatalytic hydrogen production yield is because UIO-66(Ce) can facilitate the photoinduced carriers to separating.  相似文献

研究了马来酸酐接枝聚苯醚(PPO-g-MAH)对PPO/尼龙66(PA66)合金的增容作用和苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)对PPO/PA66合金的增韧作用。扫描电镜的结果表明,PPO-g-MAH可以很好地改善PPO与PA66之间的相容性,通过力学性能的表征也证明PPO-g-MAH对PPO/PA66合金有很好的增韧作用。SEBS对PPO/PA66合金有很好的增韧效果,但会降低材料的刚性。  相似文献

以聚醚砜(PES)为主要膜材料、溶剂热法合成UiO-66并掺入铸膜液中,通过非溶剂相转化法(NIPS)制备了混合基质超滤膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪及原子力显微镜(AFM)对制备的UiO-66和混合基质膜进行表征。重点考察了UiO-66添加量对膜表面形貌、内部结构、亲水性、渗透截留性能及耐污染性能的影响。结果表明,混合基质膜对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率均在98%以上;当UiO-66添加量为1.0%时,混合基质膜的性能最佳,此时UiO-66在膜结构中均匀分布,膜表面亲水性增强,膜内部形成疏松的多孔结构,纯水通量达到365.62 L/(m2·h);且膜面的粗糙度显著降低,由原膜的7.67 nm降到3.54 nm,耐污染性能随之增强,通量恢复率由原膜的74.33%提高到84.51%,各方面性能均有一定的提升。  相似文献

In this work, nylon 6/66 and nylon 6/66/510 containing 5?~?20?mol % nylon-510 were synthesized to be used as hot melt adhesive for metal plate with low-surface-energy coating. The effects of mole fraction of nylon-510 (Xm) on the thermal and mechanical properties of nylon 6/66/510 were systematically studied. The results demonstrated that: (1) the melting point of the copolyamide decreases and the glass transition temperature decreases when the Xm value increases; (2) the tensile strength of nylon 6/66/510 remains almost unchanged and is almost equal to that of nylon 6/66; (3) the elongation at break of nylon 6/66/510 is significantly higher than that of nylon 6/66. The crystal structure of the copolyamide was also investigated by wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). The hot-melt adhesives (HMAs) were prepared from nylon 6/66/510, and the adhesive experiments of HMAs to aluminum sheet with low-surface-energy coating were carried out. The results showed that the peeling strength of HMAs based on nylon 6/66/510 reaches a maximum value when Xm = 15?mol %.  相似文献

New polyamide 66/graphene oxide (GO)-grafted aliphatic-aromatic polyamide (polyamide-imide) (PAI) (PA66/GOF) composites nanofibers were successfully prepared via electrospinning method for the first time. An polyamide imide (PAI) was synthesized using polycondensation reaction from a dicarboxylic acid and a diamine based on 4,4′-(4,4′-isopropylidenediphenyl-1,1′-diyldioxy) dianiline, and characterized by 1HNMR and FTIR. Morphological, structural, thermal and mechanical characteristics of the nanocomposite fibers were investigated by means of SEM, TEM, WAXD, DMTA and TGA techniques. Composites nanofibers of PA66/GO, PA66/PAI and PA66/GOF with smooth surface, uniform structure as well as with diameter ranging from 195 to 784 nm were obtained. The GO incorporation caused a reduction in the nanofibers diameters. The TEM images showed that the GO was well dispersed in the PA66 nanofibers without significant aggregation. An approximately 10 °C temperature increase in the glass transition temperature of PA66 was achieved by addition of 0.5 wt% of PAI, resulting from aliphatic-aromatic structure of PAI. By the TGA results, an increase about 40 °C was observed in the thermal stability of PA66/PAI composite nanofibers in comparison with that of pure PA66 nanofibers.  相似文献

This article is prompted by the remarkable characteristic of nineteenth-century Scotland that circumstances congregate to give an unprecedentedly generous or democratic view of life. Four forms of communication – the statistical accounts, which were followed by the British census records, the boom in publishing, especially in newspapers and journals, and inexpensive communication promoted by the penny post, even the information in street directories and advertisements – all combine with the exploitation of photography to give us insights, which can be disconcertingly specific, acting as occasional spotlights on the landscape. This article is prompted by one particular letter from Robert Louis Stevenson, written when he was a young man, and is followed through two lines of connected thought: the practice of studio photography in Scotland and Stevenson's continuing interest in the photographic portrait.  相似文献
