提出了一种基于FCOS神经网络的小建筑物目标检测算法,针对FCOS模型在特征提取阶段提取到的小建筑物目标特征较少问题,引入多尺度检测和可变形卷积方式,加强网络对小建筑物目标的特征提取能力,并通过改进后的SGE注意力机制降低特征图中的干扰噪声权重。改进后的网络可以提取到更多的小建筑物目标特征,对环境干扰噪声的鲁棒性更强。在自己搭建的数据集上进行了实验测试,结果表明,在相同环境下网络改进后建筑物的整体检测准确率提升了1.7%,其中对小建筑物目标提升了3.6%,减少了小建筑物目标漏检、误检的问题。 相似文献

In this study, some locations with different climates, off-grid zero energy buildings with hydrogen energy storage systems are designed, and transient analysis is conducted. These considered buildings supply their electricity consumption without using the electrical grid and PV panels or wind turbines. Also, they supply thermal comfort to occupants by using a vapor compression chiller and humidifier. Domestic hot water of occupants is supplied using solar collectors. For analyzing building's performance and objectives achievement, TRNSYS software is used. Also, for evaluating occupant thermal comfort, the Fanger model is used. The considered building is a one-story building with a 150 m2 area. Four occupants are considered. Both of them are seated at rest, and another is seated with light working such as typing. Using the Fanger model equation and MATLAB software, the thermal comfort of occupants is determined. For domestic hot water consumption, verified profiles that vary during 24 h of the day are considered. Achieved results show that for humid and cold cities, PV panels with an area of 73 and 76 m2 can be supplied the required electricity of considered building with four occupants and battery state of charge is higher than 50% and 10%, respectively. Moreover, with a suitable air conditioner system, the predicted percentage of dissatisfied (PPD) can be lower than 12% and 8% for humid and cold cities. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) plays a key role in the pathogenesis of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), a chronic neurodegenerative disease that damages the trabecular meshwork (TM) cells, inducing apoptosis of the retinal ganglion cells (RGC), deteriorating the optic nerve head, and leading to blindness. Aqueous humor (AH) outflow resistance and intraocular pressure (IOP) elevation contribute to disease progression. Nevertheless, despite the existence of pharmacological and surgical treatments, there is room for the development of additional treatment approaches. The following review is aimed at investigating the role of different microRNAs (miRNAs) in the expression of genes and proteins involved in the regulation of inflammatory and degenerative processes, focusing on the delicate balance of synthesis and deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM) regulated by chronic oxidative stress in POAG related tissues. The neutralizing activity of a couple of miRNAs was described, suggesting effective downregulation of pro-inflammatory and pro-fibrotic signaling pathways, including nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-kB), transforming growth factor-beta 2 (TGF-β2), Wnt/β-Catenin, and PI3K/AKT. In addition, with regards to the elevated IOP in many POAG patients due to increased outflow resistance, Collagen type I degradation was stimulated by some miRNAs and prevented ECM deposition in TM cells. Mitochondrial dysfunction as a consequence of oxidative stress was suppressed following exposure to different miRNAs. In contrast, increased oxidative damage by inhibiting the mTOR signaling pathway was described as part of the action of selected miRNAs. 以裂壶藻干藻粉为原料,以清油得率为评价指标,采用两步酶解法提取油脂。在单因素实验的基础上,对清油得率影响较大的碱性蛋白酶的作用条件应用响应面法进行优化,依据回归分析确定碱性蛋白酶的最适作用条件。结果表明,水酶法提取裂壶藻油的最适工艺条件为:料液比1∶7,中性蛋白酶添加量7%,酶解温度45℃,酶解时间3 h,酶解p H 6.5;碱性蛋白酶添加量10%,酶解温度68℃,酶解时间6 h,酶解p H 9.4。在最适工艺条件下,裂壶藻清油得率可以达到(91.37±0.14)%。气相色谱-质谱分析裂壶藻油中不饱和脂肪酸含量为47.43%,其中DHA含量为35.09%。 相似文献

A Smart Flexible Solid State Photovoltaic Device with Interfacial Cooling Recovery Feature through Thermoreversible Polymer Gel Electrolyte 下载免费PDF全文
Quasi‐solid‐state dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) fabricated with lightweight flexible substrates have a great potential in wearable electronic devices for in situ powering. However, the poor lifespan of these DSSCs limits their practical application. Strong mechanical stresses involved in practical applications cause breakage of the electrode/electrolyte interface in the DSSCs greatly affecting their performance and lifetime. Here, a mechanically robust, low‐cost, long‐lasting, and environment‐friendly quasi‐solid‐state DSSC using a smart thermoreversible water‐based polymer gel electrolyte with self‐healing characteristics at a low temperature (below 0 °C) is demonstrated. When the performance of the flexible DSSC is hindered by strong mechanical stresses (i.e., from multiple bending/twisting/shrinking actions), a simple cooling treatment can regenerate the electrode/electrolyte interface and recover the performance close to the initial level. A performance recovery as high as 94% is proven possible even after 300 cycles of 90° bending. 将超声辅助离子液体/阴离子表面活性剂双水相萃取和高效液相色谱法相结合,建立一种简单、绿色、高效的分析方法用于检测虎杖中的虎杖苷和白藜芦醇。本研究以水溶性离子液体为萃取剂,以阴离子表面活性剂为成相盐,在超声的辅助作用下,目标分析物被萃取于离子液体中。实验结果表明,最佳提取条件为:以400μL 1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为萃取剂,0.16 g十二烷基苯磺酸钠为成相盐,样品溶液pH 7.0,超声时间20 min,超声功率160 W。各化合物在线性范围内都具有良好的线性关系(r0.9995),日内和日间精密度分别低于3.27%和6.31%,检出限和定量限分别为2.8~12.3和9.4~41.1 ng/mL,样品加标回收率在86.88~94.13%之间。本研究采用离子液体代替传统的有机溶剂作为萃取剂,集提取、分离和纯化于一体,具有操作简单、溶剂用量少、提取时间短等优点,可广泛应用于中药活性成分的提取与分析。 相似文献
