为开发新型天麻功能性食品进行了天麻提取物-海藻酸钙微胶囊的制备研究和性能测定。在不同浓度的CaCl2液中用滴制法制备微胶囊;以胶凝过程中微胶囊质量变化表示胶凝的速率;微胶囊的直径用测微尺在显微镜下测得;还测定了微胶囊的释放度和包埋率。结果表明,胶凝在最初的8h内进行较快;当CaCl2溶液浓度达到0.1mol/L以上时均能得到较好的胶凝效果。制得胶囊的粒径大小在(214±2.1)~(235.9±3.3)μm;海藻酸钠质量分数3.75%时形成的微胶囊粒径显著大于2.5%时的粒径。微胶囊的包埋率为47.73%±0.56%~49.83%±0.86%。微胶囊在pH6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液中8h内的累积释放可达85%以上。因此天麻提取物-海藻酸钙微胶囊具有用于开发天麻功能性食品的潜力。 相似文献

Encapsulated nanometer calcium carbonate (nano‐CaCO3) was prepared using styrene and maleic anhydride (MAH) copolymer in 2‐propanol or methanol–water mixture in the presence of different initiator systems. The particle morphology and physical properties of the encapsulated nano‐CaCO3 particles, such as the interaction between the encapsulating polymer and the nano‐CaCO3, and the thermal stability of encapsulated nano‐CaCO3 were studied by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Soxhlet extraction experiments, thermogravimetric analysis banded with FTIR (TGA‐FTIR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The encapsulating ratio and the stable encapsulating ratio of encapsulated nano‐CaCO3 were characterized. The results showed that a strong interfacial interaction was obtained due to the formation of a chemical bond or ion‐dipole between the C?O group of MAH and Ca2+ ion of nano‐CaCO3. The encapsulating ratio and stable encapsulating ratio of nano‐CaCO3 initiated by AIBN was higher than that initiated by BPO. Addition of maleic anhydride increased the encapsulating ratio and the stable encapsulating ratio of encapsulated nano‐CaCO3. For the encapsulated nano‐CaCO3 prepared in methanol–water, the diameter of the encapsulated nano‐CaCO3 particle increased from 60–70 nm to about 100 nm and the morphology changed from a cube with a sharp edge to spherical with a rough surface. 活动目录是一种包含服务功能的目录,它是一种数据库,它的目录或数据库的结构类似于UNIX文件系统,具有良好的可扩展性。对活动目录访问通常利用LDAP(轻量级目录访问协议)。一般开发人员直接访问LDAP目录不仅编程难度大,而且造成大量重复性工作,浪费资源。本文运用了·net中访问LDAP目录的相关技术,结合作者在实际项目中的经验,根据LDAP目录树-叶型结构的特点,从子目录节点和用户节点两方面封装了对LDAP目录的访问。利用该封装类访问LDAP目录,降低了一般开发人员的开发难度,同时简化了代码,节省了资源。 相似文献

论述如何用子类处理方法,捕获Windows系统传递到窗口的命令,进而生成带自定义图标的菜单;同时封装一个复杂过程,允许原消息处理函数实际执行命令以简化代码。自定义类对象封装了任一菜单项自定义图标的绘制过程;菜单维护模块创建并管理自定义类对象的一系列实例,所有实例联合注册为用户自定义菜单。除菜单检测与绘制操作由用户自定义函数完成外,其他操作皆通过消息传递函数返回Windows系统。 相似文献

通过均匀设计方法对电子封装用单组分加成型液体硅橡胶的制备进行了优化,采用Excel软件对均匀设计试验结果进行了回归分析。结果表明:测试指标(y)与含氢硅油(x1)、硅树脂(x2)、白炭黑(x3)和增粘剂(x4)用量之间满足线性回归方程Y=-112.545-6.932x1+26.932x2+1.25x3+6.477x4,其复相关系数R=0.981,分析了各因素对测试指标的影响程度。在此基础上,优化得出了电子封装用单组分加成型液体硅橡胶的配方为:乙烯基硅油100.00g,含氢硅油5.60g,硅树脂8.50g,白炭黑3.50g,增粘剂2.90g,二氧化钛2.00g,铂催化剂0.05g,抑制剂0.10g。 相似文献

A water-in-powder cosmetic is one in which a large amount of water is encapsulated in a powder. In this study we describe the development of this type of cosmetic. We first focused on the hydrophilic/hydrophobic balance of the nano-sized powder surface. We looked at surface state of powders in the gas adsorption test and discovered functional powders that have an optimized balance of hydrorepellency and hydrophilicity due to fractal surface and free hydroxyl groups, respectively. Using this material we created a new powder technology that can encapsulate a large quantity of water in a stable structure. We also looked at how the powders encapsulated water by observing them with wet-SEM and how the encapsulated water is stabilized by measuring the water mobility with 17O-NMR. Based on these result, we developed a new technology with water and powder. By encapsulating a large amount of water, we achieved a cosmetic with many unique characteristics: The powder cosmetic can become a liquid by application of friction on skin, it is convenient to use and provides moist, cool feel. It also functions as an excellent makeup by spreading smoothly on skin to form a uniform makeup coating. 相似文献
