Potassium hydroxide‐catalyzed hydrosilylation exhibits excellent activity and chemoselectivity for the reduction of cyclic imides under mild reaction conditions. The chemoselectivity of the reduction system may be readily tuned by changing the identity and stoichiometry of the hydrosilanes: a polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS)/potassium hydroxide reduction system resulted in the reduction of various cyclic imides to the corresponding ω‐hydroxylactams in 70–94% yield, while the diphenylsilane (Ph2SiH2)/potassium hydroxide reduction system selectively afforded the aryl lactams in 33–95% yield. These catalytic protocols tolerate diverse functional groups and are easy to scale up.

以端环氧基烯丙基聚醚、含氢硅油为原料,采用第二代铂金催化剂,通过硅氢加成反应制备环氧基改性硅油。研究了反应时间、反应温度、物料配比对反应转化率的影响。通过单因素试验得到最佳反应条件为:反应时间7 h、反应温度100℃、含氢硅油与端环氧基聚醚的摩尔比为1∶1.1。在此条件下含氢硅油的转化率为91%。红外表征证实,产物接上了端环氧基烯丙基聚醚。 相似文献

硅氢加成反应是合成有机硅材料最重要的途径之一,铂催化剂作为其应用最广的催化剂,具有重要的意义。本文首先介绍了硅氢加成反应机理的研究现状;分析了聚合物长链段铂配合物、含多个铂原子铂簇化合物及N-杂环卡宾铂配合物均相铂催化剂的研究进展,致力于改善均相催化剂催化选择性差、催化活性难以控制等缺点;分别阐述了不同铂催化剂载体如无机二氧化硅、炭载体、金属氧化物、有机高分子、固载液等作为铂催化剂载体的优点,负载铂催化剂具有可回收、产物选择性好的优点,有效解决了工业上铂损失的问题;最后对铂催化硅氢加成反应的发展趋势进行了展望分析,铂负载能力的提高、铂负载催化剂的分离、硅氢加成反应的原理、催化范围的扩大等均是今后研究的重要方向。 相似文献

Transparent poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) based coatings with antimicrobial activity against a wide range of microorganisms have been prepared. The films have been prepared by spincoating a mixture of PVA, ammonium dichromate and metal (zinc or silver) precursor from water solutions, and then rendered insoluble by crosslinking under UV illumination. Antimicrobial activity has been tested against different bacteria and fungi, such as Bacillus atrophaeus, Bacillus megaterium, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecium, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Escherichia coli, Neurospora crassa, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It was found that combining the zinc and silver precursors resulted in films which had excellent antimicrobial activity and at the same time exhibited superior environmental stability compared to films containing prepared with single metal precursor. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis of polysiloxanes with pendant unsaturated cyclic fragments have been successfully performed by hydrosilylation reactions of polymethylhydrosiloxane with 4‐vinyl‐1‐cyclohexene in the presence of platinum hydrochloric acid (0.1 M solution in THF), Karstedt's catalyst (Pt2[(VinSiMe2)2O]3) and platinum on the charcoal (5%). Reactions were carried out at various temperatures with different ratios of initial compounds. It was shown, that not all active ≡Si? H groups take part in the hydrosilylation reaction. Some kinetic parameters of reactions were studied. The synthesized oligomers were characterized by FTIR, 1H, 13C, H,H‐COSY, and C,H‐correlation NMR spectroscopy. Calculations using the quantum‐chemical semi empirical AM1 method for modeling reactions between methyldimethoxysilane [Me(MeO)2SiH] and 4‐vinyl‐1‐cyclohexene were performed to evaluate possible reaction paths. Synthesized oligomers were characterized by gel‐permeation chromatography, differential scanning calorimetric, thermogravimetric, and wide‐angle X‐ray analyses. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The Lewis base‐organocatalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of α‐acetamido‐β‐enamino esters was investigated. Among various chiral Lewis base catalysts, a novel catalyst derived from L ‐serine was found to be the most efficient one which can promote the reaction to afford a series of α,β‐diamino acid derivatives with high yields (up to 99%), excellent enantioselectivities (up to 98% ee) and moderate diastereoselectivities (up to 80:20 dr). The absolute configuration of one of the products was determined by the X‐ray crystallographic analysis. In addition, the mechanism and the transition state of the reaction were proposed. 相似文献
