This paper proposes a novel method combining Pinch Methodology and waste hydrogen recovery, aiming to minimise fresh hydrogen consumption and waste hydrogen discharge. The method of multiple-level resource Pinch Analysis is extended to the level of Total Site Hydrogen Integration by considering fresh hydrogen sources with various quality. Waste hydrogen after Total Site Integration is further regenerated. The technical feasibility and economy of the various purification approaches are considered, demonstrated with a case study of a refinery hydrogen network in a petrochemical industrial park. The results showed that fresh hydrogen usage and waste hydrogen discharge could be reduced by 21.3% and 67.6%. The hydrogen recovery ratio is 95.2%. It has significant economic benefits and a short payback period for Total Site Hydrogen Integration with waste hydrogen purification. The proposed method facilitates the reuse of waste hydrogen before the purification process that incurs an additional environmental footprint. In line with the Circular Economy principles, hydrogen resource is retained in the system as long as possible before discharge.  相似文献

A novel heterostructure of g-C3N4/ZnO/Bi4O5Br2 (ZB-3) was designed, and used in the microbial coupled photocatalytic fuel cell (MPFC). It can effectively improve electron utilization efficiency and pollutant degradation using this double Z-scheme heterojunction structure. The current–time (It) curves demonstrated that the current density of ZB-3 was higher than that of ZnO, ZnO/Bi4O5Br2 (ZB-1), g-C3N4/ZnO (ZB-2). Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) indicated ZB-3 possessed the minimum charge-transfer resistance. This MPFC for degrading rhodamine B (RhB) and tetracycline (TC) under different conditions were developed using these materials. Even in the dark condition, MPFC with g-C3N4/ZnO/Bi4O5Br2 demonstrated 93% and 82% degradation efficiency for RhB and TC, respectively. Furthermore, the electron transport mechanism of the MPFC and ZB-3 were proposed. It paves the approach for more efficient pollutant degradation via MFC photocatalysis.  相似文献

对赤红球菌的组氨酸激酶基因进行密码子优化,将优化后的组氨酸激酶基因(rhks)构建重组表达质粒pGEX-4T-2-rhks。将此质粒导入到大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中进行异源表达。在25 ℃和1 mmol/L异丙基-β-D-硫代吡喃半乳糖苷诱导条件下,组氨酸激酶融合蛋白(GST-RHK)获得成功表达,并具有催化活性。经谷胱甘肽琼脂糖亲和层析纯化,获得电泳纯的GST-RHK,其中纯化倍数为3.1,得率为19.5%。该蛋白大小约为72.75 kDa,Km、Vmax和Kcat值分别为20.92 μmol/L、0.17 μmol/(L·min)和1.4 min-1。野生型赤红球菌、组氨酸激酶基因增强株sdrhkE和组氨酸激酶基因敲减株sdrhkD在分别含有苯酚、甲苯、氯苯、异辛烷4 种有机溶剂的培养基中培养,菌株sdrhkD的生长情况都优于野生型赤红球菌,菌株sdrhkE的生长情况都低于野生型赤红球菌。本研究为进一步揭示赤红球菌SD3中组氨酸激酶涉及的信号转导途径与赤红球菌有机溶剂耐受性的关联机制提供一定参考依据。  相似文献

As global air pollution becomes increasingly severe,various types of fibrous filters have been devel-oped to improve air filter performance.However,fibrous filters have limitations such as high packing density that generally causes high-pressure drop and ultimately deterioration in the filtration effi-ciency.High-pressure particulate matter precipitators are limited in terms of scope for commercialization because they require high voltage supplies and ozone generators.In this study,we develop fibrous fil-ters with enhanced durability and improved performance using metallized microfibers decorated with metal-organic-framework(MOF)nanocrystals.Not only does the efficiency of the developed filters remain at or above 97%for 0.50-1.5 μm PMs but the durability also significantly increases.In addi-tion,using the water purification ability of the MOF,we explore the dye degradation effect of the hybrid microfibers by immersing them into Rhodamine B aqueous solution.In such an experiment the Rho-damine B aqueous solution is completely purified by the presence of the hybrid microfibers under the UV irradiation.  相似文献

This study examines the extraction of beryllium and aluminium from a Nigerian beryl ore using Cyanex®272 in kerosene from an aqueous sulphate pregnant solution. Parameters such as extractant concentration and equilibrium pH that dictates the extraction yield were studied. Under the following conditions: temperature 27?±?2°C, phase ratio 1?1, about 45.50 and 46.76% of beryllium and aluminium were extracted by 0.15?mol?L?1 Cyanex®272 concentration within 30?min. However, the extraction yield of beryllium and aluminium was increased to 91.68% and 97.89% at equilibrium pH of 3 and 4, respectively, for beryllium and aluminium at 27?±?2°C. A 0.05?mol?L?1 H2SO4 solution was found to be adequate for the stripping of about 99.00% Be and 95.40% Al from the loaded organic phase. The pure solutions containing metal ions were accordingly beneficiated to obtain beryllium and aluminium compounds of industrial values.  相似文献

建立一种采用QuEChERS前处理结合Quick Pro净化柱-气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法测定果蔬汁中的21种农药残留量的方法。样品采用乙腈提取,EN方法盐包盐析,经Quick Pro净化柱净化,DB-35MS UI色谱柱分离,采用选择离子监测(SIM)模式扫描,外标法定量。在质量浓度0.01~0.50 μg/mL范围内相关系数(R)均>0.995,样品在0.01 mg/kg、0.02 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg的添加水平下,21种农药的回收率在75.2%~117.8%之间,回收率实验结果相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.9%~11.5%之间。该方法操作简便,分析时间短,精密度好,适用于果蔬汁中多种农药残留的检测。  相似文献

对生物质燃气中焦油的净化进行试验研究,通过在喷淋塔前设置空冷塔的焦油净化系统,并以稻秸秆为原料考察热解温度对生物质燃气中焦油在空冷塔和喷淋塔中的分配情况及化学组成的影响。结果表明,生物质燃气中80%的焦油可在空冷塔中富集,当热解温度由500℃升至750℃时,空冷塔中焦油的占比由84.26%降至80.55%,喷淋塔中焦油占比由15.74%升至19.45%;生物质焦油中超过99%、81%、84%和93%的酚类化合物、烷烯烃、含氮化合物和含氧化合物(除酚类化合物外)在空冷塔中富集,而超过76%的芳烃及其衍生物在喷淋塔中富集。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Bacteriocin is a proteinaceous biomolecule produced by bacteria (both Gram-positive and Gram-negative) that exhibits antimicrobial activity against closely related species, and food-borne pathogens. It has recently gained importance and attracted the attention of several researchers looking to produce it from various substrates and bacterial strains. This ushers in a new era of food preservation where the use of bacteriocin in food products will be an alternative to chemical preservatives, and heat treatment which are understood to cause unwanted side effects, and reduce sensory and nutritional quality. However, this new market depends on the success of novel downstream separation schemes from various types of crude feedstocks which are both effective and economic. This review focuses on the downstream separation of bacteriocin from various sources using both conventional and novel techniques. Finally, recommendations for future interesting areas of research that need to be pursued are highlighted.  相似文献

通过HepG2肝癌细胞构建高胆固醇细胞模型,以大豆蛋白为对照组,分析了大豆多肽的体外降血脂活性,并通过凝胶过滤层析法和纳米技术-高效液相色谱-串联质谱(Nano-HPLC-MS/MS)技术对大豆多肽进行了初步纯化和鉴定。结果表明,大豆多肽对HepG2细胞内甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的产生具有一定的抑制作用,对HepG2细胞内高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的产生和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力具有促进作用,且大豆多肽对HepG2细胞内TG、LDL-C的抑制作用及对HDL-C和SOD活力的促进作用均强于对照组,具有良好的体外降血脂活性。大豆多肽经分离纯化,最终鉴定并筛选出5个多肽,分别编号为LLDTN、FLEHAF、DFGKFF、LVGLKLY和LIDSVLDVVRK,相应的分子质量分别为574.30 Da、762.37 Da、759.36 Da、804.51 Da和1 255.75 Da。  相似文献

共轭亚油酸酯类衍生物具有抗氧化、抗癌、降低胆固醇、减肥、降血糖血脂等多种生理功能,在食品、化妆品、医药及饲料行业中均具有广阔的应用前景。为了推动共轭亚油酸酯类衍生物的生产应用,综述了共轭亚油酸酯类衍生物的种类及合成方法、分离纯化方法、检测方法、储存稳定性及其应用。指出推动酶法合成共轭亚油酸酯类衍生物工业化、多种分离纯化方法结合以及进一步提高共轭亚油酸酯类衍生物的储存稳定性是今后的重点研究方向。  相似文献
