Synthesis,complexation and biological effects studies of new thiacrown ethers derived quinoline: part I

A series of new thiacrown ethers derived quinoline 7–9 were synthesized in good yield and in a simple way. Their transition metal ions complexation was studied using a conductometric method in acetonitrile at 25°C. Crowns 7 and 8 showed a continuous decrease in the molar conductances in their complexation with Ag⁺, Cu²⁺, Hg²⁺ and Zn²⁺ which begins to level off at a molar ratio of 1:1 crown to metal, indicating the formation of 1 stable 1:1 complex. On the other hand, crown 9 showed the formation of 1:1 complexes only with Ag⁺, Cu²⁺, Hg²⁺. The in vitro, a preliminary antimicrobial, antioxidant and cytotoxic effects on breast tumor cells were also reported. Five bacterial test strains were included in the present study. Antioxidant activity was measured in terms of the radical scavenging ability and decolorization of 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals. Cytotoxic effect of thiacrown was evaluated using MDA MB-231 cell line (human breast adenocarcinoma, ATCC HTB-26).     

皮革中喹啉的测定

采用气相色谱-质谱法对皮革中喹啉含量进行了测定。通过对前处理条件(提取方式、提取溶剂、水浴温度、水浴时间)的优化,建立了皮革中喹啉的检测方法。实验结果表明,喹啉标准曲线线性范围为1.0~200.0 mg/kg,线性相关系数在0.999以上,检出限为1.0 mg/kg,空白样品及阳性样品中回收率均在85%~120%之间,相对标准偏差在2%~10%之间。所建立方法可用于皮革中喹啉含量的测试。     

Synthesis and Anticancer Properties of Oxazepines Related to Azaisoerianin and IsoCoQuines

In this article, we report the synthesis and biological properties of a series of novel oxazepines related to isoCA-4 having significant antitumor properties. Among them, three oxazepin-9-ol derivatives display a nanomolar or a sub-nanomolar cytotoxicity level against five human cancer cell lines (HCT116, U87, A549, MCF7, and K562). It was demonstrated that the lead compound in this series inhibits tubulin assembly with an IC₅₀ value of 1 μM and totally arrests the cellular cycle in the G2/M phase at the low concentration of 5 nM in HCT116 and K562 cells. Molecular modeling studies perfectly corroborates these promising results.     

高效液相色谱法测定纺织品中喹啉的质量浓度

建立了测定纺织品中喹啉质量浓度的高效液相色谱检测方法,用高效液相色谱仪对样品中的喹啉及其他组分进行分离,用二极管阵列检测器进行紫外光谱分析,用峰面积外标法进行定量。喹啉的检出限为10 mg/kg,回收率在80%~120%,精密度小于2%。结果表明,该方法线性良好,测试简单,回收率、精密度高,满足测试要求。     

生物碱类化合物的研究进展

生物碱作为一类广泛存在于自然界中的碱性含氮有机化合物,数目众多,结构类型复杂。依据化学结构不同可分为异喹啉类、喹啉类、咪唑类、哌啶类、莨菪烷类、吲哚类、咔唑类、海洋多环胍类、萜类、manzamine型生物碱等。文章就部分生物碱类化合物结构研究进展进行综述。     

2,3-吡啶二甲酸的合成

采用喹啉为原料,以高锰酸钾为氧化剂,以水为溶剂,经过氧化、浓缩、浓盐酸酸化、抽滤、干燥,合成了2,3-吡啶二甲酸,产率43.7%。     

Friedlnder缩合反应合成C-2-β-D-葡萄糖基喹啉

采用葡萄糖和2,4-戊二酮经Knoevenagel缩合反应制备得到β-丙酮基葡萄糖,β-丙酮基葡萄糖与苯环取代的邻氨基苯甲醛经Friedlnder缩合反应,以高达90%的产率合成了4个结构新颖的葡萄糖基喹啉类化合物.目标化合物的结构均经1HNMR,13CNMR和元素分析确证。     

含偶氮苯(喹啉)结构化合物的合成、表征及发光性能

以间苯二甲酸为原料,合成了新型偶氮苯-喹啉化合物—5-(8-羟基喹啉-5-偶氮)-1,3-苯二甲酸二乙酯,通过IR、UV-vis、1H NMR对其结构和性能进行了表征,利用荧光发射光谱研究了目标化合物的发光性能。结果表明,目标化合物(2.0×10-5 mol/L的THF溶液)以311 nm光激发,在450 nm处发射蓝紫色荧光。     

煤焦油中喹啉不溶物的组成分析

采用自主设计的煤焦油过滤装置提取中温煤焦油中的喹啉不溶物(QI),利用元素分析仪、激光粒度分析仪、SEM、FTIR、XRD和XPS等手段对QI进行表征。表征结果表明,煤焦油中QI的颗粒形状不规则,粒径大小不一,且分布不均匀;QI主要由有机物组成,并含有少量的Si,Ca,Fe等元素,有机物主要是多元芳环类物质高度缩合而成的产物,无机物主要是石英砂、方解石;煤焦油中的QI组分主要以C和O元素为主,碳大部分以碳氢化合物、醚类、酚类的形式存在,总含量达73.2%(x),另有26.8%(x)的碳是以石墨碳形式存在;而氧主要以羰基、碳氧单键和羧基形式存在,总含量达85.6%(x)。
