建立以硅量子点(silicon quantum dot,SiQDs)为荧光传感器快速检测四环素的新方法,以N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为硅源,柠檬酸为还原剂,采用水热法合成SiQDs;通过透射电镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)和光谱分析法研究其形貌结构和光学特性;利用四环素能有效地猝灭SiQDs荧光,构建荧光传感器用于四环素检测。结果显示,所制备的SiQDs呈球形、稳定性高,水溶性好。在优化的实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.05~90μmol/L,检出限为18 nmol/L,用于生鲜牛奶样品测定,加标回收率为92.36%~104.07%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适于鲜奶中四环素的准确测定。 相似文献

ABSTRACT Current health situations have instigated increased frequency of taking antibiotics for cure of infections but this amplified use is posing threats to environment. This research is focused to remove Tetracycline (TC), an antibiotic from water, using an advanced nanohybrid that compact the properties of adsorbent and photocatalyst. Compared to conventional methods for remediation of TC, large surface area (452 m2g?1) adsorbent photocatalyst hybrid (APH) g-C3N4/α-MoO3/ZIF-67 (CMZ) have found much effective as 97% degradation of TC is observed in 110 min with 0.1 g of APH. Increasing g-C3N4 in the hybrids has improved percent degradation of TC molecules. CMZ-3 is found as a potential candidate for water treatment. 相似文献

A facile and effective method was proposed to prepare the molecularly imprinted fluorescence sensor with carbon quantum dots, which were modified vinyl groups by acrylic acid on the surface. The obtained fluorescence composite material was investigated by transmission electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectra. After the experimental conditions were optimized, a linear range of 1.0–60 μmol L−1 was obtained and the detection limit was 0.17 μmol L−1. The novel fluorescence sensor can be successfully used to detect tetracycline in real samples. This study provides a convenient strategy for selective recognition and rapid detection of tetracycline in the complex environment. 相似文献

Tetracycline (Tet) and derivative chemicals (e.g., doxycycline or Dox) have gained widespread recognition for their antibiotic properties since their introduction in the late 1970s, but recent work with these chemicals in the lab has shifted to include multiple techniques in all genetic model systems for the precise control of gene expression. The most widely used Tet-modulated methodology is the Tet-On/Tet-Off gene expression system. Tet is generally considered to have effects specific to bacteria; therefore, it should have few off-target effects when used in eukaryotic systems, and a previous study in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae found that Dox had no effect on genome-wide gene expression as measured by microarray. In contrast, another study found that the use of Dox in common cell lines and several model organisms led to mitonuclear protein imbalance, suggesting an inhibitory role of Dox in eukaryotic mitochondria. Recently, a new Dox derivative, 4-epidoxycycline (4-ED) was developed that was shown to have less off-target consequences on mitochondrial health. To determine the best tetracycline family chemical to use for gene expression control in S. cerevisiae, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on yeast grown on standard medium compared with growth on media supplemented with Tet, Dox or 4-ED. We found each caused dozens of genes to change expression, with Dox eliciting the greatest expression responses, suggesting that the specific tetracycline used in experiments should be tailored to the specific gene(s) of interest when using the Tet-On/Tet-Off system to reduce the consequences of confounding off-target responses. 相似文献

Exploring noble-metal-free co-catalysts highly flexible for separating the photogenerated charge carriers is of prime importance for the visible-light-driven photocatalysis. Herein, three-dimensional flower-like BiOI microspheres were fabricated and applied to support noble-metal-free LaCoO3 co-catalysts to construct a unique LaCoO3/BiOI hybrid photocatalyst with a higher ability in charge separation. As expected, the optimum tetracycline degradation rate of LaCoO3 (4.0 wt%)/BiOI was up to 0.0161 min−1, which was nearly 3.4 fold larger than that of pure BiOI (0.0048 min−1). The enhanced photocatalytic performance was mainly ascribed to the vital role of LaCoO3 co-catalyst, which acted as an excellent electron collector for capturing the electrons generated by BiOI, effectively promoting the separation of photogenerated charge carriers and prolonging the lifetime of photo-induced electron-hole pairs at the same time. Furthermore, the active species trapping experiments revealed that the excellent photocatalytic activity was primarily driven by photogenerated holes and superoxide radicals. This work is expected to provide a new inspiration for rationally designing and fabricating noble-metal-free co-catalyst system with high efficiency applied in environment purification. 相似文献

In order to treat antibiotics organic pollutants in the water environment, the Pd/PANI/ITO composite electrode was prepared by the galvanostatic electrodeposition method in this paper. The surface morphology and electrocatalytic activity of the electrode were analyzed and tested. Using the degradation rate of electrocatalytic tetracycline wastewater as an indicator, the optimal parameter conditions for preparing the composite electrode were screened out: the optimal deposition current of PANI was 2 mA, and the deposition time was 10 min. The optimal deposition current for Pd is 2 mA, and the deposition time is 10 min. The optimal current for the degradation of tetracycline wastewater is 10 mA, and the relationship between the degradation current and the degradation time conforms to the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics. The existence of ·OH in the degradation process of tetracycline was verified by the coumarin fluorescence detection technology. Finally, the degradation process of tetracycline wastewater is analyzed. The results show that the intermediate products produced during the degradation of tetracycline are gradually cleavage of tetracycline molecules, and they are eventually converted into CO2 and H2O. 相似文献

抗生素滥用已经成为全世界面临的公共卫生问题,去除环境中残留的抗生素刻不容缓。采用聚氧乙烯月桂醚(Brij30)对β-FeOOH进行表面改性,辅助水热法制备Brij30/β-FeOOH/GO复合材料。通过X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和Zeta电位对其组成及微观结构表征。考察了吸附剂投加量、溶液的pH值和共存离子对盐酸四环素(TCH)吸附性能的影响,研究了吸附机理。结果表明,在优化反应条件(Brij30/β-FeOOH/GO投加量0.01 g、溶液pH=5、吸附10 h、TCH初始浓度40 mg/L)下,吸附量达65.97 mg/g,吸附行为符合伪二级动力学方程和Freundlich吸附等温线模型,属于化学吸附并存的多分子层吸附。存在的吸附机理为π-π键堆积、氢键结合、螯合作用和电荷转移。 相似文献

A total of 1040 pork kidneys were purchased from 4 retail stores located in a Midwestern US town and screened for antibiotics with the Charm-KIS? screening test. Six samples (0.6%) tested positive with the Charm-KIS?. Sixty-five samples from each retail location and the 18 Charm-KIS? positive or ‘caution’ samples were also subjected to ELISA to determine the presence of commonly used veterinary drugs including flunixin, ractopamine, sulfamethazine, and/or tetracycline of the 278 samples assessed by ELISA, flunixin, ractopamine, sulfamethazine, and tetracycline residues were found to be 0%, 22%, 4%, and 10% ELISA positive respectively, and had greater than limit of quantitation concentrations as measured by LC-MS/MS. All residue levels determined by LC-MS/MS were well below US tolerances, regardless of analyte. These findings suggest that veterinary drugs are being used in accordance with US regulations and that veterinary drug residues in pork do not pose a health concern to US consumers. 相似文献
