This research aims to prepare capsules emulsion using gallic acid (GA), dextran (DEX), bovine serum albumin (BSA), sodium alginate, and K-carrageenan (K-Car) as the biological delivery system of lycopene. The stability and bioaccessibility of lycopene were further improved through encapsulation of covalent complex of sodium alginate and K-Car. The molecular weight distribution and secondary structure of the conjugates were analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS–PAGE) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The storage stability of the emulsion stabilized by conjugates was measured with Turbiscan stability index (TSI) and fluctuation of the particle size. The TSI value of ternary conjugates was 18.7 (37℃) with particle sizes ranging from 208 to 319 nm. Then, the changes of three-dimensional reticulate structures and physical properties of sodium alginate-K were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and TPA. The thermal stability of the sodium alginate–K-Car composite systems was increased compared with sodium alginate. The bioaccessibility of lycopene was significantly improved under the dual embedding of BSA–DEX–GA conjugate emulsion and sodium alginate–K-Car composite systems. 相似文献

以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)为单体,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和磷-硼杂化预聚物PBHP为扩链剂,通过逐步加聚制备不同组分的含磷、硼元素的阻燃水性聚氨酯(FRWPU)。FRWPU与聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)膨胀阻燃体系复配制备阻燃纸张施胶剂。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、热重分析(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测定、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和垂直燃烧测试对FRWPU分散体、FRWPU薄膜、未施胶纸样和施胶纸样进行了表征。研究表明,随着PBHP加入量的提高,薄膜的疏水性增强,FRWPU40的接触角为85.4°,较FRWPU0提高了35.3%;同时,薄膜的最大热分解速率下降,800℃的残留质量从0上升到7.80%;施胶纸样的最大热分解速率下降,残留质量提高,平均炭化长度减小。当PBHP含量为50%时,残炭量为27.84%,较FPU0/IFR提高了30.6%;平均炭化长度为5.9cm,较FPU0/IFR降低了30%。SEM结果表明,施胶纸样燃烧后表面生成更加致密的炭层,阻燃性能提高。 相似文献

An ecofriendly and biodegradable porous structure was prepared from drying aqueous foams based on nano fibrillated cellulose (NFC), extracted from softwood pulp by subcritical water/CO2 treatment (SC-NFC). The primary aim of this work was to use the modified SC-NFC as stabilizer for a water-based Pickering emulsion which upon drying, yielded porous cellulosic materials, a good dye adsorbent. In order to exploit the carboxymethylated SC-NFC (CMSC-NFC, with a degree of substitution of 0.35 and a charge density of 649 μeqv/g) as a stabilizer for water-based Pickering emulsion in subsequent step, an optimized quantity of octyl amine (30 mg/g of SC-NFC) was added to make them partially hydrophobic. A series of dry foam structures were prepared by varying the concentrations of treated CMSC-NFCs and 4 wt% was found to be the optimum concentration to yield foam with high porosity (99%) and low density (0.038 g/cc) along with high compression strength (0.24 MPa), superior to the conventionally extracted NFC. The foams were applied to capture as high as 98% of methylene blue dyes, making them a potential green candidate for treating industrial effluent. Ceramic microspheres have attracted significant attention, while the preparation of hierarchically porous ceramic microspheres with high porosity, good sphericity, and controllable size or shape in a short time remains a challenge. Herein, we developed a highly adaptable methodology for the preparation hierarchically porous ceramic microspheres with high porosity and favorable shape in a short time. The UV-curing assisted molding method combined with the Pickering emulsion method was utilized to prepare hierarchically porous ceramic microspheres. Under the irradiation of a UV-curing lamp (395 nm, 50 W), the Pickering emulsion can be cured within as short as 10 s. The microstructures of the three microspheres with different shapes were characterized by scanning electron microscopes (SEM). The as-prepared microspheres had a high sphericity, the interconnectivity of pores was as high as 54 %, and its porosity was as high as 73.4 % ± 3.0 %, while the density was quite low at ∼ 1.02 g/cm3. 相似文献

In order to prepare waterborne polyurethane with excellent water resistance and thermodynamic properties, a series of side chain fluorinated waterborne polyurethane-urea (FWPU-UA) was synthesized with polytetramethylene ether glycol, N-(2-methyl-1,3-propanediol-2′-)-perfluoro-1-butanesulfonyl amine (NPBA), isophorone diisocyanate, and isophoronediamine. With the increase of NPBA content, the weight loss temperature, glass transition temperature, and tensile strength of FWPU-UA were all improved. Gaussian fitting analysis of infrared data and density functional theory simulation proved that the introduction of fluorine side chains increased the interaction of hydrogen bonding in the FWPU-UA. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis indicated that the aggregation of fluorine atoms on the surface of film were caused by the migration and enrichment of fluorine side chains. Furthermore, the water resistance of polyurethane-urea film could be significantly improved by adding a small amount of NPBA, and the seven-day water absorption rate of polyurethane-urea film was reduced from 30.13% to 12.55%. 相似文献
