利用二次回归正交组合设计法优化喷涂工艺参数,建立了等离子喷涂Al2O3p/NiCrBSi复合材料涂层冲蚀磨损失重率的二次回归方程.研究了等离子喷涂参数对涂层冲蚀磨损失重率的影响.结果表明,利用Matlab软件编程计算,优化等离子喷涂参数,明显提高了涂层的抗冲蚀磨损性能.为等离子喷涂制备以氧化铝(Al2O3)颗粒增强金属基(NiCrBSi)复合材料涂层(Al2O3p/NiCrBSi)的实际应用提供必要的理论依据和技术数据.  相似文献

采用纯Cu中间层,对TiNi形状记忆合金丝脉冲激光焊接进行研究。利用光学显微镜,扫描电镜,微区XRD等分析测试手段,研究了TiNi形状记忆合金丝激光焊接头的微观组织特点。为研究接头的力学性能和形状记忆效应,对其进行拉伸和弯曲试验。结果表明,焊缝区组织分布不均匀,不同形貌区域的成分差别较大,XRD分析焊缝区生成了B2,B19’,Ti3Ni4,Cu基固溶体及Cu与Ti的金属间化合物相CuTi,Cu4Ti3,Cu3Ti2,Cu3Ti等。TiNi形状记忆合金激光焊接头抗拉强度为489~536MPa,断口呈典型的韧-脆混合断裂特征。形状记忆恢复率达99%以上。  相似文献

The Nd:YAG laser welding was used to join the TiNi shape memory alloy and AISI304 stainless steel wires. The microstructural features of the dissimilar material joint were analyzed. The tensile and hardness tests were carried out to examine the mechanical properties and microhardness distribution of the welded joint. The results show that the joint has the non-homogeneous microstructure and element distribution. The brittle phases such as Fe2Ti, FeTi, Cr2Ti, Ti3Ni4, Fe0.2Ni4.8Ti5 and TiN mainly segregate in rich Ti region of fusion zone. The laser-welded joint has the tensile strength of 298 MPa with the elongation of 3.72% and exhibits the brittle fracture features on the fracture surfaces. The reasons for low joint strength were discussed in this investigation.  相似文献

采用SEM、XRD、LSCM和冲蚀磨损试验机研究了等离子喷涂参数(氢气流量HFR、喷涂电流I)对Ni60涂层组织与冲蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明,Ni60涂层主要由γ-Ni、Ni3B、Cr2B、CrB、M7C3、M23C6相构成;增加HFR、I有利于减小涂层中层片厚度,增加涂层结晶度、平均晶粒尺寸、微观应变量及残余应力,提高涂层显微硬度及抗冲蚀磨损性能。但过大的HFR、I(15ft3/h、600A)导致涂层孔隙率增加,显微硬度及抗冲蚀磨损性能降低。等离子喷涂参数HFR=12.5ft3/h、I=500A时,在小角度冲蚀条件下,Ni60涂层具有更高的抗冲蚀磨损性能。  相似文献

WCp/NiCrBSi composite coatings have been deposited by plasma spraying with the mixed powders of WC-12Ni and NiCrBSi. The coatings consist mainly of WC, γ-Ni, Ni3B, CrB, Cr2B, M7C3, M23C6 and W2C phases. The W2C content increases with increasing WC mass fraction in the powders. The porosity and microhardness of the coatings are related to the coating WC content. The excessive WC results in decreasing the microhardncss due to increasing the porosity. The WCp/ NiCrBSi coating with 35 % WC mass fraction powder has more excellent erosion resistance. With an increase of impact angles from 15°to 90°the erosion rate of the coating increases, the erosion rate at 15°impact angle being approximately two times lower than that at 90°impact angle. Based on the wear morphology of the coatings at different impact angles, the wear mechanisms were discussed.  相似文献

为了研究粉末结构对复合材料涂层组织与性能的影响规律,采用双路送粉方法、高能球磨团聚粉末及包覆混合粉末等离子喷涂制备Al2O3p/NiCrBSi 复合材料涂层.利用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(LCSM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、x 射线衍射仪(XRD)及冲蚀磨损试验机等研究了涂层的微观组织和抗冲蚀磨损性能.结果表明,复合材料涂层主要由αAl2O3、γAl2O3、γNi、Ni3B、CrB、Cr2B、M7C3和M7C3相组成, Al2O3增强体颗粒分布于基体层片间或层片内.粉末结构对涂层的组织与性能具有明显的影响,采用包覆混合粉末制备的Al2O3p/NiCrBSi 复合材料涂层结构致密,具有更高的抗冲蚀磨损性能.  相似文献
