Preparation of pure SbCl3 from lead anode slime bearing high antimony and low silver 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
A novel treatment process of lead anode slime bearing high antimony and low silver was developed by a potential-controlled chloridization leaching and continuous distillation.The experimental results show a high Sb 3+ concentration,489.2 g/L,in the leaching solution for two-stage countercurrent leaching process,and the leaching rates of Sb,Cu,Bi more than 99% when the potential is controlled at 450 mV.When the leaching solution is distillated and concentrated at 120°C,almost all the silicon compound is evaporated into the concentration distillate and exists as amorphous hydrated silica.By the continuous distillation,high pure SbCl3 could be prepared,and AsCl3 is enriched in the distillate while metals Bi,Cu are enriched in the continuous distillation residue.As a result,the recovery rate of Sb is more than 95%. 相似文献

在研究聚苯硫醚与聚金属硅氧烷(PMS)形成互贯网络的过程中,经DTA和MFN分析,选择了交联剂。通过在PPS-PMS共混体系中添加交联剂,流平剂等助剂,改进涂料的熔融流动特性和涂层的表面状态,应用热熔融喷涂工艺,得到一次厚涂覆500μm,表面光滑,无针孔的耐腐蚀涂层,工艺时间从原先4~6h缩短到1.5~2h。 相似文献

Fe-Cr coating was prepared by plasma-spraying process. As-sprayed coatings were machined by grinding, lapping, or polishing processes as appropriate to get different surface roughnesses. Rolling contact fatigue (RCF) experiments were conducted using a ball-on-disk setup. RCF lifetime of the coating was calculated. The worn morphologies of the coating were observed. Results show that surface roughness obviously influences RCF behavior of the coating. The smooth coatings showed longer RCF lifetimes, and always failed by delamination. The rough coatings always failed by abrasion or spalling. The failure of smooth coatings was driven by the orthogonal shear stress and radial stress, whereas the failure of rough coatings was driven by the asperity contact. 相似文献

激光表面重熔对ZrO_2-8wt%Y_2O_3热障涂层组织与抗热震性能的影响 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
采用等离子喷涂设备在H13热作模具钢表面制备氧化钇部分稳定的氧化锆(ZrO2-8 wt%Y2O3)热障涂层,并用CO2横流激光器对热障涂层进行表面重熔处理,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热震试验等手段研究激光重熔前后热障涂层的微观结构及其抗热震性能的变化。结果表明,重熔前后涂层均由四方结构钇锆氧化物和立方相的氧化锆组成,重熔后涂层结晶度增加,晶粒有长大现象。激光重熔后涂层产生明显分层,表层组织孔隙和裂纹明显减少,裂纹呈网状且沿晶界分布,重熔涂层内部仍保持等离子喷涂典型结构。激光重熔后涂层孔隙率降低了67%,涂层的抗热震性能也显著提高。 相似文献
