LDD方法在提高电路工作电压中的应用研究

研究了利用轻掺杂漏结构来制作高电源电压器件的工艺方法。分析了ＬＤＤ结构参数对器件击穿特性的影响，并结合实验结果对Ｎ＾－区的注入剂量，长度及引入的串联电阻进行了优化设计。     

Emission of core-excited autoionizing sodium atoms from NaCl induced by electron bombardment

In the time-of-flight spectrum of positive ions produced by electron bombardment of NaCl surface a delayed signal of Na⁺ is detected. This observation is attributed to production of core-excited autoionizing metastable Na^** atoms which have their characteristic lifetimes in the 100 ns range. Moreover, it is noticed that the populations of the various metastable Na^** states depend on the NaCl layer thickness. The lifetimes of some quartet metastable Na^** states have been determined as well.

低掺杂浓度Nd:YVO4激光器的输出特性研究

在对Nd:YVO_4晶体的掺杂浓度和晶体长度对激光器性能的影响进行了分析后,报道了利用掺杂浓度为0.3at％,通光长度为10mm的Nd:YVO_4晶体作为增益介质,带光纤耦合的激光二极管端面抽运的Nd:YVO_4激光器。在抽运功率为27.365W时,获得了14.85W的TEM_(00)模输出,光一光转换效率为60.49％,斜效率达64.5％。

镨掺杂分布对1.3μm光纤放大器特性影响

对掺氟化镨玻璃光纤放大器的小信号增益，用广义的高斯近似公式可获得精确的分析表达。文中研究了限制光纤芯层中央部分的镨掺杂对光纤放大器特性的影响，结果发现限制镨掺杂分布能改进光纤放大器的工作效率，且截止波长比芯层全部均匀掺镨的光纤更长。

Chemical States of Lanthanum in Carbonized La2O3-Mo Thermionic Cathode Materials

The chemical reaction between lanthanum oxide and molybdenum carbide was studied by thermodynamic calcu-lation, thermal analysis and in-situ X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. The theoretical results show that at the environment allowing for the evaporation of lanthanum, such as in high vacuum, La2O3 in the La2O3-Mo materials can be reduced to metallic lanthanum by molybdenum carbide (Mo2C). To confirm the conclusion, many analysis methods such as XRD, SPS, and TG-DTA were taken. The experimental results show that the chemical state of lanthanum changes during heat-ing. It was proved, for the first time, that reacted metallic lanthanum appears at the surface of this kind of material at high temperature.
