针对滨海基岩矿床安全开采合理隔离层厚度留设问题,基于材料力学、结构力学等共七种理论计算方法综合确定隔离层厚度,利用点柱式上向水平分层充填法建立三维数值计算模型,通过结合FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析理论计算结果的合理性,研究不同中段开采充填情况下第四系底部的稳定性特征,最终得出安全开采所需的隔离层厚度必须在12m以上,合理的开采上限必须在-57m以上。通过分析数值计算模型第四系底部的沉降变形,发现第四系底部最大沉降集中于中间采场 ,最大沉降量为13.73mm。研究成果为滨海基岩矿床安全开采,提高资源回采率提供了有益指导。 相似文献

南海西部海域东方某气田Y平台采取浅层大位移水平井模式开发莺歌海组二段浅部气藏,储层埋深在井深1300m左右,最大水平位移为3783 m,最高水垂比为2.73。该气田经过十几年的开采,储层存在一定程度压力衰竭。同时,Y平台水平段穿过断层,钻进期间漏失风险高。在前期的一些开发井作业中,储层段钻进时曾多次发生井漏等复杂情况。因此,针对以往开发难题和结合Y平台的地层特点,进一步改良屏蔽暂堵无固相钻井液体系,配套环空ECD实时监测与精细控制工艺,成功解决了该区域储层漏失难题。Y平台实施的5口井提效显著,φ215.9 mm水平井段平均机械钻速为77.27 m/h,创造了东方区域类似浅部气藏大位移水平井的作业纪录。储层保护效果好,测试产量超油藏配产25%。 相似文献

The power overhead of Networks-on-Chip (NoCs) becomes tremendous in high density Multiprocessor Systems-on-Chip (MPSoCs). Especially in hard real-time and safety-critical systems, power management mechanisms must be developed and efficiently adhered to real-time requirements. However, state-of-the-art solution typically induces a high timing overhead, thus challenging safety, or has limited power saving capabilities. Additionally, current power-gating mechanisms do not provide an upper bound of the latency overhead, and thus no timing guarantees. We propose a safe and enhanced approach for power-gating that allows a global and dynamic power management under timing guarantees, i.e., all deadlines of critical tasks are met. It introduces a control-layer to save power on the NoC data layer using multiple Power-Aware Traffic-Monitor (PATM) units, which apply knowledge of the global state of the system to efficiently save power on NoC routers even at high NoCs utilizations. To safely apply the PATMs in hard real-time systems while meeting the deadlines, we provide a formal worst-case timing analysis to derive PATMs upper bound latency overhead. Collisions with fixed objects in the roadway environment account for a substantial proportion of motorcyclist fatalities. Many studies have identified individual roadway environment and/or motorcyclist characteristics that are associated with the severity of the injury outcome, including the presence of roadside barriers, helmet use, alcohol use and speeding. However, no studies have reported the cumulative benefit of such characteristics on motorcycling safety. The safe system approach recognises that the system must work as a whole to reduce the net injury risk to road users to an acceptable level, including the four system cornerstone areas of roadways, speeds, vehicles and people. The aim of the present paper is to consider these cornerstone areas concomitantly, and quantitatively assess the serious injury risk of motorcyclists in fixed object collisions using this holistic approach. A total of 1006 Australian and 15,727 (weighted) United States motorcyclist-fixed object collisions were collected retrospectively, and the serious injury risks associated with roadside barriers, helmet use, alcohol use and speeding were assessed both individually and concomitantly. The results indicate that if safety efforts are made in each of the safe system cornerstone areas, the combined effect is to substantially reduce the serious injury risk of fixed hazards to motorcyclists. The holistic approach is shown to reduce the serious injury risk considerably more than each of the safety efforts considered individually. In the United States, community water systems are not only numerous but also diverse. Nonetheless, operational scale and public versus private ownership have dominated the understanding of safe water access, leaving underexplored many other factors related to governance. Applying insights from the Institutional Analysis and Design literature, we create and analyze a dataset of California's water systems classified into 26 structural types associated with distinct governance institutions. We document differences in the number of Safe Drinking Water Act violations among these types and demonstrate their relevance for implementing solutions targeting non-compliance. Advancing equitable access necessitates greater attention to organizational structure and institutional diversity in drinking water provision. 相似文献
