随着科学技术的发展,粮食行业信息化发展得到了强有力的科技支撑。为满足粮库整体信息化建设的要求,打破"信息孤岛"现状,实现资源整合、数据共享,为大数据分析和数据应用提供数据基础,设计一款能够实时采集粮仓内温湿度、氧气、二氧化碳气体浓度、粮堆高度的数据集成系统。系统采用分层分布式结构,由数据集中器和多种传感器模块组成,数据集中器与各传感器模块间通过RS485总线进行数据通讯,并由数据集中器通过网络专线传输汇总的环境监测数据,通过专用软件进行数据处理和挖掘,从而实现粮仓环境监测和预警等功能。 相似文献

Effect of element Ru on microstructure and creep behaviour of single crystal nickel-based superalloy
By means of creep property measurement and microstructure observation, the influence of element Ru on the microstructure and creep behaviour of single crystal nickel-based superalloy is investigated. The results show that the plate-like μ phase is precipitated along {111} plane of the Ru-free alloy during thermal exposure at 1080°C and creep at 980°C. And the precipitation of μ phase in the alloy with 6(wt)%Mo and 6(wt)%W may be restrained by adding 2% Ru element. Compared to Ru-free alloy, the creep life of the 2% Ru single crystal alloy at 980°C200 MPa increases form 123 h to 333h. Compared to the 2% Ru alloy, the precipitated plate-like μ phase in the Ru-free alloy may promote the initiation and propagation of cracks along the γ matrix up to fracture, which is thought to be the main reason of the alloy having a lower creep resistances and shorter lifetime. 相似文献

In the present work, effect of Mn doping on hydrolysis rate of low-temperature synthesized metastable α-tricalcium phosphate (α-TCP) was investigated. α-TCP powders containing different amount of Mn2+ ions (0, 0.5 and 1 mol%) were synthesized by wet co-precipitation process, followed by annealing and crystallization of as-precipitated amorphous calcium phosphate at 700 °C. It was demonstrated that the presence of Mn2+ ions significantly retards hydrolysis rate of α-TCP. While pristine α-TCP fully hydrolyzed with a conversion to calcium-deficient hydroxyapatite in 10 h, complete hydrolysis of α-TCP doped with 0.5 and 1 mol% of Mn occurred only after 20 and 35 h, respectively. Initial and final products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Two experimental alloys containing different contents of Ru were investigated to study the effect of Ru on the microstructural evolution during long-term thermal exposure. The increase in Ru promoted the formation of cubical, tiny, and even γ′ phase after full heat treatment. Moreover, the samples after full heat treatment were exposed at 1100 °C for different time. Based on the classical model by Lifshitz, Slyozov, and Wagner, the coarsening of γ′ phase of the alloy containing 2.5 and 3.5 wt.% Ru during the long-term aging was controlled by the interface reaction and diffusion, respectively. The γ/γ′ lattice misfit was more negative with the increment of Ru addition, which induced the formation of stable rafted γ′ phase in the alloy containing 3.5 wt.% Ru at the initiation of long-term aging. Besides, the increase in Ru reduced the diffusion coefficient, which could restrain the γ′ phase coarsening. The lower γ/γ′ lattice misfit of the alloy containing 2.5 wt.% Ru promoted the interface reaction, which induced the rapid coarsening of γ′ phase. Therefore, the increase in Ru improved the microstructural stability of the alloys. On the other hand, the raise of Ru induced “reverse partitioning” behavior, which was effective in suppressing the emergence of the topologically close-packed phase (TCP phase). The TCP phase occasionally occurred in the alloy containing 2.5 wt.% Ru, which was attributed to the high temperature and the supersaturation of the γ matrix.
