In the present study, the effect of oxy-acetylene flame angle on the erosion resistance of SiC/ZrB2–SiC/ZrB2 multilayer coatings with the gradient structure was investigated. To this aim, first, the SiC inner layer was applied by the reactive melt infiltration (RMI) technique; then ZrB2 and ZrB2–SiC layers with 10, 20 and 30%wt. SiC were applied on graphite by the plasma spraying technique. To prevent the oxidation of ZrB2 and SiC particles, the plasma spraying process was performed by a solid protective shield. To evaluate the performance of the coatings in erosive environments, the samples were exposed to oxy-acetylene flame at the angles of 30°, 60° and 90° for 360 s; the destruction mechanism of SiC/ZrB2–SiC/ZrB2 multilayer coatings appeared to be controlled mechanically and chemically. The results of the erosion test showed that at the low flame angles of about 30°, due to the shear forces of oxy-acetylene flame, mechanical erosion overcame the chemical one. With increasing the flame angle, due to raising the surface temperature, chemical erosion overcame the mechanical one; so, most chemical destruction occurred at the flame angle of 90°. Also, the results of the erosion test showed that the total chemical and mechanical destruction at the angle of 60° was greater than that in other angles. Also, among the coatings tested, SiC/ZrB2- 20% wt. SiC/ZrB2 coatings had the best erosion resistance; so, the weight changes under the oxy-acetylene flame at the angles of 30° and 60°, respectively, were about ?0.038%. and ?0.355%; meanwhile, at the angle of 90°, it was about +4.3%.  相似文献

In order to reveal the mechanism of water fog explosion suppression and research the combined effect of water fog and obstacle on hydrogen/air deflagration, multiple sets of experiments were set up. The results show that the instability of thermal diffusion under lean combustion conditions is the main influencing factor of hydrogen/air flame surface instability, and the existence of water fog will aggravate the hydrogen/air flame surface instability. When obstacle is not considered, 8 μm, 15 μm, 30 μm water fog can significantly reduce the flame velocity and explosion overpressure of hydrogen/air, 45 μm fine water fog plays the opposite role. When considering the relative position of the water fog release position and the obstacle, the 8 μm, 15 μm, 30 μm water fog has almost no suppression effect when released near the obstacle, but a significant suppression effect occur, when using the 45 μm water fog. In the field of theoretical research, the research results not only provide an experimental basis for the fine water fog to reduce the consequences of hydrogen explosion accidents, and the optimal diameter range used by the water fog, but also provide experimental reference for the numerical simulation of hydrogen/air explosion suppression in semi-open space, and promote the development of hydrogen explosion suppression theory. In terms of engineering applications, this study can provide a theoretical basis for the layout of fire fighting equipment in the engine room of nuclear power plants or hydrogen-powered ships.  相似文献

The plasma spray technique was well proven in producing metal oxide based gas sensors in the last two decades using different powder feedstocks. However, limited research was made to fabricate hydrogen gas sensor from tin oxide layer coated over tungsten oxide layer. This paper attempts to interpret the hydrogen gas sensing performances of plasma sprayed coating derived by depositing tin oxide layer over tungsten oxide (SnO2/WO3) layer. Plasma sprayed SnO2/WO3 sensor showed maximum response of 90% at 150 °C in contrast to stand-alone WO3 (89% at 350 °C) and stand-alone SnO2 (89% at 250 °C). The lower operating temperature of SnO2/WO3 sensor without compromising gas response was attributed to the WO3–SnO2 hetero-junction. SnO2/WO3 sensor showed selective sensing towards hydrogen with respect to carbon monoxide and methane gases. This sensor also possessed repeatable characteristics after 39 days from the initial measurement. In a nut-shell, plasma spayed SnO2/WO3 sensor showed stability of base resistance, repeatability after successive response and recovery cycles, selective sensing towards 500 ppm H2 with significant magnitude of gas response of 90%, response time of 35 s and recovery time of 269 s at a temperature of 150 °C.  相似文献

Sliding wear behaviors of atmospheric plasma-sprayed Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) coating mated with four metallic or ceramic counterparts (Si3N4, Al2O3, GCr15 and ZrO2) were investigated. It has been found that YSZ coatings in contact with Si3N4 and GCr15 show better tribological performances than the other cases, which is due to the formation of the tribolayer mainly consisting of Si3N4 and Fe2O3 respectively on the worn surfaces. In the case of YSZ coating-Al2O3 and YSZ coating-ZrO2 tribopairs, the wear debris are more irregular and larger in size, resulting in severe abrasive wear and brittle fracture of debris particles. In particular, the specific wear rate of YSZ coating sliding against GCr15 is negative due to the significant material transfer of the tribo-oxide layer, while that of YSZ coating sliding against ZrO2 is the highest. Amorphization of the wear particles appears in the four cases due to the repeated mechanical action. It has been demonstrated that the wear of YSZ coating deteriorates with the increased flash temperature between the contact surfaces during rubbing process.  相似文献

This paper presents new results of studying the influence of parameters of microplasma spraying (MPS) of Ti wire on the structure and properties of Ti coatings. Based on the design of the experiment and the results of the SEM study, certain spraying modes were chosen to form the desired composition and structure of the Ti coating.  The dense sublayer (up to 300 µm thick) provides good adhesion to the substrate, and a porous top layer can accelerate the coated implant ingrowth with the bone.  This technology is developed for the manufacture of coated endoprosthesis implants.  相似文献

采用臭氧氧化-循环喷淋法去除钨钼选矿废水中COD,研究了pH值、臭氧流量、循环频率对COD去除效果的影响。结果表明: 废水COD去除率随pH值、臭氧流量、循环频率增大而增加,在pH值为10、臭氧流量3.0 L/min、循环频率4.0次/min条件下,氧化120 min后废水COD含量由131 mg/L降至11.5 mg/L,COD去除率达91.2%,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。与O2、NaClO处理废水COD的对比试验结果表明,循环喷淋法结合O3表现出较好的COD去除效果。  相似文献

设计开发一种具有高通量、低流阻特征的空心锥喷嘴,并通过理论与实验方法研究空心锥喷嘴的喷淋性能,基于准自由涡理论建立空心锥喷嘴内部流体流动的数学模型,阐明流量系数、喷淋锥角、喷嘴流量与喷嘴结构参数之间的定量关系,并利用多效蒸馏海水淡化喷淋实验台对理论计算结果进行实验测试和验证。研究结果表明:正常工作状态下喷嘴流量系数、喷淋锥角、喷淋流量等参数理论值与测量值之间的误差小于5%,验证了设计模型的准确性。同时根据实验测试数据,拟合得到该类型空心锥喷嘴喷淋锥角与雷诺数之间的经验公式,可为蒸馏海水淡化用大流量空心锥喷嘴的结构设计、工艺选型提供理论指导和数据支持。  相似文献

在分析板栗壳黄酮结构的基础上,研究其对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用及类型。采用醇提法提取板栗壳中的黄酮,并用AB-8大孔吸附树脂进行纯化,冻干后得到的黄酮含量为(107.50±1.00)mg/g,提取得率为(5.66±0.05)%。利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱质谱联用技术对板栗壳黄酮进行结构分析,鉴定出8 种黄酮类化合物。采用对硝基苯酚法测定胰脂肪酶活力,分别考察板栗壳黄酮对胰脂肪酶的抑制效果及不同反应条件下板栗壳黄酮对胰脂肪酶活性的影响,结果表明,板栗壳黄酮对胰脂肪酶有较好的抑制作用,半抑制浓度(half maximal inhibitory concentration,IC50)为0.074 mg/mL,且使胰脂肪酶最适pH值向碱性偏移。通过Lineweaver-Burk双倒数作图法确定其抑制类型为非竞争性抑制,抑制常数Ki=53.19 mg/mL。由此可见,板栗壳黄酮是一种效果良好的胰脂肪酶抑制剂。  相似文献

Noble metals Ag and Pt were loaded on Na0.9Mg0.45Ti3.55O8 (NMTO) by chemical bath deposition method, which was synthesized firstly in our recent work. The scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy results show that Ag and Pt nanoparticles were distributed on the different surfaces of NMTO. NMTO loaded with Ag and Pt can efficiently enhance the separation of photogenerated electron‐hole pairs, exhibiting much higher photodegradative ability for methylene blue and rhodamine B than the pure NMTO. The best weight concentrations of Ag and Pt are 9.00% and 3.70%, respectively. The electrostatic field is built in the Schottky barrier between NMTO and noble metals, leading to the energy band bending. Then, photogenerated electrons and holes are efficiently separated to enhance the photocatalytic activity.  相似文献
