一种分布式对象存储在巡检系统中的研究应用

随着通信技术的快速发展及智能设备的普及,网络规模、网元数量的不断增长,通信设备巡检任务成倍增加,给巡检系统的存储带来了巨大挑战,传统文件存储方式已无法满足要求。通过研究分布式对象存储,基于MinIO设计实现了一种新的巡检系统存储方案,可有效提升系统存储效率和可扩展性。该方案已经在江苏移动实际应用,支撑常态化巡检工作,对于网络运维及管理有较好的参考意义。     

Image sequence-based risk behavior detection of power operation inspection personnel

A novel image sequence-based risk behavior detection method to achieve high-precision risk behavior detection for power maintenance personnel is proposed in this paper. In this method, the original image sequence data is first separated from the foreground and background. Then, the free anchor frame detection method is used in the foreground image to detect the personnel and correct their direction. Finally, human posture nodes are extracted from each frame of the image sequence, which are then used to identify the abnormal behavior of the human. Simulation experiment results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has significant advantages in terms of the accuracy of human posture node detection and risk behavior identification.     

H_2S制硫酸装置外部安全防护距离设计

以某酸性气制硫酸装置酸性气缓冲罐为例,进行外部安全防护距离设计,结合当地多种气象,使用PHAST软件和LEAK软件进行H_2S气体扩散和爆炸计算,扩散结果应用于周边人员集中场所的防毒设计以及企业的应急救援,H_2S爆炸计算结果应用于周边人员集中场所建构筑物的抗爆设计,并和《石油化工工厂布置设计规范》(GB 50984-2014)中的建议值进行比对。

Evaluation of the containment vessel failure time from operator’s notifications during a severe accident

This paper aims at clarifying the potential and the limit of the method to surmise the timing of the containment vessel (CV) failure utilizing the Emergency Action Levels (EALs) issued as a nuclear operator’s notification in an early phase of the severe accident (SA). We analyzed the timings of the EALs issued in all kinds of the SA sequences of several PWR plant models by using the SA analysis code, MAAP. We found high correlations between the timing of SE41 (EAL issued at CV pressure of 0.5 design pressure) and the timing of the CV failure in the typical scenarios, e.g. over-pressure failures. We could therefore establish an evaluating method to estimate the time for a CV failure. This method has the potential to support the decision-making in nuclear emergency preparedness.     

基于时间延迟的多类型维修与经济生产批量联合优化研究

针对目前未能较好的综合考虑多维修类型与经济生产批量联合优化的问题，首先考虑多类型维修关系，基于时间延迟理论求出故障和缺陷次数的表达式；其次，在此基础上，综合考虑生产费用和维修费用的基础上，构建了多类型维修和经济生产批量联合优化模型，以单位时间内总费用最小为优化目标，获得最优检查间隔期和经济生产批量；最后，通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性，说明了第一类缺陷检查次数的多少对费用和经济生产批量影响不大。     

The Internet shutdown muzzle(s) freedom of expression in Ethiopia: competing narratives

Freedom of expression is a foundational stone for democracy and embraces a number of other rights, including – freedom to seek, receive, and impart information using any medium. Around 16 million Ethiopians, comprising 15.4% of the total population, use the Internet. The Ethiopian Internet shutdown saga has been marked by competing narratives. On one hand, the government has been using two governing narratives, i.e. national security narrative and ‘economic growth’ narrative to justify shutdowns of the Internet. But, the individuals’ self-expressions on social media find itself as competing narrative. Since 2016, the Internet has been closed more than six times under the cloak of national security, quelling rising protests, controlling strikes, and exam cheating. As such, freedom of expression of millions has been muzzled. The article argues blanket Internet shutdowns do not meet the caveats of human rights law.     

煤矿井下避难硐室系统的构建与应用分析

为进一步减少煤矿事故发生后的人员伤亡、财产损失，在分析国内外煤矿井下避难系统发展的基础上，以何家塔煤矿井下避难硐室系统的构建设计与应用为例，详细介绍了井下避难硐室系统的分类、结构构成、功能需求和配套设施等，并通过紧急避险疏散时间的校验计算，提出避难硐室距离采掘工作面以不超过1 000 m为宜，且应按照“地面最安全，先逃生后避险”原则进行避险救援，为国内其他矿井避难硐室的构建应用和相关标准的制定提供了参考。     

在轨维修后端模块接口机构的研究

在轨维修可以大大的延长空间科学仪器的使用寿命,节省大量的经济成本。为了实现空间望远镜后端模块的在轨操作和更换,设计了一套与之对应的接口机构,能够解决在轨快速定位与安装。根据321运动学定位准则,详细介绍了该接口机构的内部组成和工作原理;然后把该接口机构与后端模块进行组件级有限元仿真,仿真结果表明一阶模态远高于整机基频可以有效地避免发射时候的共振;设计了一套平面内的工装来模拟后端模块,利用等效质量法对整个机构进行重力卸载;搭建实验平台,利用激光跟踪仪来测量整个后端模块的重复定位安装精度,实验数据表明,X,Y,Z 3个方向的重复平移定位误差分别为±5.58μm,±3.24μm及±3.63μm,优于总体指标±10μm;热实验结果表明整个机构可以完全释放由于温度变化产生的形变,具有很高的热稳定性;使入射光线和靶面的相对位置持续稳定,保证了较高的成像质量。为其他空间在轨维护装置提供强有力的参考价值。
