Film potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA) is a novel method for concentrating the test ion directly on a glassy carbon electrode with subsequent stripping by a chemical oxidant, the redissolution step being followed by a chronopotentiometric sequence. The electrochemical parameters governing both preconcentration and redissolution steps are studied on a rotating disk electrode: experimental results are compared with the theoretical developments recently published. Except for the influence of rde rotation rates on each step and on analytical parameters, experiments and theory are in agreement. Discrepancies concerning the rotation rate effects are studied by potentiostatic coulometry and voltammetry measurements in regard to the preconcentration step: the rotation rate effects are based on the physical behaviour of the rde. Routine analysis is carried out using film PSA, Pb(II) as the test ion and Fe(III) as oxidizing agent, in perchlorate medium. 相似文献

In this paper, a new liquid membrane technique, hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane (HFRLM), is presented, which is based on the surface renewal theory, and integrates the advantages of fiber membrane extraction, liquid film permeation and other liquid membrane processes. The results from the system of CuSO4+D2EHPA in kerosene+HCl show that the HFRLM process is very stable. The liquid membrane is renewed constantly during the process, the direct contact of organic droplets and aqueous phase provides large mass transfer area. These effects can significantly reduce the mass transfer resistance in the lumen side. Then the mixture of feed phase and organic phase flowing through the lumen side gives a higher mass transfer rate than that of stripping phase and organic phase, because the aqueous layer diffusion of feed phase is the rate-controlling step. The overall mass transfer coefficient increases with increasing flow rates and D2EHPA concentration in the organic phase, and with decreasing initial copper concentration in the feed phase. The overall mass transfer coefficient also increases with increasing pH in the feed phase, and reaches a maximum value at pH of 4.44, then decreases. Also, there is a favorable w/o volume ratio of 20:1 to 30:1 for this process. Compared with hollow fiber supported liquid membrane and hollow fiber membrane extraction processes, HFRLM process has a high mass transfer rate. Mathematical model for the HFRLM process based on the surface renewal theory is developed. The calculated results are in good agreement with experimental results under the conditions studied. 相似文献

本文研究了丁苯吡胶乳的脱气机理,实验证明了这个包括有多个传质阶段的复杂传质过程是由单体从胶粒内扩散到表面并穿过界面进入液相的传质阶段所控制。从这一机理出发,选择了脱气过程的工艺条件。通过简化脱气过程的物理模型,从理论上推导出脱气过程的数学模型,并用实验证实了这一模型。通过对多种胶乳及各种脱气设备的应用,证明该模型具有普遍性。本文提出用定义的脱气速度常数来研究和设计脱气过程的方法。 相似文献

A stable dispersion in mixed solvent of water and N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) of graphene was synthesized by one-step electrochemical approach. Here we demonstrate about electrochemical stripping graphite to prepare graphene influence by different electrolytes. The physical and chemical properties of the stripping product had been characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV-Vis spectrophotometer (UV-Vis), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) . The characteristic results of XRD showed that it could improve the efficiency of graphite stripping when H2SO4 was used as electrolyte mother liquid and amount of HNO3 was doped in electrolyte; XPS and FTIR results indicate that the electrochemical stripping products preserve the intrinsic structure of graphene. The results of SEM and TEM shown that the surface morphology of the as-prepared graphene was folded lamellar structure and have good transparency;its thickness varies from 0.8 nm to a few nanometers. 相似文献
