基于IEC/ISO62264标准的制造运行管理系统

基于IEC/ISO 62264国际标准对制造运行管理的结构划分,提出了一种面向制造企业的制造运行管理系统.该系统由工厂资源信息管理平台和四个运行管理子系统构成.通过构建工厂资源信息管理平台,实现对企业各类制造数据的集成和统一管理,以解决制造执行系统实践中信息难以有效地集成与共享的问题;通过设计四个运行管理子系统,实现对企业的生产运行、维护运行、质量运行和库存运行的全面管理与维护,以解决制造执行系统片面地关注生产执行的问题.通过将该系统应用于某乳制品生产企业,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性.     

基于动态权重德尔菲法的电力生产事故根本原因重要度分析

为实现电力企业的安全生产目标,本文基于动态权重德尔菲法,提出了一种电力生产事故根本原因重要度的分析方法。该方法首先采用统计分析和德尔菲法,分别获得事故原因发生概率,通过动态权重综合两者,得到最终的事故原因发生概率,结合专家重要度可对根本原因重要度进行分析。基于研究结果,可以对事故成因进行分析,并提出事故预防的解决措施,提高企业安全生产管理水平。     

区间牛顿法在化工计算中的应用

区间牛顿法具有较强的全局收敛性。在实际应用过程中，只要给出非线性方程组中所有自变量的变化范围，区间牛顿法就能在数学上保证找到非线性方程组的所有解。因此，广泛应用于化工过程计算与优化中。     

工业PTA氧化过程4-CBA浓度的模糊神经网络模型

A fuzzy neural network (FNN) model is developed to predict the 4-CBA concentration of the oxidation unit in purified terephthalic acid process. Several technologies are used to deal with the process data before modeling.First,a set of preliminary input variables is selected according to prior knowledge and experience. Secondly,a method based on the maximum correlation coefficient is proposed to detect the dead time between the process variables and response variables. Finally, the fuzzy curve method is used to reduce the unimportant input variables.The simulation results based on industrial data show that the relative error range of the FNN model is narrower than that of the American Oil Company (AMOCO) model. Furthermore, the FNN model can predict the trend of the 4-CBA concentration more accurately.

针对流程工业企业的仓库管理需求及特点，对其仓库库存管理软件的需求分析、系统设计、软件设计及工程应用等多方面进行详细的研究与分析，并且适宜地应用J2EE技术开发出一套实用的企业仓库库存管理软件。     

甲苯歧化与C9芳烃烷基转移反应动力学模型和模拟分析

A new kinetic model for commercial unit of toluene disproportionation and C9-armatiocs transalkylation is developed based on the reported reaction scheme.A time based catalyst deactivation function taking weight hourly space velocity（WHSV）into account is incorporated into the model,which reasonably accounts for the loss in activity because of coke deposition on the surface of catalyst during long-term operation.The kinetic parameters are benchmarked with several sets of balanced plant data and estimated by the differential variable metric optimiza- tion method.Sets of plant data at different operating conditions are applied to make sure validation of the model and the results show a good agreement between the model predictions and plant observations.The simulation analysis of key variables such as temperature and WHSV affecting process performance is discussed in detail,giving the guidance to select suitable operating conditions.     

一种改进的动态数据校正离群值检测法

Data reconciliation technology can decrease the level of corruption of process data due to measurement noise, but the presence of outliers caused by process peaks or unmeasured disturbances will smear the reconciled results. Based on the analysis of limitation of conventional outlier detection algorithms, a modified outlier detection method in dynamic data reconciliation （DDR） is proposed in this paper. In the modified method, the outliers of each variable are distinguished individually and the weight is modified accordingly. Therefore, the modified method can use more information of normal data, and can efficiently decrease the effect of outliers. Simulation of a continuous stirred tank reactor （CSTR） process verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
