Cyclodextrins (CyDs) are water-soluble host molecules possessing a nanosized hydrophobic cavity. In the realm of molecular recognition, this cavity is used not only as a recognition site but also as a reaction medium, where a hydrophobic sensor recognizes a guest molecule. Based on the latter concept, we have designed a novel supramolecular sensing system composed of Zn(II)-dipicolylamine metal complex-based azobenzene (1-Zn) and 3A-amino-3A-deoxy-(2AS,3AS)-γ-cyclodextrin (3-NH2-γ-CyD) for sensing adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP). 1-Zn showed redshifts in the UV-Vis spectra and induced circular dichroism (ICD) only when both ATP and 3-NH2-γ-CyD were present. Calculations of equilibrium constants indicated that the amino group of 3-NH2-γ-CyD was involved in the formation of supramolecular 1-Zn/3-NH2-γ-CyD/ATP. The Job plot of the ICD spectral response revealed that the stoichiometry of 1-Zn/3-NH2-γ-CyD/ATP was 2:1:1. The pH effect was examined and 1-Zn/3-NH2-γ-CyD/ATP was most stable in the neutral condition. The NOESY spectrum suggested the localization of 1-Zn in the 3-NH2-γ-CyD cavity. Based on the obtained results, the metal coordination interaction of 1-Zn and the electrostatic interaction of 3-NH2-γ-CyD were found to take place for ATP recognition. The “reaction medium approach” enabled us to develop a supramolecular sensing system that undergoes multi-point interactions in water. This study is the first step in the design of a selective sensing system based on a good understanding of supramolecular structures.  相似文献

Within a circular economy approach, this study investigates the environmental impact of lightweight aggregates (LWAs) produced starting from different mixes of different clays with brewery sludge and cattle bone flour ash (CBA), used as poring and fertilizing agents, respectively. The environmental impact was evaluated by means of release tests, insulation capacity, carbon footprint (CFP), and particulate matter emission during pellet firing. Release tests representative of LWAs realistic application showed very high release of phosphate and satisfactory release of potassium. The thermal insulation of the LWAs was tested by thermal imaging camera and resulted highly variable depending on the composition, with the mix containing CBA performing best. This latter composition leads also to the smallest CO2 equivalent emission, due to the calorific power of CBA, allowing lower consumption of fossil fuels during the LWA production. Finally, total particulate emissions during the thermal treatment resulted similar in terms of mass for all mixes, while differences in terms of particle morphology and composition occurred. Samples containing residue resulted with a quite good release behavior, CFP, and insulation properties, but higher emission of particles, particularly when glass is added.  相似文献

When diamond wire saw is used in machining silicon nitride ceramics (Si3N4 ceramics), the ultra-hardness of Si3N4 causes the saw wire to wear out, which leads to the saw wire cutting performance constantly changing during its life cycle, and thus the machined quality of Si3N4 ceramics is affected. Surface roughness and topography are important indicators of the quality of the machined surface. In this paper, the diamond wire saw cutting experiment of Si3N4 ceramics was carried out, the effect of the evolution of saw wire cutting performance on the surface roughness and topography of Si3N4 ceramics as-sawn slices was investigated based on the analysis of the changes of saw wire wear topography, breaking force, bow angle and kerf loss during the sawing process. The results show that the surface roughness along the saw wire motion direction and the workpiece feed direction tends to decrease and then increase with the evolution of the cutting performance of the saw wire, which accords well with the trend of the as-sawn slices surface morphology. The results of the study can provide experimental reference for the development of high precision diamond wire saw cutting technology for Si3N4 ceramics.  相似文献

针对当前基于深度学习的显著性检测算法缺少利用先验特征和边缘信息,且在复杂场景中难以检测出鲁棒性强的显著性区域的问题,提出了一种结合边缘特征,利用先验信息引导的全卷积神经网络显著性检测算法。该算法利用三种被经常用到的先验知识结合边缘信息形成先验图,通过注意力机制将提取的先验特征与深度特征有效融合,最终通过提出的循环卷积反馈优化策略迭代地学习改进显著性区域,从而产生更可靠的最终显著图预测。经过实验定性定量分析,对比证明了算法的可靠性。  相似文献

In view of the shortcomings of silicon micro acceleration sensor based on piezoresistive effect and capacitance principle, such as temperature drift, low resolution and poor anti-interference ability, a fuze acceleration sensor based on dual SAW devices is proposed. The sensor adopts a dual saw device structure, one is coated with a sensitive film for measurement, the other is an uncoat- ed reference channel for compensation of environmental temperature, pressure, humidity and other factors. The experimental results show that the maximum linear error is only 1.6%, the sensitivity is 54.3Hz/g, and the maximum hysteresis error is less than 1%. Compared with piezoresistive accelerometer and capacitive accelerometer, the linear error of the accelerometer is small, the sensitivi- ty is high, and it has strong anti-interference ability.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Supply chains are becoming increasingly complex, and many companies and researchers are looking to nature for finding solutions. In this paper, we provide a narrative synthesis and systematic review to explore state-of-the-art, and identify key areas for exploration of nature inspired solutions in the supply chain area. We consider strategic, tactical, and operational decisions within supply chains and identify analogies between biological systems and supply chains to create a new research agenda. Our findings show that the majority of the research in nature inspired supply chains from the systemic perspective focuses on closed loop supply chains. In contrast, similar systemic solutions such as industrial symbiosis, circular economy, and industrial ecology have not been explored as frequently. Reducing production waste (industrial symbiosis) in addition to end-of-life product waste (closed loop supply chains), optimising raw material use and extending the life of used resources (circular economy), investigating the interactions between biosphere and technosphere (industrial ecology), and seeking solutions to industrial problems from nature (biomimicry) are all possible paths for reaching a zero-waste economy. These systemic solutions have a considerable impact on the supply chains at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels, which need to be explored to identify efficient and effective solutions.  相似文献

Among the non-canonical structures of B-DNA, the G-quadruplex is of particular interest because of its well-defined conformation, high stability, and versatility. Herein we report our studies on the development of an amide-linked minimal diguanosinyl motif that forms a G-quadruplex-like structure in solution in the presence of potassium cations; various linear guanosine amino acid dimers were synthesized with linkers of different chain lengths to investigate the optimum flexibility required to form such structures.  相似文献

In this article the results concerned influence of processing conditions of the wire electrical discharge machining and vibro‐abrasive machining on the surface layer and morphology of samples made of hard machinable materials used in aircraft industry like: Titanium 5553 β, Inconel 617, Hastelloy X and Magnesium AZ31 have been presented. For this purpose the cubic and cylindrical samples made of hard machinable alloys have been prepared using optimal electric parameters of wire‐cut electrical discharge machining and finally they have been polished using circular vibratory finishing technology and different ceramic shaped stones.  相似文献

An asymmetric‐metasurface based wideband circularly polarized (CP) microstrip antenna using a coaxial probe is proposed for L‐band applications. The antenna involves a stacked asymmetric‐metasurface, a radiating rectangular‐patch and a coaxial feed. An asymmetric‐metasurface is designed using rectangular unit cells and smaller size unit cells along one of the diagonal lines. The asymmetric‐metasurface is placed above a radiating rectangular‐patch with support of foam layer to achieve a wideband CP radiation. The measured performance of the prototype antenna achieves an impedance bandwidth (?10 dB return loss bandwidth) of 15.7% (1.58‐1.85 GHz) with CP bandwidth (3‐dB axial ratio) of 13% (1.58‐1.80 GHz) and gain of ≥9 dBic.  相似文献
