大埋深破碎顶板沿空留巷技术研究

为解决矿井大埋深工作面接续及安全生产问题,结合现场地质条件,采用了沿空留巷工艺优化实施方案,提出了关键技术工艺及要求,形成了一套完整的留巷技术方案,缓解了接续,保证了安全生产。     

Anodic corrosion of heteroatom doped graphene oxide supports and its influence on the electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction

Transition metal-based electrocatalysts supported on carbon substrates face the challenges of anodic corrosion of carbon during oxygen evolution reaction at high oxidation potential. The role of electrophilic functional groups (carbonyl, pyridinic, thiol, etc.) incorporated in graphene oxide has been studied towards the anodic corrosion resistance. Heteroatom functionalized carbon supports possess modified electronic properties, surface oxygen content, and hydrophilicity, which are crucial in governing electrochemical corrosion in the alkaline oxidative environment. Evidently, electron-withdrawing groups in NGO support (pyridinic, cyano, nitro, etc) and its lower oxygen content impart maximum corrosion resistance and anodic stability in comparison to the other sulfur-doped and co-doped graphene oxide support. In this report, we establish the baseline evaluation of carbon-supported OER electrocatalysts by a systematic analysis of activity and substrate corrosion resistance. The result of this study establishes the role of surface composition of the doped supports while for designing a stable, corrosion-resistant OER electrocatalyst.

本文简介多功能液压支架拖运车的电控系统,包括电控箱的设计和主要电气元件的性能和选择依据。此电控系统能够一般电控系统的各种功能和保护,而且能够通过摄像头做到操作盲区和使用遥控器进行远程控制,从而提高液压支架的拖运效率、降低劳动强度和提高安全保障。     

“三软”煤层沿空掘巷围岩力学环境及支护体承载性能分析

为应对"三软"煤层综放沿空掘巷围岩稳定性差的问题,通过数值模拟分析、揭示"三软"煤层中锚杆、锚索载荷变化规律及其与围岩变形相互作用关系,为"三软"煤层沿空掘巷锚网支护参数优化提供理论依据,改善了巷道支护状况,降低相邻工作面间保护煤柱压煤率,提高矿井经济效益和社会效益。     

基于FLAC3D的破碎围岩巷道支护效果分析

为了解破碎围岩分别采用锚杆支护、锚喷支护以及锚喷+锚索耦合三种支护方式下的支护效果,进而为破碎围岩巷道选择合理的支护方式提供参考。通过借助FLAC^3D软件建立数值模型,分析不同支护条件下的破碎围岩巷道位移量、应力分布以及塑性区的时空演化特征。结果表明,采用锚喷+锚索耦合支护时,可以较好的控制巷道围岩的位移量、减小应力集中效应、缩小塑性区的影响范围。     

基于BIM超高层密集布筋区埋入式型钢混凝土柱脚施工技术

以漳州市某超高层项目为例,针对超高层密集布筋区埋入式型钢柱脚与钢筋的深化设计、地脚螺栓的定位预埋、型钢柱脚支撑体系设计、节点钢筋穿插连接施工、埋入式型钢柱脚安装等方面,提出切实可行的施工方法,解决了埋入式型钢混凝土柱脚的地脚螺栓精准预埋、与底板密集钢筋穿插连接施工、悬空支撑稳定等一系列施工技术难题,既满足了设计方案的要求,又可为类似工程提供借鉴。     

Sugar-Pucker Force-Induced Transition in Single-Stranded DNA

The accurate knowledge of the elastic properties of single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) is key to characterize the thermodynamics of molecular reactions that are studied by force spectroscopy methods where DNA is mechanically unfolded. Examples range from DNA hybridization, DNA ligand binding, DNA unwinding by helicases, etc. To date, ssDNA elasticity has been studied with different methods in molecules of varying sequence and contour length. A dispersion of results has been reported and the value of the persistence length has been found to be larger for shorter ssDNA molecules. We carried out pulling experiments with optical tweezers to characterize the elastic response of ssDNA over three orders of magnitude in length (60–14 k bases). By fitting the force-extension curves (FECs) to the Worm-Like Chain model we confirmed the above trend:the persistence length nearly doubles for the shortest molecule (60 b) with respect to the longest one (14 kb). We demonstrate that the observed trend is due to the different force regimes fitted for long and short molecules, which translates into two distinct elastic regimes at low and high forces. We interpret this behavior in terms of a force-induced sugar pucker conformational transition (C3′-endo to C2′-endo) upon pulling ssDNA.     

梁结构振动支承约束反力控制

支承或连接构件对梁结构的动力学性能有至关重要影响,必须保证其在振动过程中不发生破坏或者失效。通过合理设计和布局附加弹性支承可以实现对这些重要连接构件所承受约束反力的控制。应用微分变换法推导含附加支承的梁结构支承约束反力及其对于附加支承位置和刚度的灵敏度表达式,并通过优化设计附加支承位置和刚度实现具有弹性约束端的简支梁结构各支承约束反力的平衡,可提高结构的动力学性能。     

承插型盘扣式支撑架在地铁车辆段工程中的应用

盘扣式支撑架具有承载力强、方便安全、结实耐用等优点,被广泛应用于地铁施工。本文以广州市轨道交通十八号线万顷沙车辆段为例,对承插型盘扣式支撑架在地铁车辆段工程中的具体应用进行了详细说明,以期为同类工程提供参考。     

高应力软岩巷道锚注一体化联合支护技术应用

介绍了国家专利注锚剂、中空注浆锚索等产品,以国家能源麦朵山煤矿11采区2煤辅助运输巷为研究对象,采用数值模拟、理论分析、现场测试及井下试验相结合的综合研究方法,对11采区2煤辅助运输巷采用锚注一体联合支护技术,来实现对岩体裂隙注浆,使浆料与岩体结为一体,在围岩与支护体共同作用过程中,实现强岩增荷的作用,维护巷道的稳定性,实现工作面的安全生产。
