在全国天然气管道“主干互联、区域成网”(以下简称“互联互通”)基础格局逐渐形成的背景下,天然气管网规模日益扩大、管道分支和气源增加,并且分布不集中、输送方向可变,使得输气方案更加灵活,可以更好地解决某些地域的供气紧张问题;但受现有站场和设备的限制,暂不能满足某些多线组合极限工况,使得“互联互通”的初衷难以全部实现。为了使得现有的各输气干线在实现“互联互通”之后可以满足更多的多线组合工况,在分析“互联互通”背景下M管网工况变化的基础上,研发了可以进行水力仿真和压气站方案制订的计算软件,并对3种极限工况下的不同输气量情况进行了可行性试算,进而基于试算结果提出了相应的管网改进建议。研究结果表明:(1)经验证,软件计算误差满足要求;(2)在M管道某处增设压气站或在某些输气站场配置压缩机组;(3) M管网改进调整后,可以完成大部分的多线组合极限工况,真正实现“互联互通”的输气方案。结论认为,该研究成果有助于推进全国天然气管网早日实现“互联互通”。  相似文献

A data-driven and application-oriented diagnosis tool is developed for Fuel Cell (FC) air supply subsystems. A bench emulating a FC air line is built to study normal and abnormal operations (clogged inlet, air leakage, error in compressor speed control) and data are collected using the air pressure transducer, which is usually implemented in FC generators. A pattern recognition approach is then applied to statistical features extracted from the pressure signal. The performance of the diagnosis strategy is evaluated from confusion matrices, associated to graphs and performance indicators. Two examples of compressors, air subsystem managements, and data records are considered to examine the method portability. Best classification rates (>95%) are obtained on test profiles, when the pressure regulation is disabled; fault stamps can thus be found in the pressure signal morphology. Regarding the frequency of data logging, both 1 kHz and 100 Hz values are found effective for fault isolations.  相似文献

Operational rules and control strategies of the chemically recuperated gas turbine (CRGT) in the marine propulsion are investigated in this paper. The Minimization of Gibbs free energy method is used to calculate the diesel-steam reforming reaction which products synthetic hydrogen rich fuels, and a universal model of the chemical regenerator which is easily applied to different application environments is created. The hydrogen production and hydrogen molar fraction are investigated to verify that the CRGT improve the combustion performances under low working conditions. Off-design calculations are performed to derive proper operational rules, and transient calculations are performed to investigate the best control strategies for the systems. The modelling approach of the chemical regenerator can be generally used in the chemically recuperated gas turbine. The elaborate operational rules can greatly improve the thermal efficiencies under every working condition. The system using synchronous control strategies have better regulation speed and operation stability than that using asynchronous control strategies.  相似文献

In this work, the fullerene C60 nano-oil is proposed as a promising lubricant to enhance the performance of domestic refrigerator compressors. The stability of fullerene C60 nanoparticles dispersed in a mineral oil and the lubrication properties of the nano-oil were investigated experimentally. It was confirmed that the nanoparticles steadily suspend in the mineral oil at stationary conditions for a long period of time. The friction coefficients of the nano-oil significantly decrease with increasing the concentration of nanoparticles in the mineral oil, especially at the lower applied loads. The friction coefficients of the nano-oil with the concentration of 1–3 g L−1 are 12.9–19.6% lower than that of pure mineral oil. The applications of the nano-oil with the specific concentration of 3 g L−1 to two domestic refrigerator compressors were examined by compressor calorimeter experiments. The results shows the COPs of two compressors were improved by 5.6% and 5.3%, respectively, when the nano-oil was used instead of pure mineral oil.  相似文献

Hydrocarbons are today considered as promising alternatives to hydrofluorocarbons thanks to their low environmental impact and their easy implementation. However, some precautions have to be taken to thwart their flammability. European regulations impose to take stringent measures regarding components and to install heat pumps in unoccupied spaces. Nevertheless manufacturers keep working on components for hydrocarbons. In the frame of a research project on heat pumps for simultaneous heating and cooling, an R407C prototype working with a scroll compressor was built and tested. A near-industrial prototype is today being designed for propane with the help of recent modelling techniques. After having detailed the main issues regarding hydrocarbons as refrigerants, this article reviews scroll compressor modelling studies and presents the development of a thermodynamically realistic scroll compressor model. It was first developed for R407C and then adapted to thermodynamic properties of hydrocarbons and to other sizes of compressors.  相似文献

An effect of the swirling flow on the combustion performance is studied by the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) in a micro-gas turbine with a centrifugal compressor, dump diffuser and forward-flow combustor. The distributions of air mass and the Temperature Pattern Factor(as: Overall Temperature Distribution Factor-OTDF) in outlet are investigated with two different swirling angles of compressed air as 0° and 15° in three combustors. The results show that the influences of swirling flow on the air distribution and OTDF cannot be neglected. Compared with no-swirling flow, the air through outer liner is more, and the air through the inner liner is less, and the pressure loss is bigger under the swirling condition in the same combustor. The Temperature Pattern Factor changes under the different swirling conditions.  相似文献

The characteristics of a rotating stall of an impeller and diffuser and the evolution of a vortex generated at the diffuser leading-edge (i.e., the leading-edge vortex (LEV)) in a centrifugal compressor were investigated by experiments and numerical analysis. The results of the experiments revealed that both the impeller and diffuser rotating stalls occurred at 55 and 25 Hz during off-design flow operation. For both, stall cells existed only on the shroud side of the flow passages, which is very close to the source location of the LEV. According to the CFD results, the LEV is made up of multiple vortices. The LEV is a combination of a separated vortex near the leading- edge and a longitudinal vortex generated by the extended tip-leakage flow from the impeller. Therefore, the LEV is generated by the accumulation of vorticity caused by the velocity gradient of the impeller discharge flow. In partial-flow operation, the spanwise extent and the position of the LEV origin are temporarily transmuted. The LEV develops with a drop in the velocity in the diffuser passage and forms a significant blockage within the diffuser passage. Therefore, the LEV may be regarded as being one of the causes of a diffuser stall in a centrifugal compressor.  相似文献
