In recent years, the light field (LF) as a new imaging modality has attracted wide interest. The large data volume of LF images poses great challenge to LF image coding, and the LF images captured by different devices show significant differences in angular domain. In this paper we propose a view prediction framework to handle LF image coding with various sampling density. All LF images are represented as view arrays. We first partition the views into reference view (RV) set and intermediate view (IV) set. The RVs are rearranged into a pseudo sequence and directly compressed by a video encoder. Other views are then predicted by the RVs. To exploit the four dimensional signal structure, we propose the linear approximation prior (LAP) to reveal the correlation among LF views and efficiently remove the LF data redundancy. Based on the LAP, a distortion minimization interpolation (DMI) method is used to predict IVs. To robustly handle the LF images with different sampling density, we propose an Iteratively Updating depth image based rendering (IU-DIBR) method to extend our DMI. Some auxiliary views are generated to cover the target region and then the DMI calculates reconstruction coefficients for the IVs. Different view partition patterns are also explored. The quantitative optical measurement of deep sub-wavelength features with sub-nanometer sensitivity addresses the measurement challenge in the semiconductor fabrication process. Optical scatterings from the sidewalls of patterned devices reveal abundant structural and material information. We demonstrated a parametric indirect microscopic imaging (PIMI) technique that enables recovery of the profile of wavelength-scale objects with deep sub-wavelength resolution, based on measuring and filtering the variations of far-field scattering intensities when the illumination was modulated. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) numerical simulation was performed, and the experimental results were compared with atomic force microscopic (AFM) images to verify the resolution improvement achieved with PIMI. This work may provide a new approach to exploring the detailed structure and material properties of sidewalls and edges in semiconductor-patterned devices with enhanced contrast and resolution, compared with using the conventional optical microscopy, while retaining its advantage of a wide field of view and relatively low cost. 相似文献

Previous studies reported coastal trapped waves (CTWs) in the Caspian Sea (CS). This study deals with the generation mechanisms, the temporal and spatial variability of CTWs in this area, and their transformations during propagation from the origin to the destination using recent measurements and high-resolution numerical simulations. CTWs are observed at all stations with periods of 2–6 days after northerly storms. The Absheron Peninsula, old Sefidrud delta, and Nur coasts were identified as the CTWs prone regions. The generation of CTWs in these locations was confirmed using numerical experiments. The propagation away from the generating location of CTWs was analyzed using a representative real wind storm. In the west part of the CS, the generation mechanism of CTWs is mainly similar to the barotropic Kelvin waves; in contrast, it is similar to the continental shelf waves in the southern shelves. The results can be used to study the contribution of generated CTWs to the transport of sediment and biological materials in all large lakes. 相似文献

为了有效提高渐变刚度钢板弹簧式轻型卡车的乘坐舒适性,根据弹簧受力与刚度和变形之间的关系,利用等频原理,建立了渐变刚度钢板弹簧力学特性解析计算模型,并利用钢板弹簧加载-卸载试验对所建立的模型的正确性进行了验证。基于1/2车辆行驶振动模型,利用MATLAB的Simulink工具箱,建立了考虑渐变刚度钢板弹簧力学特性的轻卡行驶振动仿真分析模型。最后,以人体振动舒适性最佳为目标,利用多岛遗传算法,建立了轻卡悬架系统阻尼参数仿真设计方法,并利用实车试验对所建立的轻卡悬架系统阻尼参数仿真设计方法的正确性进行了验证。上述研究为渐变刚度钢板弹簧式轻卡悬架系统参数的设计提供了有效参考。 相似文献

Over the last few years, the global biosurfactant market has raised due to the increasing awareness among consumers, for the use of biological or bio-based products. Because of their composition, it can be speculated that these are more biocompatible and more biodegradable than their chemical homologous. However, at the moment, no studies exist in the literature about the biodegradability of biosurfactants. In this work, a biosurfactant contained in a crude extract, obtained from a corn wet-milling industry stream that ferments spontaneously in the presence of lactic acid bacteria, was subjected to a biodegradation study, without addition of external microbial biomass, under different conditions of temperature (5–45 °C), biodegradation time (15–55 days), and pH (5–7). For that, a Box–Behnken factorial design was applied, which allowed to predict the percentage of biodegradation for the biosurfactant contained in the crude extract, between the range of the independent variables selected in the study, obtaining biodegradation values between 3 and 80%. The percentage of biodegradation for the biosurfactant was calculated based on the increase in the surface tension of samples of the crude extract. Furthermore, it was also possible to predict the variation in t1/2 for the biosurfactant (time to achieve the 50% of biodegradation) under different conditions. 相似文献

In order to improve LWR source term under severe accident conditions, the first version of a fission product chemistry database named ‘ECUME’ was developed. The ECUME is intended to include several datasets of major chemical reactions and their effective kinetic constants for representative severe accident sequences. It is expected that the ECUME can serve as a fundamental basis from which fission product chemical models can be elaborated for use in the severe accident analysis codes. The implemented chemical reactions in the first version were those for representative gas species in Cs-I-B-Mo-O-H system from 300 to 3000 K. The chemical reaction kinetic constants were evaluated from either literature data or calculated values using ab-initio calculations. The sample chemical reaction calculation using the presently constructed dataset showed meaningful kinetics effects at 1000 K. Comparison of the chemical equilibrium compositions by using the dataset with those by chemical equilibrium calculations has shown rather good consistency for the representative Cs-I-B-Mo-O-H species. From these results, it was concluded that the present dataset should be useful to evaluate fission product chemistry in Cs-I-B-Mo-O-H system under LWR severe accident conditions, where kinetics effects should be considered. 相似文献

Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) films were prepared, at room temperature, on a fluorphlogopite substrate using magnetron sputtering technology. At various temperatures of 500 °C, 600 °C, 700 °C, 800 °C, and 900 °C, the samples were (had) annealed for 2 h (a 2-h duration). The results showed improvement in the crystalline performance of ITO film at selected annealing temperatures, with a significant reduction in resistivity at 800 °C. The lowest resistivity is 4.08 × 10?4 Ω-cm, which is nearly an order of magnitude lower than the unannealed sample. All samples have an average light transmittance above 85% in the visible light range (400–800 nm), and with increasing annealing temperature, the average light transmittance tends to decrease. Besides, at the sensitive wavelength of 550 nm, the light transmittance is as high as 93.74%. The sheet resistance testing of the sample was through the number of bending times, which revealed that with the increase of the number of bending, the sheet resistance increases. However, after 1200 bending times, the change rate of the sheet resistance remains below 5%. Thus, the ITO film prepared on the flexible fluorphlogopite substrate revealed excellent optical and electrical properties, good flexibility, and improved stability after high-temperature annealing, which guarantees successful application in flexible electronic devices. 相似文献

An accurate prediction of the hydrogen behaviors in the accident and management process is a crucial topic for both the hydrogen safety assessment and safety analysis in the confined enclosure like the containment of the nuclear power plant (NPP). Hence, the hydrogen behaviors including the transient light gas release, stratification and dissolution in the TH22 test facility for the NPP containment are analyzed and compared using the 3-D CFD code GASFLOW-MPI in this study. In this paper, the light gas helium is adopted as a substitute for the hydrogen in the calculations in accordance with the experiment. Firstly, the detached eddy simulation (DES) turbulence model, 3-D numerical model and experiment setup are introduced. Then, the hydrogen behaviors with the GASFLOW-MPI including the light gas release, stratification and dissolution are analyzed and validated with the experiment data. In addition, the velocity profiles, light gas concentrations, dimensionless numbers and temperature distributions are evaluated for the characteristics of the hydrogen behaviors. The results indicate that the calculation results agree well with the experiment data. Foremostly, the relative errors between the calculation results and experiment data during the phase of the dissolution of the light gas cloud are within 11.9%. Meanwhile, the relative errors of the time for the complete dissolution during the phase of the dissolution of the light gas cloud are within 5.0%. For the light gas release and stratification phase, the jet flow dominates as the Froude (Fr) number exceeds 10 during the time t = 600 s–800 s. Additionally, the time averaged centerline velocity and light gas concentration after the potential core region decay with a slop of 1/z which coincide with the theoretical jet limit. Lastly, the light gas concentrations and temperature distributions in all three phases are captured clearly with the GAFLOW-MPI. It demonstrates that the GASFLOW-MPI can accurately described the details of the related hydrogen behaviors in the accident and management process in the confined enclosure like the NPP. To improve the versatility of light cycle oil (LCO), separation of aromatic compounds from LCO by solvent extraction was investigated. LCO was analyzed to identify 35 components: 19 aromatics and 16 alkanes. The batch liquid–liquid equilibrium extraction of LCO was performed using furfural, sulfolane, and methanol as extraction solvents. In each solvent, the aromatics present in LCO were selectively extracted relative to the alkanes. The separation selectivities of aromatics relative to alkanes were larger in sulfolane than in the other solvents. Among the aromatic components, di- and tricyclic compounds were selectively extracted relative to the monocyclic ones. 相似文献

The objective of the present study was to determine the composition of fatty acids in the whole grain, hulls, bran and the light flour of common (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) and Tartary (Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn) buckwheat harvested in two consecutive years. Fatty acid composition for different milling fractions was determined as methyl esters using gas chromatography. Nine fatty acids were determined: lauric (12:0), myristic (14:0), palmitic (16:0), palmitoleic (16:1), stearic (18:0), oleic (C18:1; n-9), linoleic (C18:2; n-6), α-linolenic (C18:3; n-3) and arachidic (20:0) acid. The highest relative content was determined for linoleic acid (from 35.54 to 47.57%), followed by oleic acid (from 20.96 to 40.76%) and palmitic acid (from 13.86 to 26.42%). The total fatty acid content was the highest in bran (up to 62.64 g/kg), followed by whole grains (up to 22.93 g/kg), light flour (up to 9.69 g/kg) and hulls (up to 5.87 g/kg). Saturated fatty acid content was the highest in the hulls and the lowest in the bran. Polyunsaturated fatty acid content was the highest in light flour. High positive correlations were found between saturated fatty acids with 18 carbon atoms or less. 相似文献
