“黄金分割法”在爆破工程中的应用探讨

"黄金分割法"是一种古老的数学方法,它无处不在并造就了事物的和谐美,多年来经常被应用到艺术、摄影、绘画、设计等多个领域,而且得到了意想不到的效果。根据多年的爆破工程实践,将"黄金分割法"与工程爆破实例相结合,应用到露天爆破、高耸建(构)筑物爆破拆除等工程中,取得了很好的爆破效果。     

南水北调中线总干渠藻类的生态调度

南水北调中线总干渠无在线调蓄水库,对藻类生态调度过程中出现的问题开展生态调度实现策略和实施方式研究。主要实现策略包括:划定自身的调蓄区,隔离生态调度对下游的影响;采用高效的渠池运行方式,减少生态调度时蓄量的反复调整;综合考虑安全、快速、平稳等需求,设定生态调度实施进程和方式。具体实施方式包括:将总干渠划分为流速调控区、调蓄区和正常运行区,分别实施等体积、控制蓄量和闸前常水位方式运行;将生态调度过程划分为充水阶段和泄水阶段,基于流速调控目标值、持续时长和水位降幅约束条件,确定各阶段时长和各分区的闸门群调控方案等。基于2018年3月输水工况,采用明渠一维非恒定流模型,仿真总干渠上游15个渠池的藻类生态调度过程。结果表明,生态调度可在3.5 d内完成,各渠池的平均流速由0.48 m/s增至0.93 m/s,持续时间超过2 h。在整个生态调度过程中,水位变化平稳,水位变幅符合安全阈值要求,下游渠道的正常运行未受生态调度明显影响。     

论三峡水库“蓄清排浑”运用方式及其优化

泥沙问题是三峡工程的关键技术问题之一,在三峡工程论证和初步设计阶段提出水库采取"蓄清排浑"的运用方式,可以解决泥沙问题。2003年水库蓄水运用以来的实践表明,水库基本遵循了"蓄清排浑"调度运用原则,并根据上游来水来沙减少等新情况对水库运用方式进行了优化调整。本文系统分析了三峡水库"蓄清排浑"运行方式及其优化调整的利弊,包括提前5年实施175 m试验性蓄水、汛期水位动态变化、汛末提前蓄水等对水库淤积和坝下游河道演变的影响,提出了进一步优化水库调度方式,形成"蓄清排浑"运用的新模式,保持水库长期使用的建议,试图为三峡水库科学高效安全运用提供科技支撑。     

A grounded theory examination of project managers' accountability

26 interviews were conducted with a snowball sample of project managers to explore how project managers were influenced by accountability arrangements and how they responded to accountability demands. Using a grounded theory approach to code the interview data, this study revealed that project managers develop new skills to respond to accountability demands. These effects are facilitated by the interaction of resource-based mechanisms and reflexivity that interact with the contextual factors of the project. The study broadens the understanding of accountability in project management and suggests a model for further empirical examination.

随着BIM技术的进步,建筑行业越来越重视BIM技术的应用,并在应用过程中取得一定的成效。本文从工程造价决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工五个阶段阐述BIM技术在建筑工程造价中的应用对策。     

Effects of risks on the performance of business process outsourcing projects: The moderating roles of knowledge management capabilities

Although business process outsourcing (BPO) can reduce cost and enhance the competitiveness of firms, the implementation of BPO projects is unsatisfactory. By integrating knowledge management capability theory and risk-based view, we develop a model of how different types of BPO risks affect project satisfaction and how knowledge management capability changes the influences of BPO risks. A survey of 121 BPO projects was conducted among BPO client department manager and project manager through a pairwise design. Empirical evidence reveals that social system, technical system, and project management risks negatively affect BPO project satisfaction. However, cultural, technological, and structural levels of knowledge management capabilities weaken the negative risk effects of social system, technical system, and project management, respectively. Different types of risks and knowledge management capabilities should be matched to achieve effective risk management.     

Owner’s Risk Allocation and Contractor’s Role Behavior in a Project: A Parallel-mediation Model

Risk allocation decisions are of critical importance in project management. The present study proposes an explanation for how risk allocation in a contract motivates a contractor to cooperate with a project owner. Theories of risk allocation and trust were used to motivate the research. Using a survey methodology, we collected data concerning 124 construction projects in China. We found that risk allocation influenced the contractor’s role behavior through the contractor’s feeling of being trusted but not the contractor’s trust in the owner. Feeling of being trusted partially mediated the effect of risk allocation on the contractor’s in-role (i.e., contractual) behavior and fully mediated the effect on extra-role behavior. The study introduces a social and psychological view of the impacts of risk allocation to the project and engineering management literature. We contribute to theory by arguing and demonstrating the mediating effect of trust on the relationship between risk allocation and contractor behavior. From a practical standpoint, we conclude that contractual risk allocation has a significant impact on building a trusting relationship between owners and contractors and that contractors who feel trusted perform both contractually mandated actions and actions external to the contract more diligently, resulting in the likelihood of improved outcomes for both parties.     

有色金属矿山工程技术项目尾款催收管理研究

依托实践经验和教训，从业务角度分析研究有色金属矿山工程技术项目尾款拖欠的形成机理和催收要点，全寿命周期探讨该类经营管理问题的解决途径，结合业务、财务、法务专业知识，提出一系列有深度可借鉴的见解及措施,如：1）催收工作要注意客户性质、客户经营情况、客户人员变化、项目完成瑕疵、乙方管理特征等具体情况采用不同的催收沟通办法；2）建议利用奖惩激励、诉前保全、信用保险、商业保理等工具达到催收或出表目的；3）提醒进行财产损失处理来结束确认不能回收项目的内部管理流程；4）提议利用履约担保、质量担保、客户分级管理等措施来控制回款风险。     

Emerging strategy recognition in agile portfolios

Agile practices become increasingly popular for projects and project portfolios offering firms a higher flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments. This study investigates the antecedents and consequences of agile practices' relevance for strategy formulation in project portfolio management processes. Building on complex adaptive systems theory, we hypothesize a positive relationship between agile capabilities and emerging strategy initiatives and eventually portfolio success. Agile capabilities refer to both the project portfolio organization's intensity of and competence in applying agile practices. Using a sample of 135 portfolios and multiple informants for each portfolio, the results support entrepreneurial orientation and voice behavior as antecedents for agile capabilities. Furthermore, the findings support an agile portfolio's positive relationship with emergence recognition and overall portfolio success. The findings contribute to the literature by identifying two significant antecedents of agile capabilities as well as empirically demonstrating the positive relationship between agile portfolios and emerging strategy recognition. For practitioners, the study encourages the application of agile practices by stressing the general positive influence of agile capabilities and underlines entrepreneurial orientation and voice behavior as important methods of empowerment for agile portfolio processes.
