针对输煤暗道的生产工艺现状,提出了采用通风与密闭抽尘净化技术,结合转载落料点密闭干雾降尘等技术措施,实现了输煤暗道内粉尘的的综合治理,通过粉尘浓度在线监测系统进行智能化控制,实现对输煤暗道通风除尘系统的远程连续监测监控,输煤暗道转载点下风侧5 m作业人员通行的位置总粉尘浓度由380.8 mg/m3降至19.8 mg/m3,降尘效率达94.8%,呼吸性粉尘浓度从96.7 mg/m3降至8.4 mg/m3,降尘效率达91.3%,降尘效果较好,有效地解决了输煤暗道及其转载落料点的粉尘污染问题,为输煤暗道内的粉尘防治提供参考依据。 相似文献

ABSTRACT Design and implementation of an effective dissemination programme for decentralised renewable energy system necessitate an accurate estimate of its utilisation potential. Hence, in this study, an attempt has been made to develop frameworks to estimate the utilisation potential of decentralised renewable energy systems in the state of Uttarakhand in India. Estimations imply large resource, technical and economic potentials of the domestic solar water heater, solar home system, solar lantern, family size biogas plant and improved biomass cookstove in Uttarakhand. Although 5-axis free form surface machining is commonly proposed in CAD/CAM software, several issues still need to be addressed and especially collision avoidance between the tool and the part. Indeed, advanced user skills are often required to define smooth tool axis orientations along the tool path in high speed machining. In the literature, the problem of collision avoidance is mainly treated as an iterative process based on local and global collision tests with a geometrical method. In this paper, an innovative method based on physical modeling is used to generate 5-axis collision-free smooth tool paths. In the proposed approach, the ball-end tool is considered as a rigid body moving in the 3D space on which repulsive forces, deriving from a scalar potential field attached to the check surfaces, and attractive forces are acting. A study of the check surface tessellation is carried out to ensure smooth variations of the tool axis orientation. Construction of transition metal selenides with high electrocatalytic performance is of significant importance, but it is still a challenge to develop the corresponding counter electrodes (CEs) by an electrodeposition technique. In the present work, nickel cobalt selenide (NixCoySe) films are prepared in situ on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) glasses through a potential reversal electrodeposition technique. The morphology and electronic structure of NixCoySe films can be tuned by controlling the Ni/Co molar ratio in electroplating solution. Specially, NixCoySe-6 film (the Ni/Co molar ratio of 1:1) with the optimized interaction between the Ni and Co elements displays numerous particles composed of sheets attached with nanocrystals, resulting in the more electrocatalytic active sites. Benefiting from the unique morphology and optimized synergistic effect, NixCoySe-6 CE exhibits superior electrocatalytic activity for the triiodide reduction. Then, the dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) fabricated by NixCoySe-6 CE has demonstrated a power conversion efficiency (PCE) over 7.40%, which is higher than that of platinum (Pt)-based device (6.32%). Furthermore, NixCoySe-6 array CE is also prepared by using polystyrene array as template. The PCE of the DSC with NixCoySe-6 array CE reaches its maximum value of 7.64% and 20.9% larger than that of Pt-based device. 相似文献

The trigger action response plans(TARPs) are inherent to managing the multiple hazards such as: high gas content with multiple coal seams, high spontaneous combustion(sponcom) propensity, heat and ventilation. TARPs aim to provide assurance and guidance when the situation deviates from the original plan or there is a change conditions that could be hazardous. Over the years, learnings from various incidents has continuously required the coal operations to re-visit the TARP trigger values that were based on historic data or based on guidance values from the industry. In most cases, the background to the basis of TARP statistical data, viz., average, maximum, hourly, daily for the monitoring or sampling location is also unknown. Introduction of real-time monitoring devices to monitor the gases and airflows has provided greater understanding of the hazard scenarios and their controls. This paper analyses the carbon monoxide data from operating longwall mines and compares these with the historic trigger values to understand the changes and determine improvement opportunities while setting trigger levels in the TARPs.As an example of setting trigger values, those used in during the sealing of a panel are explored in terms of setting values based upon the sampling location and the level of risk.
