采用裂解色谱(PY-GC-MS)、电子顺磁共振波谱(EPR)和红外光谱(FTIR)等技术手段,分析了Estonia油页岩中干酪根及其热解产物的结构特性,研究了不同温度下中间产物与最终产物的关联性。结果显示:油页岩热解符合干酪根热解为中间产物热沥青,热沥青再热解为页岩油、干馏气和半焦等产物反应路径,中间产物热沥青的生成趋势反映了终产物的生成速率变化;H2、CH4和C2~C5组分主要来自热沥青中脂肪烃的芳构化、芳香族化合物烷基侧链的断裂及含氧化合物的缩聚等,干酪根热解产生的烷烃和烯烃类化合物是产油气的主要组分。干酪根和页岩油的自由基自旋浓度明显低于热沥青和半焦;半焦g值最大,干酪根次之,热沥青和页岩油的g值偏低。 相似文献

筛选出适合制备硬质道路石油沥青关键组分的减压渣油,并以此为原料,考察了蒸馏深拔、深度氧化及溶剂脱沥青工艺制备的硬质道路沥青关键组分的性能。所制备的关键组分能够大幅提升基质沥青的高温性能,且通用性好;将关键组分与基质沥青按适合比例调合可以稳定生产高温性能好的硬质道路石油沥青,其混合料耐高温性能好。同时,为便于硬质沥青关键组分的使用,还开发了关键组分的造粒成型技术,提出其适于成型造粒的黏度范围为0.6~6 Pa?S。采用关键组分生产的硬质道路沥青用于高速公路实体工程,经过2年以上的气候和通车考验,沥青路面无车辙、无开裂,保持优良的使用性能。 相似文献

Calculation of interfacial tension during bitumen production is a crucial issue in heavy crude oil history. Upon variation in pressure, temperature and phases composition, interfacial tension between bitumen and water change. In this work a sophisticated method called subtractive clustering was utilized to predict dynamic interfacial tension between bitumen and water. The subtractive clustering method is composed of optimized fuzzy logic algorithm. A data bank which is collected from open-source literature, is used to create a reliable model. Then the prediction accuracy of the measured dynamic interfacial tension using subtractive clustering have been examined. Results state that the comparison of measured interfacial tension and predicted interfacial tension indicate acceptable accuracy of proposed model. A novel intumescent (carbonization, acid donor and foaming) fire retardant that mimics carbon nanotubes was introduced into bitumen roofing and characterized using cone calorimetry as the main analytical tool. The experimental results indicate that 18% (by mass) attapulgite mineral (ATTP) mixed with base bitumen decreased the peak heat release rate per unit area (pHRRPUA) by 10%. Further, incorporation of melamine coated ammonium polyphosphate (MAPP) decreased the pHRRPUA by 52% and a mixture of these (3:1, ATTP:MAPP) decreased the pHRRPUA by 25% as compared to adding CaCO3 as a filler. The residual mass loss after the cone test was also improved with up to 3%. The indication of a positive synergistic flame retardant effect of the ATTP-MAPP mixture is supported by thermogravimetric analysis. The addition of this rod-like mineral improved the general fire retardant properties of the base bitumen and increased the viscosity. Therefore, the polymer-modified bitumen with both fire retardant and rheological properties (providing mechanical strength) is a promising novel approach in the design of bitumen roofing membranes. 相似文献

New copolymers of dioctyl fumarate (DOF) and styrene (S) were synthetized by radical polymerization and used to modify bitumen. The poly(dioctyl fumarate-co-styrene) copolymers, PFS, were characterized by 1H-NMR and FTIR spectroscopies and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) in order to determine their monomer composition and weight average molecular weights, respectively. The polymer-bitumen blending conditions were optimized and the samples analyzed by different methodologies. Fluorescence microscopy, rotational viscosity and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to study the morphological changes of blends during their manufacturing and the rheological and thermal behavior, respectively. All modified bitumen (MB) exhibited higher viscosity than the based bitumen (BB) under studied conditions and this effect was more evident for the MB containing the higher molecular weight polymer. The addition of polymers to BB enhances the bitumen viscosity and thus increased the energy required for the flowing (activation energy calculated by Arrhenius equation). Thermal and morphological analysis showed that all MB exhibited good polymer- bitumen compatibility, which could be consider as a good starting point for a potential applications of this new material in road engineering. 相似文献

This paper reported a method for determining the correlation of the physical properties and the chemical composition of bitumen. The double-log model of dynamic shear modulus with temperature was performed for linearization treatment to obtained the constants, which were served as the independent variables using in partial least-squares(PLS) regression. In addition, infrared spectra were processed by data pretreatment methods and served as dependent variables in PLS. The regression vector b of PLS made possible the observation of the spectral regions contributing in the modeling, which provided a basis for research of the correlation between physical properties and chemical composition of bitumen. 相似文献

Recently the studies expressed that the noticeable number of oil reservoirs in all over the world are heavy oil and bitumen reservoirs. So the importance of enhancement of oil recovery (EOR) processes for heavy oil and bitumen reservoirs is highlighted. The Dilution of the reservoir fluid by solvents such as tetradecane is one of well-known methods for these types of reservoirs which effects oil recovery by decreasing viscosity. In the present study, Fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm was coupled with Adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to predict viscosity of bitumen and tetradecane in terms of temperature, pressure and weight percent of tetradecane. The coefficients of determination for training and testing steps were calculated such as 0.9914 and 0.9613. The comparison of results and experimental data expressed that FCM-ANFIS algorithm has great potential for estimation of viscosity of bitumen and tetradecane. 相似文献

To investigate the effect of the raw material composition on the nano-adhesive characteristics of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) copolymer-modified bitumen, force-distance curves were obtained to examine the nano-adhesive forces of SBS-modified bitumen samples prepared using different virgin bitumen types, SBS modifiers, an extraction oil, and a stabilizer using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The influence of the composition of the raw materials, such as the virgin bitumen, SBS modifier, extracting oil, and stabilizing agent contents, on the cohesive characteristics were discussed for SBS-modified bitumen. The results show that force-distance curves obtained using AFM can be used to gain insight into nano-adhesive forces of SBS-modified bitumen samples. The force-spectrum technique using AFM can be used to obtain the nano-adhesive forces of the SBS-modified bitumen samples. Neat bitumen has good compatibility with a SBS modifier, which is suitable for forming SBS-modified bitumen with an increased nano-adhesive force. The nano-adhesive force of the branched-shaped SBS-modified bitumen was larger than that of linear-shaped SBS-modified bitumen. The nano-adhesive force of SBS-modified bitumen increased as the SBS modifier and stabilizer contents increased. 利用热重质谱联用仪(TG-MS)分析了三种油砂沥青(印尼油砂沥青、伊朗油砂沥青、加拿大油砂沥青)中的甲苯残留以及油砂沥青质含量对油砂沥青中甲苯残留的影响,并在此基础上,进一步研究了油砂沥青质中的甲苯残留。结果发现,不同油砂沥青中甲苯残留量存在一定差异,其中印尼油砂沥青中的甲苯残留量最多。进一步对沥青质质量分数分别为10%、19%、30%的油砂沥青样品进行热重质谱实验,发现随着油砂沥青中沥青质含量的增加,甲苯的残留量会成倍增加。以加拿大油砂沥青质为例,研究了油砂沥青质对溶剂残留的影响,发现油砂沥青质具有对甲苯分子的夹带能力,导致甲苯分子在超过自身沸点40℃以上才能从沥青质中分离出来。油砂沥青中其他组分的存在也会加剧沥青质对甲苯的夹带作用。此外,研究还发现,在350~650℃时,油砂沥青质可以热解产生甲苯,而且油砂沥青中的沥青质含量越高,热解生成的甲苯越多。 相似文献

Phase behaviour modelling of reservoir fluid is a fundamental step for reservoir simulation. Furthermore, as the complexity of the recovery process increases, the fluid model plays a more important role in the reliability of the simulation outputs. Although the in situ combustion enhanced oil recovery method (ISC) is one of the most complex recovery techniques available in the petroleum engineering literature, for most of the simulation jobs related to this elaborate process only simple and rudimentary fluid characterization layouts are considered. In this work, the principal fluid properties of Athabasca bitumen with regard to the ISC process are recognized, extracted from the literature, validated for consistency, and used for the development of an inclusive and accurate fluid model. Then the fluid model is fully developed while considering the ISC reaction kinetics so that the model has both accuracy, indispensable for phase behaviour modelling, and consistency, essential for the reactions definitions. 相似文献
