An energy dispersive micro X-ray diffractometer based on a combined system of two polycapillary X-ray lenses is designed. The polycapillary X-ray lens in the excitation channel is either a polycapillary parallel X-ray lens (PPXRL) or a slightly focusing polycapillary X-ray lens (SFPXRL). The polycapillary X-ray lens in the detection channel is a PPXRL. At 6.4 keV and 2θ = 141.5°, the total resolution of the diffractometer based on a SFPXRL in the excitation channel and a PPXRL in the detection channel in Δd/d is 4.8%. 相似文献

The distribution of anthocyanins in methanolic skin extracts of 16 grape cultivars used for port wine production and grown at five sites in the Douro Valley in Northern Portugal has been assessed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results are confined to the seven most readily separated and identified anthocyanins and are expressed as percentages of their total (88–99% of the total integrated area). Anthocyanins based on malvidin (Mv) predominated. Of these, Mv 3-glucoside was the major pigment (33–60%), being exceeded by Mv 3-p-coumarylglucoside (2–51%) in only two cultivars; Mv 3-acetylglucoside (1–15%) was consistently the lowest. Peonidin 3-glucoside (1–27%) was prominent in four cultivars, but delphinidin 3-glucoside (1–11%), petunidin 3-glucoside (2–11%) and cyanidin 3-glucoside (trace-6%) were of low proportions throughout. The ratio Mv 3-acetylglucoside/total Mv glucosides appeared characteristic of cultivar, independent of site, and a useful aid to identification of grape cultivars. The coloured pulp of some cultivars contained peonidin 3-glucoside as a major component, present in greater proportions than in the skin; the percentage of Mv 3-p-coumarylglucoside was lower in pulp than in skin. The identities of six of the seven anthocyanins were confirmed by fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry and the structures of the Mv derivatives were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance. The specific features of dynamics of the thermal explosion in systems porous reagent–active gas–solid product under conditions where the heattransfer and masstransfer regions are separated from the ambient medium are considered. In addition to the competition of heat release and heat removal, the process of initiation of exothermal chemical interaction in these systems under normal pressures depends significantly on conditions of filtration transport of the gaseous reagent. Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, a gram-negative bacterium isolated from field soil, was found to be responsible for the biotransformation of 2(3H)-benzoxazolinone (BOA) to 2,2-oxo-1,1-azobenzene (AZOB). Experiments were conducted to evaluate the transformation of BOA to AZOB by this microbe in sterile and nonsterile soil. Transformation studies with soils inoculated withA. calcoaceticus indicated that the production of AZOB increased linearly with the concentration of BOA in sterile soil and showed a quadratic trend in nonsterile soils. 激励信号频率是影响高频电容式土壤水分传感器性能的重要因素。利用去离子水和2—异丙氧基乙醇(2—isoproxyethanol)或二氧六环(dioxane)2种溶液混合,配制了一系列等效土壤体积含水率为0.9%~51.8%的待测介电溶液来替代土样。从与土壤含水率的函数关系、温度变异性2个方面,分别对激励信号频率为40,50,60,70,80,90,100 MHz的7种土壤水分传感器进行了性能测试与分析。结果表明:7种频率的传感器的输出电压均与土壤体积含水率呈线性负相关,其相关系数R2均大于0.94;激励信号频率不影响传感器输出电压的温度变异性,温差是影响温度变异性的主要因素,其最大变异率均小于4%。试验结果可为设计高频电容式土壤水分传感器时选择激励信号频率提供依据。 相似文献
