学情调查和数据驱动专业基础课教学探索

文章以“数字电子技术基础”课程为对象,设计了基于教学数据和问卷调查的教学框架。通过学生情况调查和雨课堂教学数据掌握学习状态和学习能力,针对性设计了个性化作业布置、拓展延伸、疫情线上自学跟学双通道等特色教学方式。结课问卷表明教学设计得到了良好评价和认可。     

产教融合背景下高职特色专业群“平台+模块”课程体系建设研究

In view of the problems in the construction of characteristic professional groups in higher vocational colleges, the professional group of "intelligent manufacturing" is taken as the research object, and the "platform + module" suitable for the development of the industry will be constructed according to the content of the vocational ability planning courses of the post group. The curriculum system establishes the framework of professional groups, and explores and forms a strategic study to optimize and integrate professional group resources.     

Flow visualization of Rayleigh–Bénard convection for cubical cavity

Natural convective flow of air inside the cubical cavity is investigated numerically. The temperature of the bottom wall is kept higher than that of top cold wall, and other four walls are assumed to be adiabatic. Attention has been paid to the convective discretization schemes, like upwind, QUICK, total variation diminishing, normalized variable diagram (NVD) schemes that are compared with respect to accuracy. The output is validated with respect to the results available in the literature. A parallel computing message passing interface code is adapted to run the simulations. From the results, it is observed that the NVD scheme gives better results among all the employed convective discretization schemes irrespective of the mesh structure. Thus, in this article, self filtered central differencing which is a family of NVD, is used. From the enormous output data, along with the streamlines, contours of isotherms, the new technique of energy pathlines, and field synergy are used to visualize the fluid flow and heat transfer mechanism arising in the system in the range of Ra from 10³ to 10⁶. Free energy streamlines are observed with small Ra, whereas trapped energy streamlines are observed with high Ra. When Ra increases, synergy angle increases and implies that the synergy between the velocity vector and temperature gradient gets reduced and leads to increasing values of average Nusselt number (Nu).

在“双一流”背景下,结合我校“工学并举”的办学特色,于电子技术基础专业课程中探索创新人才培养方法。根据“双一流”建设要求,更新教师和学生的观念,引导学生自主学习、主动实践、主动探索；采用“互联网+课堂”的教学模式,利用“课前(预习+问题)+课上(讲授+讨论)+课后(复习+举例)+课余(大作业+竞赛)”的互动模式；引入相关科技前沿,注重启发式教学,应用案例教学法,创设问题情境,开阔学生视野,培养学生的创新意识。通过科技竞赛等活动,促进学生的自主学习能力和实践能力,培养他们敢于尝试不怕失败的创新精神。     

新型建筑工业化与BIM 技术的协同关系分析

本文主要以新型建筑工业化与BIM技术的协同关系分析为重点阐述,结合当下建筑工业化和BIM技术两者关系、新型建筑工业要点、BIM技术基本作用和BIM技术和新型建筑工业化协同关系为主要依据,从能够创建关系矩阵、两者协同关系解释这几方面进行深入探索与研究,其目的在于加强BIM技术在新型建筑工业化中的运作效率。     

赛教结合在《建筑工程预算软件应用》课程中的实践研究

本文从职业技能竞赛的角度探讨了如何将"赛教结合"的理念应用到工程造价专业《建筑工程预算软件应用》核心课程中,构建基于"赛教结合"的《建筑工程预算软件应用》课程的教学体系和教学保障体系,以大赛带动教学,促进赛教一体化,实现毕业生零距离上岗,提高工程造价行业技术技能型人才培养水准。同时对培养学生的动手能力和工程素质,以及提升教师教学水平有着十分重要的实践意义。     

Exchanging social support on online teacher groups: Relation to teacher self-efficacy

The present study explored the relation between exchanging social support on online teacher groups and teacher self-efficacy. An online survey was conducted inside a massive Facebook teacher group, and 584 elementary school teachers provided information regarding Facebook use, self-efficacy for creative teaching, and the extent to which they provided and received support on the online teacher group. Results showed that teacher self-efficacy varied as a function of years of teaching experience, length of group membership, and the extent to which teachers provided and received social support on the online teacher group. Furthermore, the providing of online support predicted teacher self-efficacy after taking into account the effects of teaching experience and group membership. The findings are discussed in terms of the features and importance of social support exchange on online teacher support groups.     

化工生产对总控工素质及技术的要求

以聚氯乙烯化工生产过程为例,针对化工总控工的具体工作内容、专业技能和心理素质等方面进行分析。在化工生产中,化工总控工不但要熟知岗位任务和职责,还要有过硬的专业知识、良好的心理素质。生产中,要求化工总控工明确理解化工生产反应原理,并在出现问题时及时有效进行工艺调整。只有具有专业知识技术,能提出合理化的建议,并不断增强个人综合素质,化工总控工才能保障化工生产安全,提高产品质量,为化工行业的可持续发展创造有利条件。     

Strengthen flame retardancy of epoxy thermoset by montmorillonite particles adhering phosphorus-containing fragments

Phosphaphenanthrene derivative tri-(3-DOPO-2-hydroxypropan-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-trione (TGD) and organo-modified montmorillonite (OMMT) were jointly introduced into the diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A cured by 4,4-diamino-diphenylmethane (EP) to investigate their flame retardant behaviors. With only addition of 0.5%OMMT and 2.5%TGD, epoxy thermoset achieved a limiting oxygen index value of 33.7% and passed UL 94 V-0 rating test. Compared with the combustion behaviors of 3%OMMT/EP and 3%TGD/EP, an obvious synergistic flame retardant effect between OMMT and TGD can be concluded in OMMT/TGD/EP. Meanwhile, the FTIR spectra of gas-phase and condensed-phase products further proved this synergistic effect working in a physical way. On one hand, the co-existence of hydroxyl-containing TGD enabled montmorillonite (MMT) particles to filtrate and adhere more smoke fragments. On the other hand, the co-action of MMT help the polar phosphorus-containing fragments from TGD better strengthened char layer, enhancing the barrier and protective effect of residue. The synergistic flame retardant effect from OMMT/TGD system endowed themselves with higher flame retardant efficiency, and epoxy thermoset with better flame retardant performance. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
