新形势下普通高校大学生行为管理模式研究

高校是培养人才的摇篮,肩负着科教兴国、人才强国两大历史性战略任务。由于社会环境的复杂化,人际关系的交错性,新时代的大学生行为状况给高校学生管理工作带来了新的挑战。针对新时期大学生行为特点,我们通过加强党建工作、强化学风建设、做好班级自主管理和深化社会服务四个方面工作进行分析,提出了全面引导、约束、规范和优化大学生的行为的建议和对策,从而有效解决新形势下普通高校学生管理工作的实际困难。     

互联网对大学生的影响及对策研究

当前科技日新月异,网络俨然已经成为当代大学生学习和生活不可或缺的工具。互联网在为大学生提供对外交流、获取最新资讯等便利的同时,也对其思维方式、价值观念、行为规范等带来了强烈冲击,隐藏在网络空间中的一些不利因素正日益侵袭这个年轻的群体。作为教育工作者,如何对其进行正确的引导,是一个值得探讨的问题。     

Metacognition in motor learning.

Research on judgments of verbal learning has demonstrated that participants' judgments are unreliable and often overconfident. The authors studied judgments of perceptual-motor learning. Participants learned 3 keystroke patterns on the number pad of a computer, each requiring that a different sequence of keys be struck in a different total movement time. Practice trials on each pattern were either blocked or randomly interleaved with trials on the other patterns, and each participant was asked, periodically, to predict his or her performance on a 24-hr test. Consistent with earlier findings, blocked practice enhanced acquisition but harmed retention. Participants, though, predicted better performance given blocked practice. These results augment research on judgments of verbal learning and suggest that humans, at their peril, interpret current ease of access to a perceptual-motor skill as a valid index of learning. 论大学生法治导向型价值观的培养

近年来中国正全力推动法治社会建设,法治建设实践导致人们价值观念发生变化,法治导向型价值观将成为社会主导价值观之一。文中介绍了法治导向型价值观的特点是尊重法律、信仰法治、厉行法治。认为培养法治导向型价值观对大学生未来发展和法治社会建设成功具有重要意义。因此应从加强法律知识教育,深化对权利、义务、正义、自由和平等等基本概念认识,增加法律实践等方面着手,引导大学生培养法治导向型价值观。     

当代大学生人际交往现状调查分析

人际交往能力是一个人能否有效适应社会的标志,也是个体素质发展的一个重要方面。当代大学生要实现自身的人生价值,成为高素质的创造性人才,就必须重视人际交往。通过问卷及个别访谈,从交谈、交际和交友、与异性交往、待人接物等几方面对大学生人际交往的现状进行了调查研究,并对调查结果作了客观描述和统计分析,得出一些有价值的结论。     

大学生创业素质培养的研究与实践

推进高等学校创新创业教育和促进大学生自主创业工作是落实党的建设创新型国家,以创业带动就业发展战略的重大举措。经济管理学院根据吉林化工学院人才培养方案的总体要求,组建创业教育教研室,从理论教学和实践教学等方面探索培养学生创业素质的途径,初见成效。     

Reactivity to ecological momentary assessment: An example using undergraduate problem drinkers.

A. A. Stone and S. Shiffman (1994) defined ecological momentary assessment (EMA) as monitoring or sampling strategies that assess phenomena at the moment they occur in natural settings, thus maximi7ing ecological validity while avoiding retrospective recall. To address the extent to which EMA affects the behavior and cognitions under observation, the authors examined behavioral and motivational reactivity to EMA among male and female undergraduate problem drinkers (n = 33). Participants completed a 2-week monitoring protocol using palmtop computers as well as pre- and postmonitoring measures of their drinking behavior and motivation for change. The findings suggest that the magnitude of reactivity to EMA is small. Suggestions for future research Are presented. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

Presentation modality and mode of recall in verbal false memory.

False memories were investigated for aurally and visually presented lists of semantically associated words. In Experiment 1, false written recall of critical intrusions was reliably lower following visual presentation compared with aural presentation. This presentation modality effect was attributed to the use of orthographic features during written recall to edit critical intrusions from visually presented lists. As predicted by this hypothesis, the modality effect was eliminated when the mode of recall was spoken rather than written. In Experiment 2, the modality effect in written recall was again replicated and then eliminated with an orienting task that ensured orthographic encoding even of aurally presented words. Thus, the modality effect appears to depend on using orthographic information to distinguish true from false verbal memories. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

"小波变换在图像处理中的应用" 本科毕业设计探索与实践

小波变换在数字图像处理领域得到了广泛而成功的应用.分析了国内高校本科层次小波理论和应用教学的现状和发展趋势,紧密跟踪国外大学相类似专业的培养模式,提出在本科毕业设计中开展有关的学习和研究工作;在近年来探索实践的基础上,总结了该工作要解决选题、基础培训、算法研究与实验等三个关键问题,并结合实例进行了较为详细的说明,以期在本科生教育中逐渐普及小波,通过本科生毕业设计在较高层次上对学生的能力和素质的培养作一些探讨.     

Effectiveness of Teaching Play Therapy Attitudes and Skills to Undergraduate Human Services Majors.

This study investigated the effectiveness of an undergraduate human services course based on Landreth's (1991, 2002) 10-week model of filia, therapy and Adlerian principles as in Kinder therapy (White, Flynt, and Draper, 1997). Specifically, this research determined whether the training received in this course facilitated change in the undergraduate students' attitudes toward and empathic behavior with children, the students' parenting attitudes, and their play therapy attitude, knowledge, and skills. Experimental and control groups of undergraduate human services majors completed pretest and posttest measures. Each group also had a 30-minute videotaped play session with a young child.
