ABSTRACT Separation of ilmenite from titanaugite was investigated by magnetic coating. By enlarging magnetic difference between ilmenite and titanaugite, ilmenite was efficiently recovered. Scanning electron microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer results indicated that magnetite selectively coated onto ilmenite surface and increased its magnetism, which resulted in different magnetic separation behavior between ilmenite and titanaugite. FTIR and contact angle measurements confirmed that the adsorption difference of sodium oleate resulted in a stronger hydrophobicity on magnetite and ilmenite than titanaugite. Interaction energy analysis illustrated that hydrophobic association interaction on ilmenite was stronger than that on titanaugite, and which led to the selective coating of magnetite onto ilmenite. 相似文献

借鉴水泥净浆流动度测试方法,引入扩散度参数判别尾砂膏体的流变特性,开展试验研究分析扩散度与尾砂膏体质量分数(Cw)、灰砂比、屈服应力和黏度系数的关系,根据5个矿山的扩散度和流变参数测试结果,构建扩散度与屈服应力的经验模型,并与推导的解析模型作对比。结果表明:尾砂膏体的扩散度主要与质量分数有关,灰砂比对其影响不显著,随质量分数、屈服应力和黏度的增加而减小,质量分数为68%、70%和72%的尾砂膏体的扩散度分别为20.37、17.22和12.44 cm;尾砂膏体的扩散度与屈服应力的变化趋势相吻合,二者呈指数型函数关系,经验模型计算得到的屈服应力与测试结果误差在25%范围内,且尾砂膏体质量分数越大,二者的误差越小,达到10%以内;解析模型与经验模型计算所得的屈服应力在扩散度为12~16 cm之间结果较接近,解析模型计算结果整体上高于测试值;相比于坍落度,扩散度测试简便易操作,扩散度能有效表征尾砂膏体的流变特性,指导矿山现场充填。 相似文献

为了了解我国分析仪器的发展,推动冶金分析领域定量检测技术的进步,文章以北京分析测试学术报告会暨展览会(BCEIA)在国内的展示成果为依托,选择电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)等基础定量检测仪器为主要分析对象,归纳总结了这些仪器的发展过程、基本原理和主要结构。从分析检测人员的视角,讨论了该检测仪器的优势特点及应用效果;展望了定量分析检测技术的发展趋势;提出了以定量检测仪器为基础的新型高端科学仪器的发展前景。又以激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)、辉光放电质谱(GD-MS)、电子探针X射线显微分析仪(EPMA)等拓展联用检测仪器为例,介绍了设备的主要特点及应用,最终总结出LA-ICP-MS为固体样品中微量元素分析的常用技术,GD-MS技术是痕量元素分析的重要手段,EPMA技术因具有与其他仪器结合包容性高的优点,虽然在使用过程中存在一定的缺陷,但已成为通用的分析手段。而我国定量分析检测技术正朝着现场化、专用化及标准化的方向发展。 相似文献

Mineral oxidation leaching in the anode area is the key step in slurry electrolysis.By adopting the slow linear potential scanning method during slurry electrolysis,this study investigated the steady-state polarization curve of a pure stibnite mineral on a graphite anode.In addition,the influence of the mineral particle size,liquid-solid ratio,stirring speed,and temperature on the collision oxidation of the mineral with the anode was studied.Based on the different oxidation reactions,the potential range can be divided into three intervals:the low-potential interval with a potential lower than 0.75 V,an intermediate-potential interval with a potential within 0.75-1.2 V,and a high-potential interval with a potential higher than 1.2 V.The collision oxidation of the mineral with the anode occurred in all three intervals.The oxi-dation of Sb(Ⅲ) also appeared in the intermediate-and high-potential intervals,and chlorine evolution occurred in the high-potential interval.Therefore,the low-potential interval was determined to be a suit-able potential interval for the slurry electrolysis process.In the low-potential interval,the particle size,liquid-solid ratio,and stirring speed had little effect on the oxidation rate of the minerals.As the temper-ature increased,the stibnite oxidation rate and exchange current density increased.Overall,the direct collision oxidation rate of stibnite was relatively low and the current densities under all the investigated conditions were lower than 0.4 mA.cm-2.This indicates that it is difficult to realize industrial production while relying solely on this process. 相似文献

为解决含钒钛铁水脱硫扒渣过程中炉渣黏稠、铁损大及后续回硫多等问题,运用FactSage热力学软件,结合高温试验,探究了B2O3+Na2O系调渣剂对钒钛铁水脱硫渣回硫、熔点及黏度的影响。结果表明,随着B2O3和Na2O加入,铁水脱硫渣熔点及黏度显著降低;调渣剂中添加CaO有助于抑制回硫。并提出了改善铁水脱硫渣性能的调渣剂配方(质量分数),即CaO 45%~55%、SiO2 10%~15%、Al2O3 5%~8%、B2O3 15%~20%、Na2O 5%~10%。调渣剂添加量为脱硫渣渣量的5%~10%时,能有效降低脱硫渣熔点和黏度,减少回硫。 相似文献
