Although photocells are commonly characterized under AM1.5G 100 mW cm−2 (1 sun) illumination, their performance under low light illumination is also important, because photocells are frequently used for indoor applications. In this study, polymer photocells based on a bulk heterojunction composite consisting of a low energy gap polymer PTB7 and unmodified C70 prepared with a halogen-free solvent 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene have been characterized under the illumination of 1 sun or below. A typical photocell with the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 4% at 1 sun shows the PCE of approximately 7% at 10−3 sun, which seems to fit for some indoor applications such as a permanent power source for a wireless sensor node. The sublinear dependence of short-circuit photocurrent on light intensity as well as the increase of fill-factor under low light illumination yields the increased efficiency under low light illumination. An analysis employing a one-diode equivalent circuit model suggests that the increased parallel resistance as well as the decreased saturation current of the diode under low light illumination accounts for the latter feature. It is also pointed out that the parallel resistance and/or the saturation current under dark strongly influence the PCE of a photocell under low light illumination. In addition, the dependence of the device performance on the light intensity is found to be useful for analyzing the effects of the thermal treatment and the PFN interlayer at cathode. 相似文献

The ZnO nanorods arrays synthesized by the chemical bath deposition method were surface modified by the formic acid at room temperature in a very short time. The optical properties of the samples before and after modification had been investigated in detail. The results showed a remarkable strong enhancement of UV emission intensity by almost a factor of 14 after the formic acid modification, which is mainly attributed to the great suppression of the surface recombination since the formic acid can effectively remove a part of OH bonds on the surface of ZnO nanorods. 相似文献

Benzofuranyl benzene incorporating naphthyl (phenothiazinyl or dimesitylboryl) entities via meta-conjugation have been synthesized. These compounds exhibit bipolar transport characteristic with mobilities in the range of 10−5 to 10−4 cm2/V s at an electric field of 4 × 105 V/cm. The compounds with two naphthyl or dimesitylboryl substituents emit in the violet region with good solution quantum yields. The OLEDs fabricated from the benzofuranyl/dimethylboryl, benzofuranyl/naphthyl and benzofuranyl/dimethylboryl/phenathiazine derivatives have maximum external efficiencies of 1.01%, 1.41% and 3.14%, respectively. 相似文献

We investigated surface treatment effects of hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) and l-cysteine on gold source/drain electrodes in bottom-contact structured pentacene thin-film transistors (TFTs). The treatment methods include spin coating and immersing. We have also researched on two-step treatment based on the combination of each treatment methods. The highest device performance was achieved by treating gold S/D electrodes with l-cysteine first and PEDOT:PSS afterwards, showing field effect mobility up to 0.35 cm2/V·s. l-cysteine can reduce the contact resistance between metal and semiconductor layer, and PEDOT:PSS acted as a hole transporting layer while HMDS decreased the surface energy, which enlarged the grain size of pentacene on it. 相似文献

A new structure of dicyanodistyrylbenzene-naphthalimide-based nonfullerene acceptor NIDCSN was synthesized and characterized to have a favorable electron accepting property and versatile processability in various organic solvents. The nonfullerene all-small-molecule solar cells comprising p-DTS(FBTTh2)2 as the donor and NIDCSN as the acceptor exhibited a maximum power conversion efficiency of 3.45% with a remarkable open-circuit voltage of 1.04 V, together with similar device performances when fabricated in five different solvents including environmentally benign non-halogenated ones. 相似文献

醋酸钙是一种很好的食品添加剂,在食品领域应用极为广泛,因此应严格控制醋酸钙中重金属元素的含量以符合食品安全的要求.本文采用氧化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定醋酸钙中的重金属元素的含量,并对影响因素以及共存元素的干扰情况进行了考察.研究结果表明,在线性范围分别为0~100ng/mL,0~1.0ng/mL,0~10ng/mL,0~1.0ng/mL的范围内,As,Hg,Se,Cd四种元素的线性方程分别为:If=50383C+18.43,If=9196.9C+269.06,If=241.68C+23.539,If=1174C+62.594.四种元素方法的检出限分为:0.17ng/mL,0.58ng/L,0.011ng/mL,1.61ng/L,应用本方法测得各元素的回收率为96.07%~104.40%.此方法快速、简便,得到结果令人满意,满足测定要求. 相似文献
