In this work, we developed a novel system of isovalent Zr4+ and donor Nb5+ co-doped CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) ceramics to enhance dielectric response. The influences of Zr4+ and Nb5+ co-substituting on the colossal dielectric response and relaxation behavior of the CCTO ceramics fabricated by a conventional solid-phase synthesis method were investigated methodically. Co-doping of Zr4+ and Nb5+ ions leads to a significant reduction in grain size for the CCTO ceramics sintered at 1060 °C for 10 h. XRD and Raman results of the CaCu3Ti3.8-xZrxNb0.2O12 (CCTZNO) ceramics show a cubic perovskite structure with space group Im-3. The first principle calculation result exhibits a better thermodynamic stability of the CCTO structure co-doped with Zr4+ and Nb5+ ions than that of single-doped with Zr4+ or Nb5+ ion. Interestingly, the CCTZNO ceramics exhibit greatly improved dielectric constant (~105) at a frequency range of 102–105 Hz and at a temperature range of 20–210 °C, indicating a giant dielectric response within broader frequency and temperature ranges. The dielectric properties of CCTZNO ceramics were analyzed from the viewpoints of defect-dipole effect and internal barrier layer capacitance (IBLC) model. Accordingly, the immensely enhanced dielectric response is primarily ascribed to the complex defect dipoles associated with oxygen vacancies by co-doping Zr4+ and Nb5+ ions into CCTO structure. In addition, the obvious dielectric relaxation behavior has been found in CCTZNO ceramics, and the relaxation process in middle frequency regions is attributed to the grain boundary response confirmed by complex impedance spectroscopy and electric modulus. 相似文献

目的 随着潮玩市场的不断发展,盲盒玩偶受到了大量年轻消费者的青睐。通过研究盲盒玩偶外观与消费者偏好之间的关系,可以了解现代年轻群体的审美偏好,从而辅助设计师创造出更多满足消费者偏好的产品。方法 基于魅力工学等研究方法展开定性与定量研究。以POP MART盲盒玩偶为研究对象,首先进行深度访谈,根据访谈内容绘制盲盒玩偶外观评价构造图,得到消费者对偏好的盲盒玩偶外观的原始评价、抽象感受和关注的具体要素;再结合抽象语义设计Likert问卷,并进行问卷调研,以此获得盲盒玩偶的魅力评价均值;最后运用数量化I类理论进行多元回归分析,建立多个要素与消费者审美偏好之间的线性关系。结果 利用SPSS26.0统计软件进行定量研究,得到“治愈温馨”“纯洁可爱”“潮酷个性”“有趣搞怪”四类语义分别与消费者吸引力的线性关系,以及具有显著影响的外观设计要素。结论 研究获得了消费者对不同语义盲盒玩偶外观的审美偏好与关注要素,以及不同职业、不同年龄段消费者对盲盒玩偶外观审美偏好程度的差异。研究结果对潮玩设计师的创作具有参考性意义,也可将研究结果拓展应用于小型艺术装饰品/创意玩具等类似产品中。 相似文献

目的为了解决柑橘在实际包装过程中因于人工手动装袋、装箱等导致的效率低下问题,设计一条全自动柑橘包装生产线。方法基于“不知火”柑橘的特殊体型特征,使用传送带分级装置对其进行分级;通过倾斜皮带解决柑橘排列姿态的整理问题;经给袋式包装机装袋后,采用扭结式扎口装置对其进行封口;利用并联机器人对其进行装箱。通过计算生产节拍,合理规划每个工序的循环时间,并通过Flexsim软件对该生产线进行仿真分析与平衡优化。结果该生产线整体效率由89%提升到93%,能够正常运行且满足生产力的需求。结论该柑橘包装生产线实现了柑橘的分级、整料、装袋、装箱等工序,降低了工作强度,提高了生产效率,实现了包装过程的自动化。 相似文献

The solid solution of (Sm0.75Bi0.25FeO3)0.5 (BaTiO3)0.5 perovskite system is developed through conventional solid state reaction route. Prepared compound is thoroughly analyzed for its multipurpose use by studying its multiferroic character. The XRD spectra verifies the synthesized material is crystallize in tetragonal structure (space group = P4mm). The identification of the involved elements and their actual oxidation states are inspected through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS) technique. Dielectric studies reveal the material has high dielectric constant at room temperature for possible storage devices. The relaxation process in the system is related to the short-range portability of charge transporters as studied from modulus spectra. La2Ce2O7 (LCO) based materials are of a paramount importance since they can be utilized for ammonium production, thermal barrier application, catalysts, hydrogen production and solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). In this work, a nano crystalline LCO powder was prepared using glycine-nitrate combustion method and then its properties were comprehensively characterized. The structural analysis of the synthesized LCO was carried out using conventional X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. In a disordered phase, LCO is a biphasic mixture composed of C- and F-type phases. Densification studies were performed by sintering LCO pellets at different sintering temperatures. A densification of ≥95% was observed in all the samples with a very little variation. Sintering temperature had a marked effect on the electrical conductivity of LCO. The LCO sintered at 1100 °C showed the highest conductivity (3.68 mS/cm at 700 °C in air). The electrical conductivity was found to be decreasing with an increase in sintering temperature from 1100 to 1400 °C. To understand the behavior, the analysis of distribution function of relaxation times (DFRTs) utilized for correct separation of grain and grain boundary resistances. The presence of C- and F- type phases calculated from Raman spectra plays a crucial role in deciding conduction behavior of LCO. The results suggest a strong relationship between history of the ceramics preparation and their electrical properties. 相似文献

Resveratrol is a biologically active diphenolic compound exerting multiple beneficial effects in the organism, including anti-diabetic properties. This action is, however, not fully elucidated. In the present study, we examined effects of resveratrol on some parameters related to insulin signaling, and also on diabetes-associated dysregulation in Goto-Kakizaki (GK) rats with congenital type 2 diabetes. Resveratrol was given at the dose of 20 mg/kg b.w. for 10 weeks. It was shown that the expression and phosphorylation levels of insulin receptor in the skeletal muscle of GK rats were significantly decreased, compared with control animals. However, these changes were totally prevented by resveratrol. Liver expression of the insulin receptor was also reduced, but in this case, resveratrol was ineffective. Resveratrol was also demonstrated to significantly influence parameters of insulin binding (dissociation constant and binding capacity) in the skeletal muscle and liver. Moreover, it was shown that the expression levels of proteins related to intracellular glucose transport (GLUT4 and TUG) in adipose tissue of GK rats were significantly decreased. However, treatment with resveratrol completely abolished these changes. Resveratrol was found to induce normalization of TUG expression in the skeletal muscle. Blood levels of insulin and GIP were elevated, whereas proinsulin and GLP-1 diminished in GK rats. However, concentrations of these hormones were not affected by resveratrol. These results indicate that resveratrol partially ameliorates diabetes-associated dysregulation in GK rats. The most relevant finding covers the normalization of the insulin receptor expression in the skeletal muscle and also GLUT4 and TUG in adipose tissue. 相似文献

Bismuth doped La2-xBixNiO4+δ (x = 0, 0.02 and 0.04) oxides are investigated as SOFC cathodes. The effects of Bi doping on the phase structure, thermal expansion, electrical conduction behavior as well as electrochemical performance are studied. All the samples exist as a tetragonal Ruddlesden-Popper structure. Bi-doped LBNO-0.02 and LBNO-0.04 have good chemical and thermal compatibility with LSGM electrolyte. The average TEC over 20–900°С was 13.4 × 10?6 and 14.2 × 10?6 K?1 for LBNO-0.02 and LBNO-0.04, respectively. The electrical conductivity was decreasing with the rise of Bi doping content. EIS measurement indicates Bi doping can decrease the ASR values. At 750 °C, the obtained ASR for LBNO-0.04 is 0.18 Ωcm2, which is 56% lower than that of the sample without Bi doping, suggesting Bi doping is beneficial to the electrochemical catalytic activity of LBNO cathodes. 相似文献

Niemann–Pick type C (NPC) disease is a rare autosomal recessive inherited childhood neurodegenerative disease characterized by the accumulation of cholesterol and glycosphingolipids, involving the autophagy-lysosome system. Inhibition of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), an enzyme that metabolizes epoxy fatty acids (EpFAs) to 12-diols, exerts beneficial effects in modulating inflammation and autophagy, critical features of the NPC disease. This study aims to evaluate the effects of UB-EV-52, an sEH inhibitor (sEHi), in an NPC mouse model (Npc) by administering it for 4 weeks (5 mg/kg/day). Behavioral and cognitive tests (open-field test (OF)), elevated plus maze (EPM), novel object recognition test (NORT) and object location test (OLT) demonstrated that the treatment produced an improvement in short- and long-term memory as well as in spatial memory. Furthermore, UB-EV-52 treatment increased body weight and lifespan by 25% and reduced gene expression of the inflammatory markers (i.e., Il-1β and Mcp1) and enhanced oxidative stress (OS) markers (iNOS and Hmox1) in the treated Npc mice group. As for autophagic markers, surprisingly, we found significantly reduced levels of LC3B-II/LC3B-I ratio and significantly reduced brain protein levels of lysosomal-associated membrane protein-1 (LAMP-1) in treated Npc mice group compared to untreated ones in hippocampal tissue. Lipid profile analysis showed a significant reduction of lipid storage in the liver and some slight changes in homogenated brain tissue in the treated NPC mice compared to the untreated groups. Therefore, our results suggest that pharmacological inhibition of sEH ameliorates most of the characteristic features of NPC mice, demonstrating that sEH can be considered a potential therapeutic target for this disease. 相似文献
