针对目前铝电解行业对于槽似在电阻的采集不够准确并且延时较高的问题,本文提出一种基于卡尔曼滤波的区间式槽似在电阻采集算法。该算法以卡尔曼滤波为基础,用预测值与采样值的均方差表征它们的高斯白噪声功率,使其能够在电阻平稳的状态下有着较强的跟踪性能;再结合一阶惯性滤波的强滤波特性和卡尔曼滤波的强跟踪优势,设置适用的滤波区间,确保组合算法在槽似在电阻波动较大的情况下能够滤除掉噪声的影响,并在电解槽稳定后能对槽似在电阻进行快速收敛跟踪。结果表明:与一阶惯性滤波相比,改进后的卡尔曼滤波在电阻平稳的状态下其均方根误差减少50%,在电解槽反生针振和摆动情况之后的收敛时间减少90%。  相似文献

为研究废石?风砂高浓度充填料浆自流输送管道输送特性,将矿山实际充填管路进行还原,应用FLUENT软件进行输送模拟研究。结果表明:充填料浆在管道的管径方向有明显的速度梯度;随料浆流速的增大,料浆的输送沿程阻力损失基本呈线性增大;质量浓度对管输阻力的影响非常大,在充填料浆质量浓度相差2%左右时,管道单位长度的阻力损失会相差20%~30%。通过对不同骨料比的充填料浆进行数值模拟,可知废石风砂质量比为6:4的浆体稳定性和流动性相对较好,更有利于管道输送。建立了管输阻力新模型,并通过工业试验对模型进行检验,验证了新的管输阻力模型的可靠性,研究结果为该矿选取充填系统的运行参数提供了重要依据。  相似文献

Well-sintered CaO granules with hydration resistance are very important for the manufacturing and application of CaO-containing refractories. CaO granules with sol-processed metal oxide protective layers were prepared by granulation and surface treatment. The obtained results indicated that the usage of nano sol greatly improved the hydration resistance of CaO granules, especially when the CaO granules were treated by alumina sol. The promoting effect of nano sols in the sintering processes improved the density of CaO granules. Nanoparticles reacted with lime at lower temperature and a new phase was formed uniformly in the treated layer, which promoted densification of the treated layer. The grain size of CaO granules in the treated layer was increased obviously with the promotion of sintering. Moreover, nanoparticles were favorable for the formation of direct bonding between CaO grains by decreasing the dihedral angle.  相似文献

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is a cornerstone drug used in the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the development of resistance to 5-FU and its analogs remain an unsolved problem in CRC treatment. In this study, we investigated the molecular mechanisms and tumor biological aspects of 5-FU resistance in CRC HCT116 cells. We established an acquired 5-FU-resistant cell line, HCT116RF10. HCT116RF10 cells were cross-resistant to the 5-FU analog, fluorodeoxyuridine. In contrast, HCT116RF10 cells were collaterally sensitive to SN-38 and CDDP compared with the parental HCT16 cells. Whole-exome sequencing revealed that a cluster of genes associated with the 5-FU metabolic pathway were not significantly mutated in HCT116 or HCT116RF10 cells. Interestingly, HCT116RF10 cells were regulated by the function of thymidylate synthase (TS), a 5-FU active metabolite 5-fluorodeoxyuridine monophosphate (FdUMP) inhibiting enzyme. Half of the TS was in an active form, whereas the other half was in an inactive form. This finding indicates that 5-FU-resistant cells exhibited increased TS expression, and the TS enzyme is used to trap FdUMP, resulting in resistance to 5-FU and its analogs.  相似文献

Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are one of the most abundant and critical components of the tumor stroma. CAFs can impact many important steps of cancerogenesis and may also influence treatment resistance. Some of these effects need the direct contact of CAFs and cancer cells, while some involve paracrine signals. In this study, we investigated the ability of head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC) patient-derived CAFs to promote or inhibit the colony-forming ability of HNSCC cells. The effect of cisplatin on this promoting or inhibiting influence was also studied. The subsequent analysis focused on changes in the expression of genes associated with cancer progression. We found that cisplatin response in model HNSCC cancer cells was modified by coculture with CAFs, was CAF-specific, and different patient-derived CAFs had a different “sensitizing ratio”. Increased expression of VEGFA, PGE2S, COX2, EGFR, and NANOG in cancer cells was characteristic for the increase of resistance. On the other hand, CCL2 expression was associated with sensitizing effect. Significantly higher amounts of cisplatin were found in CAFs derived from patients who subsequently experienced a recurrence. In conclusion, our results showed that CAFs could promote and/or inhibit colony-forming capability and cisplatin resistance in HNSCC cells via paracrine effects and subsequent changes in gene expression of cancer-associated genes in cancer cells.  相似文献

目的 通过控制微弧氧化工艺参数来优化纯锌的耐蚀性,以实现临床降解的可控性.方法 通过设置正向电压、反应时间、占空比、负向电压和分段处理等,在纯锌表面制备微弧氧化膜层.利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察膜层的表面形貌和截面厚度,结合能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析膜层元素和相结构,采用表面张力测量仪和电化学极化曲线分析润湿性和耐蚀性.结果 通过提高正向电压,降低占空比,控制处理时间和负向电压,可有效降低膜层孔隙率和腐蚀速度.微弧氧化处理可明显增强试样表面亲水性,分段处理对润湿性和耐蚀性有显著影响.当正向电压为300 V,占空比为10%,反应时间为5 min,负向电压为–100 V时,可获得亲水性好、耐蚀性强的微弧氧化膜层,其孔隙率为10.95%,膜层厚度为5.29μm,腐蚀电流密度达5.74×10–6 A/cm2.结论 微弧氧化处理可明显增强纯锌表面润湿性,可通过调节不同微弧氧化工艺参数改变膜层结构,优化其亲水性和耐蚀性.  相似文献

近年来,由于具有极高的理论转化效率,液态金属阳极直接碳固体氧化物燃料电池受到关注;然而,液态金属电极对电解质的腐蚀是降低其性能和限制其寿命的关键因素之一。本文综述了液态金属和氧化物,主要是液态锑(Sb)和氧化锑(Sb2O3),对固体氧化物燃料电池常用ZrO2和CeO2基电解质的化学和电化学腐蚀研究成果,并讨论了减缓腐蚀程度的途径与可能性。  相似文献

With the goal to produce a hard and tough coating intended for tribological applications, CrAlN/TiSiN nanolayer coating was prepared by alternative deposition of CrAlN and TiSiN layers. In the first part of the article, a detailed study of phase composition, microstructure, and layer structure of CrAlN/TiSiN coating is presented. In the second part, its mechanical properties, fracture and tribological behavior are compared to the nanocomposite TiSiN coating. An industrial magnetron sputtering unit was used for coating deposition. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy were used for compositional and microstructural analysis. Mechanical properties and fracture behavior were studied by instrumented indentation and focused ion beam techniques. Tribological properties were evaluated by ball-on-disk test in a linear reciprocal mode. A complex layer structure was found in the nanolayer coating. The TiSiN layers were epitaxially stabilized inside the coating which led to formation of dislocations at interfaces, to introduction of disturbances in the coating growth, and as a result, to development of fine-grained columnar microstructure. Indentation load required for the onset of fracture was twice lower for the nanolayer CrAlN/TiSiN, compared to the nanocomposite TiSiN coating. This agrees very well with their mechanical properties, with H3/E2 being twice higher for the TiSiN coating. However, the nanolayer coating experienced less severe damage, which had a strong impact on tribological behavior. A magnitude of order lower wear rate and four times lower steady state friction coefficient were found for the nanolayer coating.  相似文献

使用Berkovich压头,采用恒载荷法对氧化镓的(100)及(010)晶面进行纳米压痕试验,通过数据拟合获得氧化镓晶体的蠕变应力指数。单晶氧化镓(100)晶面的蠕变应力指数范围在15.5~27.8,(010)晶面的蠕变应力指数范围在46.1~63.4。纳米压痕法能够有效测量氧化镓的蠕变变形量;氧化镓的2个晶面均呈现了初始蠕变和稳态蠕变2个阶段,其中,(100)晶面具有较明显的初始蠕变阶段和稳态蠕变阶段,但是(010)晶面的初始蠕变阶段不明显;保载载荷与氧化镓的蠕变位移、等效压痕应力呈正相关,对蠕变应力指数没有明显影响;氧化镓不同晶面的蠕变应力指数差异很大,(010)晶面较(100)晶面具有更大的蠕变应力指数,具有更强的抗蠕变性能,更适合精密机械加工。  相似文献

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) possesses brilliant and excellent properties, including excellent corrosion resistance as well as outstanding wear resistance. Ni and B co-doped DLC films were deposited on AZ91D magnesium alloy by electrodeposition under mild conditions (300 V and 25°C). Uniform and dense morphology of co-doped DLC films were observed, and Ni and B were uniformly incorporated into the carbon-based films. Among all the electrodeposits, the appearance of D and G peaks near 1330 and 1570 cm−1 revealed that the as-deposited films were typical DLC films. As the addition of Ni was increased to 0.05 g, the highest microindentation hardness, the lowest friction coefficient, and wear loss were achieved to be 164.5 HV, 0.3, and 0.6 × 10−5 kg/m, respectively. The amorphous carbon films fabricated at 0.05 g Ni had the lowest corrosion current density and the most positive corrosion potential, which was mainly due to the small and dense granular structure effectively hindering the penetration of corrosion media.  相似文献
