Immunochromatographic assays (ICAs) are considered as a suitable diagnostic tool for the detection of mycotoxins. Mycotoxins and especially, ochratoxin A are analytes with more demanding sensitivity requirements. To enhance the sensitivity of current immunochromatographic assays for ochratoxin A (OTA), a novel sensitive ICA was developed in this study. In the assay, microspheres enclosing fluorescent europium (III) [Eu(III)] nanoparticles (EuNPs) were used as a label for OTA monoclonal antibody (OTA-mAb) conjugation. Accordingly, assay was called time-resolved fluorescent immunochromatographic assay (TRFICA). The test strip was composed of three parts: a sample pad, nitrocellulose membrane and an absorbent pad. As for detection, a proper concentration of conjugated microspheres was pipetted into the microtube and sample extract was added to it. Then the strip was inserted into the tube and the fluid flow along the strip. The TRFICA results were obtained in 8 min and read by a portable TRFICA strip reader. The established method allows quantitative determination of OTA with limit of detection as low as 1.0 μg kg−1 in the samples. For validation, spiked samples including wheat, maize, soybean and rice were respectively assayed by TRFICA and a standard high performance liquid chromatography equipped with a fluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD), and good agreement of results was obtained between two methods.  相似文献

This paper describes the daily concentrations of trace metals and ionic constituents in the aerosol of Beijing, China from March 2001 to August 2003. Daily PM10 concentrations were also measured from September 2001 to August 2003. The daily average PM10 concentration at Beijing, China from September 2001 to August 2003 was 171+/-117 microg m(-3) (n = 673), which is 5-fold higher than at Yokohama, Japan. Trace metal concentrations were analyzed by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry equipped with a laser ablation sample introduction (LA/ICP-MS), which is a rapid and simultaneous method for multi-element analysis. The daily average metal concentrations in TSP in Beijing from March 2001 to August 2003 were: Al: 3.5+/-2.4 (n = 727), Ti: 0.47+/-0.35 (n = 720), V: 0.013+/-0.010 (n = 716), Cr: 0.019+/-0.015 (n = 618), Mn: 0.24+/-0.16 (n = 730), Fe: 5.5+/-3.9 (n = 728), Co: 0.0046+/-0.0055 (n = 629), Ni: 0.022+/-0.024 (n = 680), Cu: 0.11+/-0.11 (n = 660), Zn: 0.77+/-0.60 (n = 726), As: 0.048+/-0.047 (n = 731), Se: 0.010+/-0.010 (n = 550), Cd: 0.0068+/-0.0082 (n = 709), Sb: 0.033+/-0.036 (n = 687), and Pb: 0.43+/-0.50 (n = 728) (unit, microg m(-3)). All the metal concentrations in TSP in Beijing, China were 1.7-21.8 times higher than those in TSP in the center of Tokyo, Japan. Notably, As concentrations in TSP in Beijing were 20-fold higher than those in Tokyo. Source identification of aerosols in Beijing was carried out by using the chemical mass balance (CMB) receptor model, with the daily concentration of metals in the aerosol. The major primary sources of the aerosol of Beijing were considered to be soil dust and coal combustion. Vehicle exhaust contribution tended to increase.  相似文献

In the paper the main goals and progress of the surveillance specimen programme for the RPVs WWER-440/213 in Jaslovské Bohunice V-2 and Mochovce NPPs are presented. At Jaslovské Bohunice V-2, the standard surveillance specimen programme (SSSP) was finished and so-called ‘Extended Surveillance Specimen Programme’ (ESSP) was prepared on the base of its critical analysis. For first two units of the Mochovce NPP completely new programmes of irradiation embrittlement monitoring called ‘Modern Surveillance Specimen Programme’ is prepared. It is based on the experience with SSSP and ESSP as well as the recommendations of IAEA experts. This programme will serve for Mochovce NPP during all planned service life. The experience of ESSP application on the 3rd and 4th units in Jaslovské Bohunice V-2 NPP are presented in the paper too.  相似文献

We have been proposing a new planetary rover system named SMC Rover. This system consists of one main body and detachable units, which can work as child rovers, and also become driving units of the main body. Each detachable unit named Uni-Rover consists of a single manipulator mounted on a wheel. Prototype models of the Uni-Rover and the SMC Rover have been already developed. This paper describes a new method of trajectory modeling for the Uni-Rover using the relation between arm posture and turning radius. At first, an intuitively recognizable model which uses zero slip angle is introduced. However, because this intuitive model has some problems, a new solution which considers the loss of friction on the wheel and on the caster is also discussed. The validity of the presented method is verified by experiments with an actual mechanical model. Moreover, an effective steering method which considers the margin of the energy stability is introduced.Kazuhiro Motomura is a Ph.D candidate at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech). In 2001 he was admitted to skip the fourth grade of the bachelor course in the Department of Mechano-Aerospace engineering at Tokyo Tech to enterthe master course in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the same Institute. He received the B.E. degree in National Institution for Academic Degrees an University Evaluation in 2002, and received the M.E. degree in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Tokyo Tech in 2003. He has been a research fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science from 2004. He awarded the Incentive Award for the presentation in the 17th RSJ Annual Conference in 2001, and the Finalists for the Best Video Award in the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation in 2003. His research interests include design of robotic mechanisms and control of mobile robots. He studies about the development of planetary rovers.Atsushi Kawakami awarded the chance to skip fourth gradein the bachelor course of Department of Mechano-Aerospace engineering in Tokyo Institute of Technology, and entered the master course in 1997. He received the M.E. and Dr. E. degrees in Department of Mechanical Engineering Science in Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1999 and 2003, respectively. From 2003, he is a post-doctoral researcher. His research interest is in design of robotic mechanisms. He studies about the development of planetary rover. He awarded the Incentive Award for the presentation in the 17th RSJ Annual Conference in 2001, and the Finalists for the Best Video Award in the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation in 2003. He also acts as an organizer and lecturerin several hands on robots competitions that aim at the promotion and education for the beginners.Shigeo Hirose was born in Tokyo in 1947. He received the B. E. degree with first class honors in Mechanical Engineering from Yokohama National University in 1971, and the M. E. and Dr. E. degrees in Control Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1973 and 1976, respectively. From 1976 to 1979 he was a Research Associate, from 1979 to 1992 an Associate Professor and since 1992 he has been a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is the Fellow of both IEEE and Japanese Society of Mechanical Engineers. His research interest is in design of novel robotic mechanisms and its control. He awarded more than 30 prizes from academic societies; these include the first Pioneer in Robotics and Automation Award in 1999 and Best Conference Paper Award in 1995 both from IEEE Robotics & Automation Society. Prof. Hirose has published more than 200 academic papers as well as several books, including Snake Inspired Robots (Kogyo-chosakai Publishing Co. Procedures of preparation of numerical analysis, consisting in a simulation of cooperation of three different media: steel, liquid and gas undergoes dynamic load were discussed. Modelling of the initial static load of the mechanical system was presented. By using the MSC. Software products the following exemplary computer simulations were made: dynamic load impact on the hydraulic leg as well as effectiveness of the hydraulic leg protection against overload with help of gas accumulator.  相似文献
