Development of high pressure membraneless alkaline electrolyzer

A technology for cyclic generation of hydrogen and oxygen using electrodes made of variable valency material that does not need the use of separating ion-exchange membranes is presented. The technological solution enables to fabricate electrolyzers for uninterrupted producing high-pressure hydrogen with reduced energy intensity of the production. The total work for compressing 1 m³ of hydrogen and 0.5 m³ of oxygen has been estimated. Results of investigation of influence of discrete supply of DC current to the electrolysis cell, in order to improve the processes of gas evolution and to simplify the power systems of the electrolysis plant, have been considered. There is also considered an electrolysis installation equipped with a thermosorption compressor in which LaNi₅ is used as a hydride-forming compound. The comparative characteristics of the developed electrolyzer and the currently used hydrogen generators are given.     

自然循环工况下离心泵阻力特性的实验研究与数值模拟

停转后泵的阻力特性对自然循环流量影响明显。为研究低流量自然循环工况下离心泵的阻力特性，设计了实验台架，对离心泵的正向压降、反向压降和损失系数进行了测量，实验雷诺数为2.0×10⁴～1.5×10⁵。实验表明：相同雷诺数下，反向压降明显高于正向压降；雷诺数大于8×10⁴时，损失系数基本保持不变，而低雷诺数下损失系数随雷诺数的降低有增大的趋势；基于实验得到了损失系数的经验关系式。采用CFD方法对离心泵的内部流场进行了模拟，计算表明：CFD方法能较好地预测损失系数，RNG k-ε模型与实验值的相对误差不超过10%；离心泵的压力损失主要集中在叶轮、导叶等结构的交界区域；正向与反向流动的流场分布存在显著区别；低雷诺数下局部流动更加不稳定。     

超临界二氧化碳干气密封相态分布规律与密封性能研究

以超临界二氧化碳干气密封为研究对象，分别以维里方程、Lucas方程描述二氧化碳真实气体效应、黏度的变化，在考虑阻塞流效应的同时，采用有限差分法对考虑离心惯性力效应的Reynolds方程与能量控制方程进行耦合求解，分析讨论了工况参数与槽形结构参数对其相态分布规律与密封性能的影响。研究表明：S-CO₂从密封端面进口至出口的流动过程中，如果工况参数设置合理，将由超临界态逐渐转变为气态，并不会出现液态；较低的进口压力、进口温度以及转速，均会容易导致潜在的凝结流动发生；相比于工况参数对相态分布的影响，槽形参数对相态分布的影响较小，近乎可以忽略；开启力除了随进口温度的升高而减小外，均随进口压力、转速、槽深、螺旋角的增大而增大；泄漏率随进口温度和转速的增大而减小，但其随进口压力、槽深、螺旋角的增大而增大。这些结果为进一步研究超临界二氧化碳干气密封提供了一定的支撑。     

白鹤滩水电站左岸边坡稳定性分析

为研究缓倾角错动带及断层对白鹤滩水电站左岸顺层岩质高边坡稳定性的影响,以勘I5线地质剖面为例建立力学模型,借助综合法试验模拟岩体内主要地质构造及相关工程措施。在此基础上,再利用RFPA3D有限元数值模拟方法,分析岩体内裂隙萌生、发育、扩展直至贯通的损伤演化过程。结果表明,混凝土置换洞阻碍裂缝沿软弱面扩展成效显著,开挖后工程边坡安全系数为1.62;离心加载法得到的边坡潜在滑移面与物理模型试验得到的裂缝扩展模式基本一致,层内错动带LS337、层间错动带C3-1、断层f101、裂缝J110等软弱结构面共同控制岩体的开裂与边坡失稳。研究成果可为本工程边坡开挖与支护以及类似工程提供参考。     

聚醚型合成压缩机油的研制

使用聚醚基础油，通过对抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、助溶剂和防锈剂等添加剂的筛选及性能考察，研制了一种聚醚型合成压缩机油。该产品黏度指数达到210以上，旋转氧弹时间超过1 000 min ，铜片腐蚀（100 ℃，3h）为1b级，四球试验的钢球磨斑直径为0.5 mm左右，具有优异的黏温性能、氧化安定性、防锈抗腐性和良好的极压抗磨性，达到国外同类油品质量水平。经过一年的实际使用，油品磨损金属质量分数低于30 μg/g，表明研制产品能够满足烃类气体压缩机的润滑要求。     

螺杆式空气压缩机智能控制技术研究与应用

根据国家关于空气压缩机节能降耗及智能化控制要求,针对空气压缩机耗能运行现状、控制方式落后等问题,采用PID控制器、PLC智能控制、工业以太网等技术,设计了空气压缩机组智能控制系统。实现空压机组节能降耗、智能控制、远程监控、无人值守等功能,对于企业设备自动化化管理及经济安全运行具有重要意义。     

Design and Analysis of a Single-Stage Transonic Centrifugal Turbine for organic Rankine cycle(ORC)

The recovery of low temperature heat sources is a hot topic in the world.The ORC system can effectively use the low temperature heat source.As its main output device,the performance of the turbine is very important.The single stage transonic turbine has the characteristics of small size and large output power.In this paper,the complete design process of a transonic centrifugal turbine with R245fa in low working temperature condition is introduced.At the design conditions,the shaft power and the wheel efficiency of the centrifugal turbine can reach 1.12 MW and 83.61%,respectively.In addition,a thermodynamic ORC cycle is presented and the off-design conditions of the turbine and its influence on the system are studied in detail.The results obtained in the present work show that the single-stage transonic centrifugal turbine can be regarded as a potential choice to be applied in small scale ORC systems.     

离子色谱-脉冲安培法测定饮料中的聚葡萄糖的含量

通过优化标准方法AOAC 2000.11和GB 5009.245-2016的样品前处理过程，简单、高效准确地分析饮料中添加的聚葡萄糖含量。方法 样品经离心超滤净化，去除基质干扰，采用色谱柱分离，离子色谱-脉冲安培检测器测定，外标法定量。结果 聚葡萄糖在0.20 ~ 2.00 g/L的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系 (R2 > 0.999)。方法检出限和定量限分别为0.01 和0.03 g/L，三个添加水平的平均加标回收率为90.0%~98.8%，相对标准偏差为0.63%~2.36%。同时考察了市场上10种不同品类的饮料，加标回收率为93.0%-105%。结论 本方法样品前处理简单、快速、广泛适用于饮料中添加的聚葡萄糖含量测定。     

Thermodynamic analysis of natural gas reciprocating compressors based on real and ideal gas models

The accurate modelling and investigating effects of various parameters of the reciprocating compressors are important subjects. In this work, based on first law of thermodynamics, conversation of mass and real and ideal gas assumptions, a theoretical analysis has been constructed to simulate natural gas reciprocating compressors. For computing the thermodynamic properties of natural gas based on real gas model, the AGA8 equation of state has been used. Numerical results validated with previous measured values and showed a good agreement. The effects of important parameters such as: angular speed, clearance and pressure ratio have been studied on the performance of the compressors. The results reveal the in-control volume temperature for ideal gas is more than real gas model but the mass flow rate and work for real gas is higher than ideal gas model. On the other hand, the indicated work that required for compression is greater for ideal gas model.
