The Kynurenic Acid Analog SZR72 Enhances Neuronal Activity after Asphyxia but Is Not Neuroprotective in a Translational Model of Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

Hypoxic–ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) remains to be a major cause of long-term neurodevelopmental deficits in term neonates. Hypothermia offers partial neuroprotection warranting research for additional therapies. Kynurenic acid (KYNA), an endogenous product of tryptophan metabolism, was previously shown to be beneficial in rat HIE models. We sought to determine if the KYNA analog SZR72 would afford neuroprotection in piglets. After severe asphyxia (pHa = 6.83 ± 0.02, ΔBE = −17.6 ± 1.2 mmol/L, mean ± SEM), anesthetized piglets were assigned to vehicle-treated (VEH), SZR72-treated (SZR72), or hypothermia-treated (HT) groups (n = 6, 6, 6; Tcore = 38.5, 38.5, 33.5 °C, respectively). Compared to VEH, serum KYNA levels were elevated, recovery of EEG was faster, and EEG power spectral density values were higher at 24 h in the SZR72 group. However, instantaneous entropy indicating EEG signal complexity, depression of the visual evoked potential (VEP), and the significant neuronal damage observed in the neocortex, the putamen, and the CA1 hippocampal field were similar in these groups. In the caudate nucleus and the CA3 hippocampal field, neuronal damage was even more severe in the SZR72 group. The HT group showed the best preservation of EEG complexity, VEP, and neuronal integrity in all examined brain regions. In summary, SZR72 appears to enhance neuronal activity after asphyxia but does not ameliorate early neuronal damage in this HIE model.     

猪胴体冷却降温特性及耗能分析

猪肉是我国消耗量最大的肉类品，尤其是冷鲜猪肉更受人们青睐。猪胴体冷却保鲜加工工艺既要满足优质猪肉的成熟条件，又要保证猪肉的安全卫生。猪胴体冷却温度和降温速度对保证加工工艺合理性和降低耗能都至关重要。在实测数据基础上经过判断、分析提出，在常规0～4 ℃冷却前先在-10～-5 ℃低温快速冷却猪胴体1 h从而更好地保证猪胴体的冷却效果。实验发现：猪胴体开始冷却时，内部温度先有2～4 ℃的升温，然后才会降温，因此需对热负荷计算进行修正；根据两段冷却过程中猪胴体的冷却降温特点，提出了对应的冷量要求，为配备冷却装置提供了依据。     

Mesenchymal Stromal Cell Therapy in Novel Porcine Model of Diffuse Liver Damage Induced by Repeated Biliary Obstruction

In liver surgery, biliary obstruction can lead to secondary biliary cirrhosis, a life-threatening disease with liver transplantation as the only curative treatment option. Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) have been shown to improve liver function in both acute and chronic liver disease models. This study evaluated the effect of allogenic MSC transplantation in a large animal model of repeated biliary obstruction followed by partial hepatectomy. MSC transplantation supported the growth of regenerated liver tissue after 14 days (MSC group, n = 10: from 1087 ± 108 (0 h) to 1243 ± 92 mL (14 days); control group, n = 11: from 1080 ± 95 (0 h) to 1100 ± 105 mL (14 days), p = 0.016), with a lower volume fraction of hepatocytes in regenerated liver tissue compared to resected liver tissue (59.5 ± 10.2% vs. 70.2 ± 5.6%, p < 0.05). Volume fraction of connective tissue, blood vessels and bile vessels in regenerated liver tissue, serum levels of liver enzymes (AST, ALT, ALP and GGT) and liver metabolites (albumin, bilirubin, urea and creatinine), as well as plasma levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and TGF-β, were not affected by MSC transplantation. In our novel, large animal (pig) model of repeated biliary obstruction followed by partial hepatectomy, MSC transplantation promoted growth of liver tissue without any effect on liver function. This study underscores the importance of translating results between small and large animal models as well as the careful translation of results from animal model into human medicine.

研究3+9×0.175NT钢丝帘线在轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,采用1层压延密度为83根·dm-1的3+9×0.175NT钢丝帘布替代3层压延密度为110根·dm^-1的1670dtex/2-28EPI聚酯帘布用于6.50R1610PR轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体,压延工艺良好,成型和硫化过程正常。成品轮胎质量减小,成本降低,充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合国家标准或企业标准要求。     

管道清管器运行速度控制技术研究进展

随着对管道安全问题和降本增效理念的逐步重视，管道清管操作已成为全世界油气管道运行中必不可少的作业规程，清管器的运行速度是需要重点控制的参数之一，当其处于合理区间内时（原油管道1~5m/s，天然气管道2~7m/s），清管效果最佳。本文基于对管道清管数学模型的研究，首先论述了不同的被动控制方法，认为该方法较为灵活，应用广泛，对不同入口条件下清管器速度的准确计算是能否控制清管器速度处于合理区间的关键；然后对不同的主动控制方法进行了研究，研究表明：射流清管器速度控制的核心是旁通率的优选，其依赖于压降系数、皮碗与管壁间摩擦力的准确计算，建立简便可靠的摩擦力工程计算模型将有助于射流清管技术应用的进一步推广；最终本文对清管器智能调速技术进行综述和展望，指出发展稳定可靠的国产智能调速技术是未来重点研究方向。     

基于传统清管球接收器的滤杂防堵工艺设计

清管球回收操作过程中,清管球接收器的泄压、排液和惰化导致泥、砂、垢等杂质积聚在清管球接收器中,并随油气物流进入闭排系统管线,造成杂质流失、闭排系统管线堵塞和压力无法完全释放,影响对海底油气管道腐蚀、析蜡、结垢及地层出砂等情况的判断,存在很大的安全隐患。通过对清管球接收器实施工艺改造,使清管球接收器具备滤杂防堵功能和自动取样功能,有效解决了闭排管线堵塞、杂质流失和安全隐患问题。该工艺研究对于海上油气田海底管线的运营和维护具有较高的借鉴意义。     

2019年黑龙江省猪肉市场运行情况分析

2018年非洲猪瘟疫情出现以来,全国及黑龙江省生猪生产、猪肉市场受到了较大的影响,生猪、能繁母猪存栏减少,生猪出场价格也经历了明显波动。2019年春节以后,随着省外调出量增加和猪源减少,黑龙江省生猪出场价格进入上升通道,超过了全国平均水平,白条猪肉批发价格和猪肉市场零售价格随之上行。通过对2019年黑龙江省生猪生产环节、屠宰加工环节、猪肉市场零售环节进行调研,对生猪出场价格、白条猪肉批发价格、猪肉零售价格、生猪和能繁母猪产能等指标进行分析,阐述了以生猪和猪肉市场为重点的肉类产销形势,为促进肉类产业高质量发展、提高市场保供能力提供参考。

以0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线应用于11.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体。试验结果表明,以0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线用于11.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体后,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸变化不大,强度性能和耐久性能提高,且轮胎原材料成本降低。

以3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+1NT钢丝帘线用于12.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体和带束层。结果表明,以3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+1NT钢丝帘线用于12.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体和带束层,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸基本不变,轮胎强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能以及胎圈耐久性能均有较大提高,在不增加胎体和带束层质量和成本的情况下,胎体和带束层安全倍数大幅提高,从而提高了轮胎的使用安全性能和负荷能力。
