The breakdown strength of insulating paper is greatly affected by various factors in the preparation process. In order to study the important order and the synergy effect among these factors, we studied the influence of four preparation conditions on the breakdown strength combining with the range and variance analysis on the basis of orthogonal experimental design methods. The preparation conditions included beating degree, beating load, basis weight, and drying method. At the same time, the insulating paper failure model was constructed using Weibull distribution. The results show that the degree of impact on the breakdown strength of insulating paper from high to low is as follows: beating degree,beating load, drying method, basis weight; the degree of impact on the breakdown strength of oil-impregnated insulating paper from high to low is as follows: beating degree, basis weight, beating load, drying method; there is a synergistic effect among the impact of four factors on the breakdown strength. The scale parameter of the failure model can be used to describe the breakdown strength of insulating paper and oil-impregnated insulating paper. The breakdown strength dispersion of the insulating paper is less than that of the oil-impregnated insulating paper. 相似文献

造纸法制备碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料的研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
本研究以短切碳纤维为增强体,聚丙烯(PP)纤维为基体,采用湿法造纸工艺制备碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料(CFRTP)。通过正交实验,探讨了碳纤维含量、碳纤维长度、热压温度以及热压时间对CFRTP力学性能的影响。结果表明,碳纤维含量是影响复合材料力学性能的主要因素;正交实验条件下,当碳纤维含量20%,碳纤维长度5 mm,热压温度190℃,热压时间10 min时,CFRTP的性能最好,其拉伸强度为83.9 MPa,弯曲强度为52.5 MPa,缺口冲击韧性48.2 kJ/m~2,对比同等条件下未添加碳纤维的材料其性能分别提高了189%、52%以及1021%。同时,通过单一因素实验探究不同碳纤维含量对CFRTP力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着碳纤维含量的增加,CFRTP的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及缺口冲击韧性均先上升后下降。 相似文献

随着特高压输变电的发展,对绝缘纸的性能提出严苛的要求,如何提高绝缘纸的性能面临巨大挑战。本课题研究了掺杂不同用量和不同打浆度的再生纤维素纤维对绝缘纸物理性能和电气性能的影响。结果表明,在浆料配比中,当再生纤维素纤维用量为10%时,绝缘纸的交流击穿强度较高,其中油纸击穿强度比纯的针叶木绝缘纸提高17.7%;随着再生纤维素纤维打浆度从15°SR提高到80°SR,绝缘纸的电气性能和抗张强度都呈上升趋势,其中干纸交流击穿强度从10.5 kV/mm上升至15.9 kV/mm,油纸击穿强度从37.0 kV/mm上升至52.5 kV/mm,抗张力增加5.1%。 相似文献

废纸资源是我国造纸原料中的重要组成部分,对纸包装进行可回收性评价,并根据可回收性等级对废纸进行分拣,可以有效促进废纸资源的高效利用。欧美等发达国家和地区已开展了纸包装可回收性评价方法的研究,并开发建立了多个可回收性评价方法。我国近年来也开始在纸包装可回收性评价方面开展研究工作,目前已发布2项相关标准。本文综述了国内外主要纸包装可回收性评价方法的建立背景、方法原理、流程、评价机制等,并对不同方法的技术特点进行了分析,最后对纸包装可回收性评价方法的发展进行了展望。 相似文献
