多种招生生源背景下学生综合素质多维度调查与评价

Self-enrollment is an authorized way for higher vocational colleges to recruit students by independently organizing exami- nations. This article takes the enrollment of CNC equipment application and maintenance of Guangdong Mechanical & Electronic Polytechnic as an example. Through the investigation and comparison of the performance of self-enrollment students and the recruit- ing students from entrance to graduation in multiple dimensions to get the data and conclusions. Finally, it provides theoretical sup- port and empirical basis for the reform and improvement of independent enrollment in higher vocational colleges and the improve- ment of talent training quality assurance system.     

欧姆龙视觉传感器在形状与颜色分拣中的应用及影响精度研究

基于MC9S12HY64的汽车双温区空调控制器的设计

本文介绍以飞思卡尔S12系列的16位微处理器MC9S12HY64为核心的双温区自动空调控制系统,包括控制装置介绍、硬件电路设计、芯片选型和PCB设计等。实现了电机控制、LCD显示、传感器采样等功能。     

造纸机水针控制系统参数测试与优化

为了缩小水针最终停止位置与设定目标引纸位置的偏差问题,本研究基于水针移动控制系统,采用变速双死区方法,以控制低死区为例,针对合理选取控制低死区数值问题展开研究。通过现场多次实验测试数据,找出控制低死区数值合理范围,基于多项式拟合优化方法,建立水针位移与控制低死区数值的数学模型,求解出控制低死区数值,并进行生产应用验证。结果表明,选择控制低死区数值为30时,水针定位偏差最小,与设定位置偏差为6 mm,误差为-0.80%。
